WWE 2K24 is a huge improvement From 2K22. I think the graphics are great. I also love all The modes.

Love the GM Mode. Hated the objectives in Showcase. I wish we had more match types and customizing in GM Mode!

This game is a steaming pile of garbage. The greedy developers are charging $70 for the exact same game as the last. There's no gameplay improvements, To be honest, I just hate wrestling at this point. First Fox and now Netflix, why are these big networks becoming a charity to WWE? Just keep it off my entertainment already. Wrestling used to be a part of pop culture to some degree, but now it has turned into a niche product for nerds. So why would I buy this game? That's the thing, I wouldn't. It was one of the monthly games for PS Plus, so I might as well try it out. The only reason to get these games is for the old school wrestlers and the created ones by the community. And who doesn't like to do celebrity Royal Rumbles. Speaking of which, why the hell isn't there a 50-man Royal Rumble yet? How can there be one in real life but not in a fake video game? Well I mean wrestling is fake, but you know what I mean. At this point, we should have up to 10 wrestlers in 1 ring. 2K needs to drop the PS4 version already, so we can get a true "next-gen" experience. The Universe mode was garbage and it's full of bugs and glitches. The hair physics are trash. ● Brock Lesnar, Vince McMahon and Goldberg are missing, making this roster weaker than the previous game. And yeah, I'm aware of the Vince and Lesnar allegations, but if you devs want to cancel them for that, then why didn't you remove Lesnar from the showcase? Speaking of the showcase, it's called "40 years of Wrestlemania" implying that there's at least 1 match for every Wrestlemania, but there's only 21 matches. It's not like these lazy devs had to do much work anyway, it's just objectives and archival footage. I'm unfamiliar with the matches after Wrestlemania 31, and funny enough that was the last time most of my friends stopped talking about WWE on social media, so it's safe to say that wrestling became irrelevant afterwards. And after playing the next WM matches, I can see why. They had the women main event WM. Are you freaking kidding me? To make matters worse, they had John Cena lose to a fat guy in a clown mask with Lil Wayne dreadlocks and Ace Ventura pants. Apparently Steve Austin hadn't wrestled in 19 years. You'd think his return match would be special, but it was against another no-name fatso. This is all ridiculous, no wonder WWE lost a lot of fans. ● The online multiplayer is complete trash. It's full of bugs, glitches, disconnects and lag. I'm late to this game, but was it always like this? I feel like these greedy developers are tampering with the servers in a pathetic attempt to get players to buy the deluxe editions of WWE 2K25 for that 7-day early access. Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair have higher ratings than Hulk Hogan. I keep seeing wrestling fans in the internet say stuff like "we're in a wrestling boom" no we freaking aren't, you nerds always say that crap when you get what you want. Hulkamania and nWo, now those were actual boom periods. Hulk Hogan was the wrestler responsible for those booms. So you liberal devs got to stop disrespecting Hulk Hogan with those garbage feminist ratings. He is like the Pele of wrestling, put some respect on Hogan's name, brother. I don't recommend this game at all.

Game is okay. Could have been better. The wrestling fights have improved but lack contents

Wrestling is so awesome it makes me want to do those crazy things extreme rules hell in the south louder matches TLC matches and the list goes on and on and on

A stalled entry from 2k23. No real advancements made and possibly one of the worst most bland rosters in years. Anyone noteworthy is unlockable with the in game currency or with DLC. 2K milking the franchise for every microtransaction its worth. Claimed free on ps plus so don't feel hard done by but would be mental paying full price for this.

Wwe 2k24 game review I love both stories equally I love the Hollywood storylines and about famous and the price you pay for being in the Hollywood famous spotlight and being centered of the attention and finishing your Hollywood success story both story are fun entertaining high stakes pressure expectations hardwork the women one was more hardwork I did failed but in Hollywood you have flops and hits but you learn from those but it was fun experience tho this was my favorite game storyline better than last year myrise stories the myfaction I don’t play it 1 star I like wwe universe mode 4 star I love the gameplay mode 5 star wwe 40 year anniversary Wrestlemania mode was ok some matches was not good but 2000 to 2023 Hollywood Wrestlemania was amazing 3 star gm mode one of my favorite modes I can spend all day in this mode I am so happy that they brought this mode back I am happy they update this game I can’t wait for 2k25 to see more updates on this mode 5 star wwe 2k24 is my favorite game of 2024 i love 4k ultra high definition it’s makes everything look better if you have a 4k tv but I hope for wwe 2k25 4k ultra hd hlr10 or Dolby vision make it look extra better very high stunning graphics but it doesn’t happen I am ok with that but as long they can keep making it in4K ultra High Definition 5 star 10 out 10 star 100 out 100 star

Wwe 2k24 has come a long way from the dumpster fire that was 2k20. So credit where credit is due, the core gameplay mechanics work fine and the newly added match tipes are fun to play. But there is still a lot of room for improvement. Firstly, Myfaction is similarly to other sports games pay to win based and if you want to have all the superstars the game has to offer, you basically have to play(and pay) otherwise you miss out on a lot of versions of playable wrestlers (like 2010 CM Punk for example). Furthermore, if I was the programmer responsible for this game, I would be ashamed of what I did and resign out of respect for videogames. The game keeps crashing while doing simple tasks like using the create a wrestler feature and universe mode sometimes automatically books matches, that when you delete them or change them reappear once you close the booking screen. This can become really annoying and makes me wish for a way to turn off the game's ability to automatically book matches( why this isn't a feature already is beyond me, I don't want matches against random wrestlers, I want to book exactly the matches I want). So in conclusion the base game with all the gameplay is good and fun, there's room for improvement for everything else though.

They simply copy pasted the WWE 24 and the WWE 23 and there is no new content, no new gameplay, no new graphics etc. Huge disappointment. I feel like I ripped off.

Game crashes so often, loading times are so slow for online, grinding for VC and MFP is tedious, Showcase mode is nowhere near as fun as it used to be, and please get rid of MyFaction, it’s easily the worst mode of the game. We shouldn’t have to grind for 150000+ MFP just to get a CM Punk card and be able to use his old entrance song.

The biggest draw to this game outside of showcase mode is the creation. You can upload your own creations or download others for your personal gameplay. I'm disappointed in the game modes. Showcase is fun and great to relive impactful wrestling stories (especially if you're new to wrestling). GM mode, Universe mode, and My Rise/Unleashed feel like pieces of a whole mode. GM mode, unless you're playing the matches, is just picking matches for star ratings. The myrise/unleashed mode lets you play the life of a wwe superstar with the ability to create your own narrative. You can pick which storylines you want to be part of but you get rewards and XP when completing stories so if you don't want to do a storyline you'll miss out on stuff. Unskippable cutscenes makes this mode unbearable. So while it feels like the choices you make have an impact on your story, it ultimately comes down to linear storylines where you can miss out on XP if you decide to not to do one. It really takes the choice out of it especially if you're a completionist. While Universe mode allows more freedom it's really an open sandbox to play with created content. You can make your own shows with your own superstars and really create your own world. You can play as one superstar and allow the cpu to create the show matchups but your experience will depend on your involvement in so many aspects. It's my favorite mode in the game and it's missing those small elements that give it strong replay value. It's fun but after a while it gets repetitive. I felt this game needed to have the myrise, GM, and universe mode as one mode. I'd like to see a GM mode where you follow the day **** in storyline where you have to make match decisions that affect the narrative. Playing this game made me miss the old Smackdown and Smackdown vs Raw games, even the N64 games by THQ. Those games had more immersion elements in gameplay. I seem to have this experience with most of 2K games where one mode is a major attraction and the rest, while fun for a while, lacks substance. The story modes should feel like an RPG narrative wise. GM mode should be more than just number crunching budgets for shows and trying to play the algorithm for match quality. Universe mode needs more nuanced details to make it feel more than just downloading creator content. If you want this game I'd find it used or on sale.

Unfortunately, the hope that WWE 2K24 would continue on the good path of its two predecessors was only partially fulfilled. MyGM can look forward to some useful new features, while WWE Universe stagnates at a high level and MyRise, as a career mode, completely stumbles over its hopelessly outdated presentation. MyFaction remains a miserable money pit and the showcase celebrates forty years of WrestleMania, but leaves out almost half of the events. You have to look for graphical improvements across all platforms with a magnifying glass; the visual discrepancy once again exposes the completely decrepit engine that works under the hood. The new or returning match types and small optimizations in the gameplay are fun, but in the overall picture they by no means justify the full price.

Pretty fun game, especially with friends, the showcase mode is also nice but not a big difference to 2k23 tbh

This game isn’t so addictive in gameplay like 22 or 23 but due to its story mode being entertaining and being mix of what 15 and 20 tried to be it still is fun experience. Just with GM mode the way it could be better is if we could add more legends to our rosters like 23 and 22. Also showcase needs to be a similar to Legends of WM Mode where you can rewrite history in matches by playing who we want to play as and make our out comes happen. Also lacks certain WM arenas pre 39 since they skipped some Here.

WWE 2K24 is a masterclass in torment, designed specifically for those who enjoy wasting hours of their life learning controls that seem like they were created by aliens with a sadistic streak. I spent a solid three hours trying to throw someone into a flaming table—yes, three hours—because apparently, that requires the patience of a monk and the dexterity of an octopus. Oh and it gets better… want to win the submission minigame? all you have to do is mash buttons faster than any human could possibly dream of—because apparently, this is a contest for hyper-caffeinated duracell bunnies and not regular people. So after five hours of this pure agony, I did the smart thing and deleted this digital dumpster fire before I found myself on Amazon ordering a new controller… which by now, would have been part of my livingroom wall.

Glitchy, broken, uninspired, completely unrealistic animations. The only reason this game has good ratings is because we have gotten so familiar with these uninspired, lazy wrestling games.I genuinely can’t wait until someone shows up and makes a Wwe game with actual passion and care, unlike 2k who cares about nothing but MONEY. this game is clearly a horror, I would never make the mistake of paying 80 euros for such garbage, the game is full of bugs, every time I finish the match with trish stratus in my career mode my game crashes therefore impossible moving forward, the online servers are a horror 40 minutes to find a playable game

This game was just kind of "meh" to me. The showcase was good but the MyRise storylines are cheesy and stupid. "Psycho Sally" reminded me of Jojo Siwa. Has a decent soundtrack.

Cash grab, supporting gambling addictions for kids. Horrible power mismatch to make earning anything impossible (myfaction computer is set to win). 400 dollars together a rock tattoo. bugs everywhere characters locked behind feelings walls. bad customer service couldn't play fir a week and they had poor communication (had to wait for the next update, but they didn't have tonwait for my money. 2k is everything wrong with gaming same game as 2k23

4 years after that disaster, it's pretty clear that the WWE 2K has found it's footing again. Building off 2K23, 2K24has managed to improve the series more as time goes by. With the gameplay being more better, the systems and mechanics being more smoother, new features, more customization and the game modes having new additions, it's safe to say that the series is recovering very well with WWE 2K24.

I love the way when a wrestler throws a weapon, the universe had a big u[grade the showcase Is fire but gm mode really **** and no different with my rise please bring old my rise like in 2k16 and 17 and in normal matches I had a lot of fun many wrestlers amazing moves and its so clean like I'm watching a real match and the old match types are here man I love this game,please delete my faction who plays it????? I'm trying to platinum all of the WWE games and this one got one my nervous all of myfactionbut is one best games of WWE on last 10 years

The game for the most part is good. Love the Showcase mode, game play is pretty good as well. It would be higher rated for me if online was playable. People quit out a lot due to the servers being so bad. The MyFaction mode can be grinded out better then in 2K but it is so much to just buy packs it's not worth it. The local game play on this is awesome but online needs a lot of work in my opinion. The custom creation will always be king in this game too.

It's just WWE2K23 but with more things, so that's pretty good to me since WWE2K23 was already really good and they added more onto it with WWE2K24.

So many bugs and glitches for a $120 game. Only mode that is somewhat playable for me on the PS5 is regular play mode. Garbage!

I've been playing wrestling since 2014 and All Stars this year 2024 I am very disappointed with my game I have Xbox One The players do not walk or run realistic they run like they have a wet diaper on. In my opinion Wwe 23 is way better with the characters and the way they walk and the way they move more realistic 24 they look like imitation people for the graphics are great it's just the way they have them walking I cannot enter the matches in team mode. When I step out the ring I'm locked out I cannot get back in to help my teammates so it has some issues I completely stop playing it and went back to 23 just because I enjoy the way they walk the way they move and the graphics are great in both games but character walking and running needs to be improved and they're also very small much smaller characters than we had in 23 The camera needs to be improved it's way away make the people look even smaller and the ring I'm just not happy with that and those are things that should be fixed for the money we pay for these games.

The game is good and it has a lot of features but they take some time until you start the match the way you really enjoy, you have to customize everything, which makes it boring, most people like to play the game fast and this game doesn't let you do it.

Features this year are okay. Positives- casket/ambulance matches are cool to play. I find some modes to be outdated… Mainly the Universe and Showcase Modes. The 40 Years of WM was decent but couldve included more female representation from the past. Universe AI still doesn’t make sense, like if you win a Royal Rumble then you dont always get a title match at ‘Mania. My biggest issues are with Creation Suite and Individual in game models. Creation Suite crashes way too often. Even though theres a new quick save feature, you have to save after each addition to your creation. Some clothing pieces go through the models which is ridiculous considering in the past they didn't. The hair physics are garbage (being slightly better than 2K20 which was a dumpster fire.) Still way to many clothing pieces that are similar but different colors like all the Sasha and Charlotte Bras. Not enough hair options for female creations. The Community Creations is also strange this year some of the uploads can’t be downloaded even though theres no locked content included in them which makes a lot of hard work go to waste. All in all I feel the game needs a complete face lift in future releases. Hopefully this helps 2K do better in the future.

Game is to broken and not worth the time, don't waste your money it is truly not worth it.

This game is almost as incomplete and broken as cyberpunk was, yet it keeps receiving glowing reviews when in reality several modes are broken and we have to constantly find ways to work around the countless glitches and issues. Online crashes and lags, CAS has countless bugs/glitches and also crashes. CAA is the same, CAE is glitched and broken as well. Gameplay has plenty of bugs and glitches, the hairstyle of several female characters has limited movement just like 2k20 did. Overall it's a huge step backwards in quality control and stability when compared to 2k23.

A good and realistic stimulation game that plays out thereal life wrestling to perfection

What a great WWE game! Finally we have a lot of content in terms of matches, stories and game modes.MyRise gamemode is pretty cool with a lot of settings and customizations for your own wrestler. The Showcase is well entertained, and MyGM and MyFaction had a great update from 2K23! If you´re a WWE fan you must play this game!

2k clearly came up with a formula after the failure that was 2k20 and rolled with it. The result is arguably a game that has put the franchise in the best place it's been in a number of years offering solid gameplay, a vast array of creation options and improvements to MyFaction which makes it less repetitive and boring. The game is not perfect, there are issues with the AI that I hope get fixed, multi-person matches are still annoying with wrestlers switching their attention to you the moment you get up from being knocked down or after performing a move. The managers also seem to have an obsession with removing the turnbuckle pads too which is a shame given the managers actually act like managers this time round. The returning matches are a nice addition which I hope now get built upon and am especially enjoying the different gauntlet match varieties. MyRise is good fun once again with 2k finally getting a good story mode nailed down in the past 2 games though overall the graphics could do with getting upgraded and the game coming off of last gen consoles moving forward.

I haven't played a WWE 2k game since 2k19 and it's good. Nothing new. nothing special. I will probably play it a little more and sell it after WrestleMania goes away

It makes me so sad that people defend cheap cash grabs like this... yeah, the roster is big, but everything else is outdated af. There are literally just a couple characters in the ring moving. it´s from 2K, WWE is one of the biggest names in sports and it should AT LEAST look like Tekken 8! But no, it looks old, feels old, has more bugs than people in the crowd, a weak career mode, bad servers and so many more issues. it´s fine to have fun with bad games, but it´s much better to have fun with it while asking for something better in the hopes that one day, they will actually improve it!

Well, let me start off by saying this year’s is way better than 23 the mechanics flow nicely it’s visually stunning. They’re all being said universe mode: is alot better with the rivalry actions with the ability for free mode to let you explore endless possibilities. And aside from the new match types and a couple of new mechanics like announcer table moves, argue with ref, and omg moments it’s basically the same enjoyable experience Showcase: was a little underwhelming with lackluster rewards for completion and not much of a challenge on the harder difficulty and not much of a documentary base when focused on one superstar’s career My gm. Added more match types and superstars you can use, my personal least favorite mode to be honest so it feels the same as last year and I didint dwell to much into it My rise: this years my Rise was 50/50 again just personal opinion but I felt the mens story was lackluster and felt rushed with no excitement or grind to the top, everything felt handed to you and the story was lackluster with a questionable ending, however the female storyline had a excellent story that was fun,crazy and very entertaining, it goes outside of the box while keeping true to characters and past storylines with a mix of new, you are presented as a underdog from the Indies and have to work your way up to earn respect, the side quests are actually fun and this version just feels more put together and structured nicely My faction: not much to say here other than it’s a typical 2k card based micro transaction mode where most matches contain of 4v4 to eventually collect more cards to than rinse and repeat, there are new fun characters to use that you can unlock throughout other game modes in the game and can literally have everyone in the game at your arsenal Overall id say it’s a solid game where you can have fun with for hours, The community is always great online matches online creations. It’s just a great gaming community as a whole it plays nice it feels right it looks stunning. It can get a little repetitive and some game modes are lackluster but overall I would say it’s worth your time and you will at least get 24 hours of enjoyment from it. My personal favorite mode was the female my rise I truly believe it is a must play

Haven't bought a rassling game in a while. I think the last rassling game I bought was WWE2K17. The roster of rasslers is pretty big and the community creations are top notch. I didn't like the the story modes (My Rise) for both the female or male rasslers though. The female version was over the top and goofy and the male version was repetitive and predictable. The Showcase mode is a chore to get thru as well.
