Colorful, crowd-pleasing toon.

Putting a spin on classic fairy tales is nothing new, and unfortunately that's just what the "Shrek"-lite animated feature Happily N'Ever After brings to the big screen.

I'm probably the only person in the world who likes this movie. I know everyone else hates this, and I admit I can see why they hate it. But I liked it. Good cast, decent animation, and neat twist. It does rip-off Shrek, though.

Yes The Film Is NOT Creative.. But Sarah Michelle Gellar DOES A+++++ Voicing! The Plot Is Not Very Good... This Cast Of Voices Is The Best Cast I Have Herd In Along Time! Overall 8!

Even Eddie Murphy's endless hyper "Shrek" vamping is more entertaining.

This is another tired kidsploitation product.
25
A pallidly "hip" revision of classic fairy tales that would be better told straight up if anyone had the nerve. It will divert small children, but so will a brightly colored object if you twirl it.
25
As stiff and slogging as animated films come.

If you really want the kids to see a colorfully cryptic meta fairy tale, be subversive and go rent 'em some Alejandro Jodorowsky. No child deserves Happily N'Ever After.

This film did not entertain me at all!! The film that entertained me more was Arthur and The Invisibles with Freddie Highmore as Arthur, Madonna as Selenia, Jimmy Fallon as Betameche, Snoop Dogg as Max, Mia Farrow as Arthur's Grandmother and David Bowie as Maltazard, The Evil M. Arthur and The Invisbles, Shrek and Hoodwinked are far more superior than this clustery scrap metal. I give this movie 41.7%.
