Space HoRSE

When played against three other human rivals, this game rocks! [Dec 2002, p.110]

It's more fun than I thought it would be.

Unless you haven't come out of your basement since 1983, you've undoubtedly seen plenty of strategy games that are much more advanced.

For an hour or so, it was really fun. But after that, the game just seemed dated.

Only moderately entertaining, and lacks much of the original's personality due to the graphics that are too small and indistinct, but mostly due to it being so derivative. [Feb 2003, p.87]

Not a single element of this turn-based strategy title comes across as even remotely interesting.

In [Shrapnel Games'] 5 reasons to own Space HoRSE: They don’t make games like this anymore...Thank god! This one makes me want to go back to my Vextrex.
