BMH2 is a harmless, genial outing, a comedy that is amusing without ever rising to the level of funny. You sit through the film with a smile on your face, waiting for the laughs that never come.

I was 6 when this movie came out, and as i’ve grown older it’s the same kind of comfort comedy as it was when i was little. it’s lighthearted but has an easy enough plot to follow. wholesome messages about morals and family that aren’t saturated. it’s simple, sweet, and funny. i’m genuinely shocked at the low reviews this movie got, but it just looks like expectations weren’t met by movie buffs. i get that way with horror movies so i get it.

BRILLIANT! This film is a must see and an excellent watch! The film is interesting,funny and action-packed! I loved it! It also has a bit of mystery and excitement that everyone enjoys!

All told, however, this bland little movie fits right into it's late January slot. It's a little bawdy - the fat-lady thong bit was funnier in "Shallow Hall" - and it passes the time.

Great for laughs, an amazing film that really does have you on the edge of your seat at times and rolling on the ground laughing the next! It has a pull on you! A MUST SEE! 10 OUT OF 10!

Big Mommas House 2 manages to be as smart and original as the first but fails although this sequel is more annoying, less original but it is light hearted and sweet. The whole idea of the both movies is not perfect in any sense, just cheesy, hilarious and very touching.
