Yet it’s Little Inferno’s weird, dark, off-kilter tone that makes it so refreshing and intriguing. You’ll come for the pyromania puzzles, but you’ll want to see what happens when the smoke finally clears.

I can't think of the last time that a game has made me think, feel, and laugh at such a consistent pace. It's mix of high-concept messages and simple, more-fun-than-it-should be "gameplay" make it a must buy for anyone who likes thinking about videogames and/or burning things.

One of the most clever and addictive games Wii U has to offer at the moment. If you've just bought Nintendo's new console this is one of the e-shop games that should be on the top of your wish list.

If you’re looking for a game to spend just one evening with, this is exactly what you need. Simple, cozy, and atmospheric gameplay: you just burn your toys to stay warm during a freezing winter — and that’s it. The atmosphere is beautiful, the soundtrack is great, and the minimalist gameplay makes it a surprisingly pleasant experience. On top of that, the “combo” feature — where you need to burn specific items together to unlock bonuses — adds a nice twist. The game never tells you directly what to burn, only gives a hint through a sentence or metaphor, so you end up flipping through the catalog of toys and puzzling over what it could be. If you need to pass a few hours, this game is already waiting for you.

J'ai apprécier ce jeu nostalgique pour son histoire, mais aussi sa bande-son génial, je recommande ce jeu ! malheureusement le jeu est un peu court (comme mon avis) même si il est toujours intéressant a finir plusieurs fois

Little InfernoHello there friends, ah Little inferno. Another very nostalgic game. A fun minimalist game about burning everything that you buy. There isn't a lot to say about this game, it's a very simple yet interesting game but doesn't really have muvh of a pull to itThat being said, who doesn't just want to set multiple things on fire to see what happens?Pros:It is a satisfying gane for sure, and is good for first time playersThe game does have a lot of variety when it comes to burnable items.Combos are creative and include references to phrases/other gamesCons:The story of this game seems all very random and doesn't really make any sense.Lack of... variety. Well who could've saw this coming, being a simation game I understand that is how they are. But this does put it against a disadvantage when rating and comparing to other games which are more flexible. This is where I'm going to prove to you that it is worse in some aspects than other simulation games. Totally Accurate Battle Simulator for example. Will leave a lot more players hooked than this game, largely because of its character customisation. Along with other game modes and community interaction. This game lacks that, focusing on mostly one single screen and after you've burned an item you aren't going to burn it again unless you are going for combos or farming money...Soundtrack? It's nothing much honestly. But what is that at the black sleeping cog back of the room as well btw?Summary:It's not a game I would come back to, unless there is a new **** rating: 4/10

What ultimately makes Little Inferno special is the story that swirls out like tendrils of smoke.

Little Inferno is terrific the way it is, and doesn't need to conform just to fit inside a box. In the end, it's enough to just snuggle up around the fire and keep it well fed.

One of my favorite games of all time. I've played through it at least four or five times, and it never gets old. I love the underlying story (as well as all of the atmospheric elements that allow the story to unfold, like the art/OST). But at it's core, it's just super fun to see what happens when you burn all the wacky things that the game gives you.

I have played it through 2 times and it is definitely worth your money. It kind of drags when you are halfway through the game but the ending is so epic. There is not much replay value here but this is an experience that is not to be missed. I regret nothing, I would of bought this game if it were $20

The premise of Little Inferno may sound a tad odd: You buy stuff, and then you burn it. Over and over again. But in fact, this is a game unlike any other this reviewer has ever played, and in a good way. Granted, it is a small game, but it is original, self-aware, self-ironic and self-referencing bordering on the postmodern. It even creates a brand new genre for itself, namely the burn 'em up.

The creepy atmosphere, the single-minded focus on extremely minimal actions, and the mocking self-awareness all contribute to a deft statement on games and how we play them.

More physics toybox than game, Little Inferno manages to be both enjoyably mad and annoyingly maddening. Wait to snap it up in an eShop fire sale.

This is a charming arcade-puzzler with an interesting approach on storytelling. The concept worked on the PC and it works well on Wii U. But in the end it is just a small appetizer: After little more than three hours the fire is extinguished.

An absolute artistic masterpiece. This game is about as close to perfect as any game can be. The gameplay is flawless, the music is absolutely outstanding, and the visuals are stunning. I was engrossed in the narrative from start to finish, and it kept me deeply interested with every twist and turn right until the very end. The gameplay leaves for much replay value, and the physics are extremely accurate (better than many AAA games). For $15 there is absolutely no reason you shouldn't own this game.

SCORE: 7.3/10 Innovative, quirky, and fun despite a very Seinfeldian "about nothing" premise. You buy toys, you burn toys, and then you buy more toys. You burn them in combos to earn extra coin. The commentary and light story along the well are very well done. The graphics are cute and fit the game well. It was a fun 3 hours and I recommend the game if you can find it on sale.

This game is great mainly because its creative and funny. The game is a little short but there is some replay value if u don't get all the combo and your first run.

Put things in a fireplace and burn **** get coins...burn things in a fireplace together (super combo!!!) and you get more **** locations, a fireplace and a store to spend coins and buy kindling,. I almost forgot, there is also a spider you can burn that crawls around, bonus!!! The get a 10 from people because the did a perfect fire version of Little Alchemy. I give it a 3 because that is not a big deal.
SummaryLittle Inferno is an adventure that takes place almost entirely in front of a fireplace that's about looking up up up out of the chimney, and the cold world just on the other side of the wall.
