Imagine the French lesbian romance “Blue Is the Warmest Color’’ as a raunchy American exploitation flick with loads of fake gore. That’s a rough idea of the latest from Lloyd Kaufman, the exuberant shockmeister whose Troma Team is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.

Mr. Kaufman’s talent can be debated, but his love for his job is stamped on every garish, oozy frame.

This sequel comes off as both sillier and crueler than the original, mixing sight gags and labored puns with a vicious assault on a sex-ed teacher, and, well, "duck rape."

The term “freewheeling” does not begin to describe the slapdash, anything-goes quality of the screenplay co-written by Troma mogul Kaufman.

Because it actively defies and outright ridicules all notions of aesthetic intent, proper form, and moral propriety, this lazy Z-film pastiche is essentially impervious to standard critical evaluation.

Really fun movie! Lloyd Kaufman and Troma have been delivering the goods nonstop since the 80s, wit favs like The Toxic Avenger. Here we have another really funny inventive movie with some heart too! And lots of green goo, etc. And pretty gals, and wacky ruffians. If you haven't tried a Troma flick, here's a fine place to start! So good!

This film is a softcore comedy 70's inspired Horror B-movie. It's all of them at the same time. There is a degree of hit and miss in the jokes and in the direction of the plot, but If you're a fan of films like the naked gun/aeroplane and happen to also like seeing naked women, then you'll likely find at least something to enjoy in this film. The film is intentionally over the top, it's a 2014 take on what a goofy softcore adult horror from the 70/80's would be like if made today and there's a lot of it that I found funny. The rendition of the school and students was hilariously over the top, almost like something out of an adult animated comedy but in real life. Same with the employees in the food company and how incompetent they were and also with the cretins and how comedy was written into their scenes. It was also really helpful that the two female leads were attractive and actually had some decent acting skills. The downside to this film is that it ends on a cliff-hanger.
