No spoiler. Questo gioco mi ha entusiasmato nelle prime ore, direi che potrebbe anche essere considerato un must, ha alcune cose in cui eccelle, ma altre in cui purtroppo lascia a desiderare, quindi nel compenso 8 credo sia il voto giusto. Il comparto tecnico è buono, la musica è eccezionale e in certi momenti ammetto di aver avuto brividi perchè era magistrale. I **** purtroppo per quanto mi riguarda non lasciano il segno ma penso più per una scelta degli sceneggiatori e degli scrittori, per motivi che non scrivo per non fare spoiler, credo sia una scelta voluta. I vari cambiamenti di gameplay sono la cosa che più mi piace del gioco, nelle prime ore mi sono davvero divertito, incredibile come quasi ogni fase sia strutturata in maniera perfetta in base alla trama collegata al combat system: mi spiego meglio, il gioco cambia varie volte gameplay NETTAMENTE, il che quasi sempre mi ha fatto pensare che fosse il miglior modo possibile di affrontare il boss di turno/ scenario. A tal proposito il lato "hacker"del gioco alla lunga annoia, a dire il vero già dopo le prime volte il gameplay con stile hacking lascia a desiderare. Il gioco non finisce alla prima run , senza spoiler, dovrete completare più volte il gioco per poter dire di averlo finito. Devo dire che la prima run ti lascia con molte domande aperte sulla trama,cosa che non ho assolutamente apprezzato. La trama è molto complicata, aperta,e soprattutto ho scoperto a gioco completato che tuttora gran parte delle persone discutono su tematiche e svolti di trama che non sono chiari ma ambigui. Questo a me ha pesato troppo, per tanto tempo agisci nel gioco ma letteralmente non sai per quale motivo. E non sempre sarà spiegato, anzi. Questo lo reputo sicuramente una scelta legittima dei creatori, ma io non l'apprezzo,anzi mi ha fatto allontanare dall'emozionarmi. C'è molta filosofia, religione e temi esistenziali, che mi aspettavo fossero più "rivelati"nel corso della trama, motivo per cui mi hanno portato a fare diverse run del gioco che sono fondamentali per poter dire di aver completato realmente il gioco. La seconda run ahimè è quella che ho apprezzato meno, saprai più cose rispetto alla prima, ma il gioco per quanto mi riguarda diventra troppo "hack style"e quella per me è la parte peggiore del gioco oltre al fatto di dover fare sempre meno uso del corpo a corpo e più delle armi da distanza, che lo fa diventare molto più monotono. Il VERO finale è molto emozionante, mi sono commosso e penso sia unico nella storia dei videogiochi, ci ho giocato 30 ore e devo dire ricordo con enorme piacere i vari aspetti pro(musica,cambiamento gameplay repentino,scelte stilistiche)ma purtroppo con enorme dispiacere anche i lati negativi(trama davvero difficile anche se stai attentissimo,gameplay ripetitivo spesso e forse davvero un pò troppo pretenzioso). Insomma 8 è il voto che per me più si addice

An action RPG that plays like a Final Fantasy game directed by Hideo Kojima. Developer Platinum Games had previously made "Metal Gear Rising" and "Bayonetta". And once again, they nail the character designs and hack n' slash combat. But with "Automata", they also deliver a story and world that can be quite sad. More than just an action game, this is a very emotional ride. But you'll have to finish it three times to see the true ending! The "Game of the Yorha" edition includes an extra mission, additional skins, PS4 avatars and a PS4 theme. Overall, I'd rate this with a 9 out of 10.

Incredible visual design. Narrative of a very high standard and a solid gameplay base, not too challenging on normal difficulty but never boring.

It's not a game for everyone- however to those that need it, it will be the most memorable game they have ever played. It's very much artistic work- music, animation, story, even the game design is very unique.

A vast improvement over the novel that is hidden behind dull gameplay of the original NieR, this game engages you in a believable world right from the start. Addicting combat, great characters, and less reliance on outside media than the original- NieR: Automata delivers on the lacking gameplay of its predecessor while still keeping the great storyline the series is known for. While having to play through multiple "times" wouldn't be how I'd approach game direction, each section does go by fast enough to make the game not overstay its welcome.

포스트 아포칼립스의 분위기가 그야말로 완벽하다. 이보다 더 아름다운 배경 디자인을 보지 못했다. 매력적이며 아이코닉한 캐릭터 디자인도 게임의 평을 높이지만, 다소 높은 난이도와 팬이 아니라면 제대로 이해하기 힘든 시나리오는 매니악한 특정 타겟 시장을 벗어나지 못한 것 같아 아쉽다. 강제되는 다회차 플레이를 시나리오 트위스트로 해결하려고 했지만 여전히 조금 지루한 것은 사실이다.

There are two parts to this game: -------Action: 10/10. It's the complete opposite of jank, 2B is ultra-responsive, there's a smooth animation from any action to any other action. There's perfect dodges, bullet hell, simultaneous projectile + melee attacks, seamless transition from 3d to "pseudo-2d". Best of all, I see parts of this game in some of the best games I've played: Returnal, Stellar Blade, Khazan, even PofPersia-TLC.-------------RPG/NPCs/etc. 3/10. Interactions in this game are with: *1* Robots: they blurt words like "scared", "ow" while you attack them, or 3y-old level phrases when you talk to them (literally "haPPy. FuN"). *2* NPCS: they are whiny caffeinated airhead teenagers with a high pitched voice. Every interaction is annoying AF. I can just feel getting more stupid every minute I play this game. And the worst part is that everyone thinks this is the game with the deepest story and subjects of all time. I just don't get it. And the action just can't compensate for how annoying the rest of this game is.

I had it pending because I’d heard wonders about its ending and meaning and… damn. What an ending(s) and what a philosophical reflection. Gameplay-wise it runs smooth as silk, but the art style, the sense of emptiness, and having to replay it multiple times to see the full story didn’t quite convince me. Still, I’m grateful that such unique and different games exist. Definitely recommended.”

boring game , I could not attach or feel interested since is so awful repetitive and storytelling is lame as hell ,as for a complexity of it´s pretentious features , gameplay is boring indeed ,this game is kind for a specific niche which do enjoy to find the more complex way to play a game and feel pride to master gameplay deficiencies . consider to bought this game into a very good offer discount , full price is not worth by anyway something good could the the artistical direction which is unique of it´s own

To some at first glance, NieR: Automata might appear as some weird Japanese hack and slash with robots and say “no thanks.” But that couldn’t be further from what this game actually **** tells one of the most powerful and thought-provoking narratives in gaming by exploring things like the nature of humanity, the search for purpose, finding value in life, what it means to exist, and the profound struggle of trying to comprehend these things. Its narrative is deeply complex, philosophical, emotional, and truly one of a kind. Yoko Taro, the genius director behind this masterpiece, is able to craft such a story that breaks conventional structures and challenges players to reflect. His unconventional, emotionally-driven approach turns what could have been a simple action game into a deeply philosophical and unforgettable experience. It's a game that makes you sit there and just think as it deconstructs philosophical ideas and reconstructs them into a new **** combat is fast, fluid, and surprisingly varied. The game requires multiple "endings" / routes (main story is endings A-E) where you play 3 different characters throughout them. The gameplay never gets stale as it constantly shifts styles while staying smooth and engaging.NieR: Automata also undoubtedly has one of the best soundtracks ever composed; nothing has or probably will beat it for me. Each and every piece of music in NieR's OST is incredible, which keeps the game sounding great and it elevates the entire experience. You basically have to play the same "campaign" twice to get to an ending. No autosaves, repeatable, no real feeling of progress in terms of your build. If it wasn't for 2B this game would fail in western market. Also after 35 hours I had less connection and care for characters than for some random NPCs in other games after 35 minutes.

Nier: Automata features an intriguing and engaging story that offers something truly different from other games. The soundtrack is nothing short of spectacular, adding to the overall atmosphere. However, beyond that, I feel the game falls short of its hype for several reasons. The biggest drawback for me is the graphics. It looks more like a newer PS3 game rather than a title that belongs to the PS4 generation. While the gameplay is enjoyable, I typically enjoy hack-and-slash mechanics, but they don’t blend well with a high difficulty level. At times, it feels like I'm just mashing buttons without any real strategy .Overall, while Nier: Automata does many things right, it is far from perfect and doesn't quite live up to its reputation.

Una joya que te deja replanteándote la existencia a las 4 de la mañana cuando lo único que querías era saber por qué le habían hecho tanto culo a la protagonista. Una historia tan buena que la repiten entre 4 y 5 veces desde distintos POV's y todas son increíbles. Mega recomendado, la música es una obra de arte y el gameplay es mega sólido y desafiante.

Is this game perfect? When it comes to normal standards, no. Admittedly, there are features in this game that are sub-par and lack some polishing and fine-tuning. The length of combat is a great example. While the combat is visually stunning, and fun to test and play with with the unique set of weapons and combos (such are platinum games), certain fights can feel like they're dragged out and take too long. You'll hit the same buttons and same combo to kill one enemy. That being said, Nier: Automata is one of, if not the only game to ever be made which breaks the barriers and standards of what video games are. Video games are judged by their mechanics, their stories, their visuals, their music and so and so forth. Nier ignores those aspect and focuses on one crucial thing, "How does it make you feel." Its art. Paintings, music, books, the purpose of so many forms is focused on those engaging with said art and challenging their morals, worldview and emotions. While most if all videogames focus on keeping the players engaged and having fun (or to just make more money for themselves), Nier wants, no, it demands the player to really reflect upon themselves their very way of life. Although this may sound corny, I am completely serious when I say that Nier changed my life for the better. I became a better person after finishing that game. It is art; it is the best game that has ever been released.

There are very few A-RPGs that I've beaten and then replayed it from the beginning. While the story itself is so-so (I was a philosophy major so the existentialism is annoying as I've studied in more depth than the story offers), what really makes NieR a 9/10 is the controls and the movement. The music also is a huge booster for this game. A definite recommend for all A-RPG lovers

I played it because a friend recommended it to me multiple times. I forced myself to go through it, but I didn’t enjoy it at all, no fun, no attachment to anything in the game. It taught me an important lesson: never force yourself to play a game you’re not interested in. At most, give it another try a year later if needed.

Now I am thinking about how foolish I was when I was about to decide whether to drop the game or complete other endings. The game become surprisingly deep and significantly better after the first playthrough. The only thing I regret is choosing ending C over ending E; I can confirm that it was so much better. Anyway the game deserve a 10/10 for sure.

This game is a remarkable experience from start to some 2/3 of the game. Music, animation, storyline, combat, it goes on and on. *Spoilers about game lenght* Even what people would expect to be worse part of the game execution I enjoyed a lot, even more than the first part of the game. I won't delve too much into it because spoilers. What I felt is towards the later part of the game, it fell apart somewhat, preventing this from being a resounding 10. Yoko Taro seems to mention a time crunch in interviews and I think it shows. At this point one is probably 25-30h into the game. I feel it would have been better to not stick to wanting a 35h+ game, as there would have been times the game could have ended well and passed on to a sequel. So there was some amount of "one more thing" and with lack of time the execution suffered. I hope this particular stage of the game is remade some time later, so we can enjoy what the creator intended for this remarkable game. As someone wisely said on a review, I wish I could forget this just to play it again.

A timeless masterpiece. Sound, music, mechanics, story and the very definition of what gameplay is are elevated to an overall height which makes this piece of art completely outstanding. Why 9? It would have deserved a next gen update for ps5.

The game is basically intersting in first 5 hours. After that, repaeting gameplay and enemies only make the game more boring . The design of multiple endings give me a good experience in story telling. However, the gameplay is so awlful that i have to endure such torment to push the story forwards. Not recommend

This is more than just a game. The story and narrative it tells is so moving, and so deep that it really makes you think. I couldn't stop thinking about it for days after I finished playing. 10/10 highly recommend

اللعبة جبارة من جميع النواحي عدا التكرار بالكومبوهات لكن ميزات اللعبة الأخرى غطّت على العيب ولم تجعلني اشعر بالملل اثناء اللعب الموسيقى الهائلةوتزامنها وانبثاقها الدقيق مع شكل العالم ونوع الحدث شيء لايوصف وكان في غاية الروعة والجمال اما عن القصة فكانت مدوّية وصادمة يجب على كل شخص يريد ان يلعب العاب هاك اند سلاش ان يجرب هذه . اللعبة لأنها تحفة فنية بحق

Jogo do caralho. Eu fiz 100% dele. Explorar nesse jogo é muito bom. Você vai descobrindo pedacinhos da lore. A caverna que o Emil mora, foi uma das explorações mais únicas que eu já fiz em toda a minha vida. A vibe daquele lugar, com aquela música, puta que pariu. A história é muito boa. Os personagens são muito bons. Se você for jogar, jogue todos os finais. A lore só é verdadeiramente compreensível desse jeito. A primeira vez que eu joguei, eu só joguei a Ending A. Graças a deus, eu voltei e terminei o resto.

NieR:Automata is a game I absolutely love. The story is captivating, and the music is beautiful, adding a lot to the overall experience. I also really like the character design, which is unique and well-crafted. This was my first game disc for the PS4, and it left a lasting impression on me. The combination of story, music, and design makes it a truly memorable game.

If i could give decimal point scores NieR:Automata would be a 9.5 so i am just going to round it to 10 . The reason its not a 10 is cause of the gameplay, its really bland but NieR isn't meant to wow you with stellar gameplay thats just how Yoko Taro makes his games which you can see in drakengard and the original nier. Although its fun and flashy and extremely satisfying to dodge,everybody whos played knows that its repetitive and the weapons do the same animations depending on the type. Other than that little inconvenience which is easily looked over everything else is a high 9 and 10. The story is phenomenal,an easy 10, the amount of detail and quality writing in this game is something to really appreciate. The music is heavenly, NieR has easily the top 3 best soundtracks oat. The characters are great and their development is done really well. The open world is decent but not really big, but it is really interesting. Graphics aren't the greatest but this game was made in 2017 for the last generation of consoles and PCs, they're good enough but if they remaster this game with modern final fantasy level graphics it would easily be goty nominee. The amount of subtle differences in every new playthrough that really emphasise the references to philosophy is done perfectly. The ending is one the greatest endings ive ever witnessed. And the amount of nostalgia from the previous NieR in this one is just really nice. Overall this game is a must play,most will never even touch this game because of how different it is to the typical AAA title but thats what makes this game a masterpiece.
