Once the novelty of the game concept has worn off, which doesn't take long, the frustration caused by the controls really kicks in.

All the interaction it requires could be better executed, with equal intuition and far greater reliability, on a joypad with an analogue stick. [Nov 2010, p.94]

There's a difference between a game that is wacky and a game that is wack. Kung Fu Rider desperately tries to be the former but winds up being the latter. [November 2010 p67]

I wish I could wipe my brain of all memory so I could witness this masterpiece again for the first time. Sure, the controls **** ass, but the experience is what you're here for, and boy does it deliver.

This game is very good, but if you play it in a very long time, it will be very boring, I recomend to play this game with friends and not in long sessions, because its good, but alone, you will bore very fast

The problem is that it doesn't last very long before you get bored. [Issue#196, p.93]

Bogged down by inelegant motion controls, frustrating gameplay, and a sheer lack of content, Kung Fu Rider is a hard sell for Move early adopoters. The concept may sound enticing, but this is one downhill race you'll definitely want to sit out.

This wacky action game doesn't contain any of the fun hinted at by its goofy premise.

Kung Fu Rider is not a good game. The controls are terribly unresponsive, the game punishes players unfairly and the level design is repetitive.

This mash-up of racing and combat is a mess from top to bottom and should be avoided at all cost.

So what we have is a game that should be kitsch, daft fun but instead is dull, broken and mildly sexist.

This is a good game. I can control the character easy. The environment is nice. Path is long enough. This game show the power of PlayStation Move. I like this game.

This game is very much underrated, sometimes crazy + fun works, as you can tell it doesn't show here, if your not having fun with this game then i suggest you should walk out the door.

I really don't understand all the bad reviews. It's a nice game and full of challenges. Sure, it could be repetetive, but at least a mediocre game if you play it in small doses. The game is basicly about riding random four-wheeled objects down the street, while kicking yakuza (gangsters), grinding on long poles and reaching the goal within the time limit. This is what you do the whole game. However, there's a bunch of locations and the premise works pretty good. With a total of 20 levels and 6 additional "freeplay" levels, there's a lot to do. It can be beaten within four hours, but even that is fine considering the price this game goes for on ebay. The music is just running in the background, but there was one particular (vocal) song that made me hum to it. The only thing that really bothered me was the recycled areas. Some levels had obviously ripped off parts from other levels, which is really lazy. There's also some really unforgiving levels where the yakuza is impossible to kill, and even if you do manage to ride past them, the time limit will end you. Play the game in small doses and it'll be a good ride, half a hour or so. I must admit I got tired after playing this non-stop for four hours, but I'm sure it would be better to take a break every five level or so.

I couldn't get passed the tutorial it was so tedious and frustrating to control. Well, I can give it one thing, it had semi-decent graphics... And that's being generous.
