Couldn't make it through either the original nor the PSVita re-release and thought maybe this would be the time. Not so much, it's still the same tired game and story. Well played SQEX, you got me again. Hopefully if there's ever another release, I'll find this review to prevent me from purchasing.

Absolutely blown away by this game. A great experience with some incredibly emotional moments that really pull you into the story. Should be Game of the Year!!!

As a big fan of the Ys series, I decided to pick up Trails and was pleasantly surprised by this one. Great story, enjoyable gameplay and a beautiful environment. I'll be eagerly awaiting the follow up 2nd Chapter. Definitely a must play!!!
