The warmth and touching tenderness of All My Life melts even the coldest of hearts in its quest to deliver happy and sad tears.

It’s a drama rather than a comedy, so call it a rom-dram – and if that phrase seems slightly dismissive, it’s appropriate for a movie that plays up the sentimentality and never escapes the feeling that it’s a light look at a heavy subject.

What an absolutely beautiful movie - and the premise being based on a real life story made it even more heartwarming. It also had great moments of levity that laced together to really pull at the heartstrings when Sol's diagnosis comes out. I found the movie both wholesome and inspirational even though it has some truly somber aspects. I highly recommend this movie to people looking for a beautiful love story that is set against incredibly tragic odds and yet seeks to prove that all that really matters in this life are the people who love you, and the memories you create together.

Bolstered by the sweet chemistry of its attractive leads, All My Life doesn't listen to its central message: Make the most of the time you have.

Rothe and Shum Jr. have such nice, authentic chemistry that they should put it to good use again. Perhaps there’s a jaunty rom-com out there with their names on it.

Everything about this couple, from the way they pair up to the ways their romance plays out, feels scripted and inorganic, people “acting” like they’re soul mates because that’s in the job description. They know it, and we know it from watching them.

Somehow All My Life seems oddly lacking in stakes, which is so weird considering the story (the main symptoms of onscreen Chau’s deadly but photogenic disease seem to be a little tiredness and sweatiness).

All My Life is too passionless to earn even a begrudged sniffle. It’s all paint-by-numbers, from the requisite “screaming inside a car” shot expressing a character’s frustrations to the store-bought spontaneity of a couple jumping into a fountain fully clothed.

An amazing romantic true story movie with some great talent from the cast and director.

This movie was so heartbreaking yet heartwarming at the same time! It had me ugly crying throughout the movie. The acting was great and the fact that it was based on a true story was incredible. I loved the fresh representation in a movie like this and Harry Shum was a great pick for this. They had amazing chemistry. It’s not often you see sexy male Asian American leads and we’re starving for more flicks like this! Highly recommend!!

They’re great and the movie itself is fine, it’s just pretty bland and overtly simplistic

There is very good chemistry between the leads, but that's basically it. Its sentimentality is as cheap as its budget.

(Mauro Lanari) Cancer movie with the Oasis' "Don't Look Back in Anger". I'd have chosen "Wonderwall".
