All in all, My Hero's One Justice is a fun experience for fans, but that's about its limit. It's faithful to the source material almost to a fault, and it does a great job of including little touches and inside jokes that make it clear that a lot of love for the franchise was included in the game. As a game on its own merits, though, it is thoroughly average. The unbalanced gameplay feels appropriate for the franchise, but it can also lead to it not being very fun for head-to-head play. If you're a big fan of the My Hero Academia anime and manga, you'll get your money's worth from this game, but anyone else should wait for a price drop.

There are enough touches for fans to feel the source is appreciated, but outside of seeing your favourites smash each other in the faces, it’s bare bones. [Issue#157, p.88]
My Hero One’s Justice is not a poor offering, just a thoroughly uneven one that only the hardest-core Manga fans will be able to immerse themselves into. I enjoyed the fast-paced, accessible fighting with an art style that looks great in action, but everything around that gameplay leaves things to be desired.

Story of my hero academia is brilliant but I've never seen such boring way to play main storyline in games... There are few nicely rendered cutscenes but most of the time the story is just comic nonsense. Story is missing it's beginning and it's just such a mess... Battles are also not the best, lot of chaotic running and lot of spamming attacks. Regardless... I really enjoyed seeing my hero academia characters in game. I just wish this game was completely different. If you are not fan of MHA don't play this...unfortunately

An average over the back fighter. An ok adaption of the story if you wanted to see that again.

This is going to make me sound insane, but I never saw these titles as fighting games until now. They were just flashy vehicles for whatever Shonen Jump series Bandai Namco had gotten the rights to. And yet, underneath all that is a complex yet accessible game that rewards exploration, experimentation and practice. A proper fighting game, in other words. If you’re looking for another 3D fighter, give this one a shot. If you’re a My Hero Academia fan however, you absolutely can’t miss My Hero One’s Justice. This could be the start of something beautiful, after all.

A perfect game for My Hero Academia's fans, the game is a fun beat'em up, but repetitive, not for players that don't love the manga/anime.

Brilliant easy to get in fighting game for the whole family. Original voice acting, destructible environments, flawless camera showing exactly what you expect to see. Exceptional animations, and original voice acting. Very well crafted 3D game play allowing to use the whole arena including walls and air and a lots of love and talent invested in the all your favourite characters and story. 3 unique of Plus Ultras with individual in game cinematic for each character! . You want to have fun with your friends and family and make it fair and challenging for 30 vs 9 years old? Its a great choice. And look forward for the 2nd game coming soon. Want to spend the next 5 years to learn the game specific key combinations and have the sense of pride and accomplishment? :D Move along.

The game is really fun to play, and if you are a my hero or fighting game fan you will love playing this game, the mechanics are really simple, but hard to master. so if you are a my hero fan, buy this game now!

My Hero One's Justice makes an excellent first impression, but never truly lives up to its expectations afterwards. The main culprits? A combat system that lacks depth and a story mode that lacks difficulty.

There’s definitely fun to be had with My Hero One’s Justice. It’s super easy to pick up and play, the action is fast and beautiful to look at, and it does a great job of adapting the quirks and abilities from the anime to a 3D arena fighter. That fun eventually starts to fade away due to shallow combat and a weak story mode, but overall, it’s not a bad first endeavor.

In the end, the game's biggest sin may be not embodying U.A.'s "Plus Ultra" spirit, and simply settling for being a decent, good-looking fighting game take on a popular anime franchise.

It's a shame My Hero One's Justice's Story mode doesn't do a good job introducing the world of My Hero Academia, with several important narrative beats either missing or revealed through subtitles while you're busy trying to fight. The offline modes against AI don't do much for the game either. However, One's Justice's combat is both accessible and enjoyable. When two players face off--either online or off--the game captures the adrenaline-pumping feeling of My Hero Academia's most notable fights. Pulling off moves from the manga/anime and outsmarting an opponent with devastating combos feels rewarding, and that's enough to keep the player coming back to the game for more.

After a while, the experience of playing the game can feel akin to being dropped into a TV show's previously-on segment.

Im a huge my hero fan, so i enjoyed this, though i feel a bit bias. The character roster is sometimes good, better than mha bfo, and the gameplay is simple. However unlike db FighterZ, you cant use their dub voices, just japanese. The cutscenes, in the story mode, ****. Their in a comic book style but use shots from the anime. This game has dlc, being shoot style Deku, Wind Guy From Provisional exam, and endevour. I feel the game is under rated, its good, for a while, it has great customization for characters, flash battles (similar to jump force) and over a fun game to play together.
