This is actually so peak, the plot is simple but good, the gameplay is fun and the music is very good

The “Denpa” Men: They came by Waves is an interesting little twist on the old dungeon crawling scene. It employs a lot of simple tactics, together with grinding, and prep to make for a fun dungeon crawler that anyone can enjoy. It's only real problem lies on how simple it is, and tends to end up being nothing more than a grind fest, but a fun one at that. For around 10 dollars it's surprisingly lengthy, and if you're interested in dungeon crawling you can't really go wrong with this game.

This is a quirky little RPG title for the 3DS that is very entertaining. It lets you catch "Denpa Men" through WiFi signals and you them to battle. Some of the layout makes preparation for battle a bit more cumbersome than it should be. Especially since you cant organize your things in the best manner. The game can also sometimes get a bit repetitive with the grinding. Still a really good game worth considering. 6 out of 10.

Enjoyable rpg experience but not worth the full 10 euro, it's a little short. Hopefully the sequel will be better. If it's on sale again definitely pick it up, it's a cool enough game.

Wonderful. Its the best example of how to pack a DL game. Great balance between longevity and gameplay for 8 bucks. I personally find amazing the way the party is managed, and the AR function to get new Denpa is great great great. Difficulty is on the wild side, but with some escercise the Denpa grow up strong, always leaving the battle on a high level anyway. One of the best 3DS games year 2012.

It's too much to say that this game is worth 10 dollars. You get different kinds of Denpa Men by going through different places with radio waves or something that has to do with waves. Even if the dungeons are not randomly generated, it still makes one exciting rpg game. There's like several dungeons(about 10) to explore, each with a different recommended level, so you don't lose your Denpa men! Good thing there is a place where you can get lost Denpa men. However, it doesn't mean that you can get them back for free. You will also see a boss at every dungeon with a cool music. It's a game that is totally worth 10 dollars.

Get this game, get it now! Fun, silly and full of character(s). Well worth the price and then some. Great pick-up and play with quick action. The choice between play styles makes this game a fit for anybody, with Dragon Quest 9 like battles. The denpa men themselves are not as diverse as other collection RPGs but they have more abilities and head/face-shapes then would be expected. Such a great time occupier.

This game is pretty fun and original, and with the cheap price of $10.00, it is easily worth purchasing considering the amount of fun I had and how much time I've spent playing this game.

Some of the most fun I have had for 10 dollars. The game is a unique RPG with lots of style. You lead a party of 8 "Denpa Men" which are little dudes that float around on radio waves which you can capture with your 3DS while walking around outside. Denpa Men come in different colors that correspond to their strengths and weaknesses and some even have a special power. The combat system is not too simple and not too complicated it feels just right. You explore progressively harder dungeons with your Denpa Men looking for treasures and fighting monsters which then culminates in a boss battle. It can be very addicting trying to find powerful Denpa Men and trying out new combinations. If you like fun unique RPGs and don't mind getting outside to find the Denpa Men, you can't go wrong with this game. Here's hoping they release Denpa Men 2 outside of Japan which just came out over there.
