Lets start by saying that Shuddh Desi Romance was literally a puke fest. The story about in-home love is absurd and unfunny. Sex is always a compromise for the characters. Because, lets face it- they are dumb. I mean if love someone so much do you make another girlfriend? Director Maneesh Sharma has done pretty good movies in the past. At least this is his worst up to date. Sushant Singh Rajput does ok and Parineeti Chopra is good in wise of acting but Tanvi is the real surprise in the film. Overall, this isn't a worth watching even for fans of the genre and the people that watched the promising trailer. Could have more Shuddh I guess?
