Faith’s masterful sense of timing and mood create a truly rare feeling of persistent uncertainty where anything can happen.
FAITH: The Unholy Trinity is not a game for everyone. It looks and plays like something from the late 80's. But for those willing to look past its minimal presentation, there is a devilishly terrifying experience waiting inside.
With its numerous endings to uncover and pixel-perfect production values, Faith is one of the most unique and exciting games I’ve played in years. And now that the trilogy is available in one gloriously gory package, there’s never been a better time to take up the cross and see what all the shrieking incantations are about. Faith: The Unholy Trinity is a masterpiece in minimalist horror that no fan of the genre should miss.

Easily the best story in any game I've played, no contest. This is the peak of storytelling with this time of media.

I never thought pixels could be so horrific, the story is incredibly interesting and the characters feel real, it's incredible and worth a play if you're interested in horror or retro style games.

It is an insult to call this masterpiece a game, because to me its more the than that. Gary stole my heart and I'll never look at like in the light ever again. I know now that Gary loves me and thats what gets me out of bed every morning. I may still be living in my moms basement, and i did just get fired from my $2 an hour job. I look at myself in the mirror and i see something so revolting i throw up and cry for 5 hours straight. My mother doesn't even look at me anymore. But i know that Garys love knows no bounds and he would love me even if my face was peeled off. Some may say that he's an unholy man and i should stop playing some gay ass game in my moms basement, but i don't care about other people. My one true love is Gary, the man with the perfect amount of pixels. Anyways i found the game itself to be just fine. It does some things really well, but it also has a lot of flaws. I find the games art style to be beyond **** animations are so good i cyum when i see them. My mom thinks theres something wrong with me because i haven't left my basement in 2 years. She tried getting me out of my seat but I've gotten so huge that i am the seat. I think its quite impressive how the game only really uses one button. You use the space bar for everything except movement (something i haven't done in years). My mom has been making me lobster pizza every day for the past 3 years but after last week its been getting old. I just want something new in my life so i took a bite out of my arm. at first i loved it, something new and fresh. But then it happened i started to feel some unexpected pain in my arm. I looked down and i saw some red stuff coming out of my arm. It must have been lobster that i spilled last year. I just need someone to to talk to; I haven't said a word in weeks, my mom refuses to talk to me because apparently my voice is just as ugly as my face which i didn't even think was possible. My snap is xavierwagner20 i just need someone to talk to my arm isn't looking the most healthy but its still more attractive then my face. The story of this game is the best part. Theres so much lore and backstory to all of the characters. learning about John and his struggles in life, his dark past, what he ate this morning. I know that Gary loves me but is that really enough. I know it should be and i should be happy that someone cares about me, even with my **** face that looks worse than my arm with pus and lobster all over it he would always love me. I love him too, its just been kinda weird lately i feel like we are drifting apart. He only has so many dialogue options and i feel like I now know exactly what he would say. I want to end things with him but then no one would love me. The game isn't perfect, It has downsides. Sometimes the story can be just a little too confusing. It's sad that you need all the notes to fully understand the story, which its not easy to do. A lot of the notes are hidden and you need to spend your time going to all the corners of the map just to get all of them. I don't think the game is for everyone but if your situation is like mine you will have a great time with the game.

a good horror experience with extremely frustrating gameplay and hard to comprehend story and plot. generally, the game carries itself with its extremely cool cinematics and also extremely cool characters, unique art style and tight atmosphere, but because of lacking story and gameplay is an overall mixed experience. i would say that this game represents great aspects for other indie horrors to do better.
