Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - Ultimate Sith Edition

More than a year after the console versions, the Ultimate Sith Edition arrives for PC. The game suffers from problems with controls and balance and because it’s a quite linear game. But it’s Star Wars, nicely presented, with great atmosphere and new missions. And that’s more important in this case.

I’ve played worse Star Wars games, way worse, but I’ve also played better ones. This one falls solidly in the middle of the pack.

Given the emphasis on storytelling and single-player action, The Force Unleashed is tragically flawed execution of a great concept.

The same game we played one year ago, with some bonus contents and a lack of polishing that makes this version the worst one.

Wow people, download the patch and just because it's different then MW2 and BC2 doesn't mean it ****. If you don't like the control setup change them! there was hardly a good review in here... I really would have given this game about an 8.5, but i'm trying to make up for all the reviews that aren't reviews at all... just people demonstrating that they are a little lazy and narrow minded. If you take the time to learn all the controls it's a blast.

Great game that has some strengths and some weakness. The strengths are the dubbed to Spanish is very good, an interesting story and the feeling (sometimes) of being a real sith. I've played the game 13 years after its release for the first time. The game is old and you aside from the obvious lacking graphics you can see how rough a game like this and hasn't aged perfectly. That being said it was still able to captivate me to the end and the more force upgrades you get the better it feels to play the game. It has an element of fun that a lot of games that release day don't seem to have. Only major complaint is that most of the boss battles are not well thought out. There's very little strategy to beating the bosses and they usually rely on you spamming force lightning. Still a decent game by today's standards and could use a remake.

Worst star wars game I've played so far. Buggy piece of filth. Although the story is good, the developers cut it to some peaces and threw away the details. WORST GAMEPLAY OF STAR WARS GAMES EVER MADE. Sooo many bugs. Without player's fixes the game is so broken, just looks like the game was made for like 3 months and haven't been tested at all! Does this game woth it's money? ABSOLOUTELY NO! I highly recommend you just watch the walkthrough on youtube, because there is just no sense to play this... I'm really disappointed...

Сложно назвать это, "игрой" - это скорей испытание на прочность ваших нервов, усидчивости и выносливости к омерзительному управлению, оптимизации которая выливается в ужасную сложность. Проблемы не в маленьком количестве кадров, подвисаниях или лагов, а в том, что невозможно играть на клавиатуре и мыши как изначально планировалось, обязательно нужно искать геймпад или без него камера будет ввести себя непредсказуемо и подтормаживать, да и с геймпадом играть будет невозможно. Игра очень сильно искусственно растянута, много повторяющихся мини-боссов, также врагов на уровне запредельное количество. Дизайн уровней, локации, окружения свалок и помоек на первых уровнях которых вам предстоит побывать - убивает всяческий интерес, сделаны настолько однообразно и скучно, что хочется закончить игру сразу же. По мере прохождения игры вы увидите много различных боссов и все они убиваются закликиванием одном кнопки геймпада, если приловчится. Если какие-то положительные вещи вы для себя подчеркнули в этой игре то ближе к концу вы о них забудете. Только в этой игре вы встретите самого сложного босса в истории видеоигр "Звёздный разрушитель" который разрушит вашу задницу целиком и полностью, наверное единственная уникальная своей неадекватной сложностью миссия которую можно сравнить с попаданием в чистилище где вы проведете целую вечность, (около 25 мин) что бы убить этого босса. Сложные игры - это интересно, но не в том случае когда анимация и управление деревянные. Единственная вещь ради которой стоит играть по моему мнению - это сюжет и кинематографичные катсцены, можно также накинуть 1 балл за лорда Вейдера.
