The jokes are repetitive and simply not funny...HIMYM should' have ended in the fifth season itself when there was a decline in viewership ratings. Barney has become pathetic which has also contributed for this series to fall as he was the only funny character when the show started

This series which we used to enjoy watching in the first 4 seasons or so has declined in every aspect writing, acting, direction...... it is one of the worst tv shows on air. The only reason this series is on is because of CBS's strategy of overpromoting its flop shows and making them popular among viewers, an example of which we have already seen in another show of CBS-' two and a half men'

Br Ba definitely one of the greatest tv shows ever made. Bryan Cranston's acting is spectacular and Aaron Paul has matured as an actor over the seasons. This is probably the best acting one would ever see on television. The series finale also is said to be the best finale ever.

FRIENDS is the funniest tv show ever. Some people might not like the first 3 seasons but from season 4 the series gets really good. Acting is good and the writing is brilliant. The characters Chandler played by Mathew Perry is the funniest of the six, though some people might like Joey better which is played by Matt LeBlanc. I dont know why people start comparing How i met your mother to Friends... Friends is more of a comedy show with a bit of romance & How i met your mother is more of a romance show with some good comedy from the character Barney played by NPH, plus the acting & writing in friends is much better.

How i met your mother is starting to annoy everyone as the jokes are repetitive, Ted, Marshall & Lilly have started to get boring. There were only 5-6 good episodes in the season which includes the PLAYBOOK. The story line and the characters seem to be awfully close to NBC's ''F.R.I.E.N.D.S'', but friends steals the show with better writing and acting which HIMYM seems to lack. Only Neil's role as Barney has helped CBS to keep this show on air for 5 seasons.

What the hell is wrong with the actors & writers they have killed the only funny thing which has carried them through 6 seasons Barney Barney has started to **** as the writers do not have any new funny things for him to say.

The writers seem to have been trying too hard to make this show funny, and they are failing to do so as the script is not as funny as it was in the earlier seasons of the show. All of them are bad actors & the series is only successful because of Barney. HIMYM should have ended in this season. ''HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER will never be as funny as FRIENDS''
