A lot better than anyone dared to imagine (damn that Atari ‘classic!’) – just don't expect the game to be as timeless and breathtaking as the movie and you'll have a good time.

A decent-enough scavenger hunt to amuse youngsters for quite a few hours of simple and repetitive item-gathering and level-clearing fun.

This is a nice little program, certainly not all that challenging, but delightful for its animation of a benign alien creature and its charming ways.

This game was very monotone, the level design is repetitive and nothing inspirated (ugly), in general it looks like if the developers only wanted to make this game quickly to earn their money. Besides, I feel disapointed the game wasn't translated to spanish for Mexico and the rest of spanish countries in America land (Note: "America" here is not considered the name of a country), which is a language more spoken than english. Yeah, there was a spanish translated version, but for PAL countries, in Europe where is only a very little country that speaks spanish, it's a dumb decision.

The best ET game I've ever made. Puzzles both simple and complex with increasing difficulty.

This is the best E.T. game ever made but that's not good enough. Interesting story and level design but the controls make this game feel more annoying than it is meant to be.

It’s dreadfully ugly and unredeemingly unfun. [Mar 2002, p.110]
