For now, a solid party game and is well worth a go at your next get together.

Despite its expansive career-mode, Yoostar 2 is a title that you'll play fanatically for days on end. It's prominently a game used to breathe new life into parties. The game's concept is decent and offers enough options for someone to pretend they're a famous actor alone, or with a friend. The technical issues however, hold it back from reaching certain stardom.

So much fun!! if you cant get along with this you're ****!! Good party/drinking game... Other critics seem to lack friends, obviously this would make the game boring...Shame that online and dlc was shut down, hope for a future next gen release!

So I purchased this in December of ... 2018!!! Because it sounded fun. And I thought my basically adopted daughters (5, 7, 8) could bone up on their drama club abilities. AND SO FAR THEY LOVE IT! Granted, it's the first day. And, yeah, I can see it getting old. But for the whopping $3 I paid for it, it's been a blast -- even for me (46) and my fiancee (29). I'm monitoring what scenes the girls can do but they don't really understand the sexual innuendo in some of the PG-13+ stuff anyway. It's been fun. Yeah, the Kinect 360 isn't the best controller. It's got its issues. But this game, it's been fun. I'm happy I bought it. I'm giving it a 6. I wish I could give it a 6.5 ... or even a 7, but, yeah, I understand the replay value only goes so far. Could be fun for parties though ...

Yoostar 2 could be a barrel of laughs and really is if you have the means and gathering of friends and social buddies to enjoy it, but keep in mind all isn't glamorous in this Hollywood setting. If you have all the right components, Yoostar 2 could be the "Rock Band" of the actor's guild. For the rest of us, it may be more worth it to rent or watch a movie in its entirety.

In the end, there are only a few words to say. Nice try once again, Yoostar, but I would stay with the movies and their original cast.

But its technical troubles, lack of selection, and thin depth of actual gameplay mean you shouldn't consider buying it unless you're a seriously dedicated fan of inserting yourself into classic movie clips.

this game is only worth getting if, A. you want to be an actor and B. you are into parties with friends and you are up for a laugh. there is nothing wrong with yoostar 2 but its not the type of game you can play by yourself without getting bored after 10 mins. its great that it uses real movie footage and with kinect it improves on In the movies which it's similar to. If you liked in the movies you will like this but yoostar 2 really needs friends and beers to be really enjoyed

Boring. Yawn. This got old after playing iwith t for an hour. Movie clips were lame. Quality of filming **** not matter how many times we tried to get it right.
