I liked this film, its entertaining enough, and flows really well. I easily watched the whole thing. The sets were decent, as was the score. The acting from Gregory Peck was superb! The plot is a bit silly, but then again **** and Mengele in particular did experiment in such ways. It's a shame it ended as it did; there should have been some explanation as to what actually happened to the Angel of Death in real life. I'd watch it again!

I have to agree with the critics on this one - the self-important tone of the movie really doesn't make up for what it truly a preposterous plot. I'm shocked they were able to cast so well.
