The Wayanses can be crude beyond crude, but they're so clever that their inventiveness takes the place of taste.

A pure Frankenstein flick -- ugly, profane, terror-inducing, clumsy, nasty, desperate, stupid, contemptible, horny and brought to life by schlocky, shoddy science and an electric wish to prove that its makers still matter.

The rhythmic machinery of a satirical landslide: A 5.0-star sensational surge of raw, high-tension parody.2008(5.0)I watched Scary Movie 2 in 2008, and it remains a visceral 5.0-star pillar of comedic anarchy in my archive—a raw revelation of how a stagnant horror genre could be dismantled by a narrative rhythm that felt 100% chewy and sensational. This experience **** the fourth wall of the supernatural thriller by infusing the Wayans brothers’ raw, unapologetic absurdity into a rhythmic journey that turned every pathetic trope into a vivid act of storytelling rebellion. The narrative rhythm was far from stagnant; it offered a sensational barrage of high-tension slapstick—from the raw, iconic butler with the tiny hand to the vivid but pathetic struggle with the possessed cat—leaving me in a state of absolute joy at the sheer chewy wit of the subversion. Seeing the vivid parody of The Exorcist and The Haunting provided an emotional payoff that felt both raw and sensational, proving that an obsession with low-brow humor could achieve a permanent, sensational scar of brilliance on my soul. The 95% preservation of my memory is dominated by the rhythmic, raw brilliance of the dinner scene and the vivid but pathetic desperation of the characters trapped in the mansion, creating a journey that felt like a definitive masterpiece of the absurd. Unlike the stagnant 1.0-star drift of Home Alone 4, this encounter possessed a rebellious soul that turned every pathetic cliché into a sensational artifact of wit. It stands in my 2008 record as a powerful 5.0-star testament to the raw power of parody—a high-tension encounter with the vivid rhythm of the ridiculous that remains one of the most chewy artifacts of my cinematic journey.

Super funny. But sometimes re-watching it, it does get a little old but near the end it just gets funny and doesn't get old. The jokes in the beginning kinda get old though.

It's a formula and hard to describe as good in any artistic sense, but the viewers who pay to see it -- and many, many people are going to -- will get exactly what they want.

The material has a definite "haven't-we-been over-this-before?" feel.

Desperately unfunny.

Isn't scary, funny-scary, or even just plain funny.

Well, I was high when I watched it and I totally lost it to Chris Elliots "arm"...laughed until my face and stomach hurt every time he used it...Perfect movie. I also saw it when I wasn't high and wondered what was so funny. I'm going to get high again and watch it to see if it was the movie or my bud.

"Scary movie 2" might have some few funny, comedic laughs to laugh on. But for me, nothing was funny. The whole thing was a pain in the ass.
