It's a surprisingly faithful port of FlatOut 2 to PSP! If you like FlatOut 2, you'll like FlatOut: Head On. Sadly, because of how intense **** FlatOut 2 is, the PSP struggles to keep up. The game seems to be capped at 30fps, but you'll frequently dip below that whenever there's many opponents on screen or if too many physics objects are being knocked around. If you really need to have FlatOut 2 on the go (and don't have a portable PC like a Steam Deck) FlatOut: Head On is a surpringly good (although still flawed) port of the classic arcade racer.

А в плане сложности, игра простая, а критики жаловались и снижали балл. Вы серьезно? Поиграйте тогда в Elden Ring, казуалы.
FlatOut head on -одна из лучших гонок на playstation portable. И я не жалею, что прошел сей шедевр на 100% и всю карьеру на золото.

Yes, technically it’s a port of FlatOut 2, and a pretty belated one at that, but just because it’s the least visually impressive version of the game doesn’t make it the least technically accomplished.

FlatOut finds its natural home on PSP where the speedy events and abusing your driver gag don't outstay their welcome as much as on PlayStation 2. An instant pick-up-and-play winner.

Technically the title is extremely impressive too, so if you're looking for a title to sell PSPs to your friends, this might do it.

I just can't believe how they managed to fit a full blown FlatOut experience on a single UMD disc. Head On is absolutely incredible - actual FlatOut 2 PS2-level game with contents including some of the stuff from Ultimate Carnage, I would say this game is probably the best racer on PSP. Fantastic graphics and physics, a lot cars to drive and cups/things to win, some absolutely mad bonus content (derbies!), and all working almost perfectly fine on a portable platform. Brilliant game.

A really fun game for traveling. While it is largely the same as the other FlatOut games, this is a good on the go game, and it plays pretty much the same as the console games, which is good for a portable game. If you like playing FlatOut, and want to travel with it, then get this game.

The game could have been a bit better. For me the killer point is frame rate. it is sluggish and jumps up and down. Damaging a car is not as ps2 or pc versions. It is simpified here but still good.
