Once again, Cameron and Rodriguez visually immerse you in an incredible world - it's thrilling - and a little chilling - just to be in it. A solid story, great acting, and great action sequences follow, and overall a very satisfying experience that made me want more.

Boy I was very pleasantly surprised by this movie - Very funny, warm, thoughtful, true to the feeling of the book (at least as I recall it) and gorgeous to look at. Laughed a lot and shed a couple tears.

Visually stunning film - battle sequences, landscapes, special effects, everything. Outstanding acting. Strong storyline. Moving and emotional impact. A very welcome summer movie.

Wow, this movie surprised me. I am not the biggest fan of Schumer or Goldie Hawn for that matter. But they are hilarious in this movie, as is the entire cast - one funny bit after the next. Ike Barinholtz and Chris Meloni particularly funny. I was laughing out loud the entire movie, as was everyone in the theatre where I saw it. Really good fun, great romp, great laughs - well done people!

Absolute masterpiece. I'm a fan of almost everything Tarantino, but even with that high bar, this is a fantastic movie. Plot, dialogue, acting, and even manages to be visually interesting despite tight quarters for much of the film.

Great story, great acting from the entire cast, great visuals and effects -- just a completely satisfying movie experience in a way that is not often the case with super hero movies.

Had very few expectations for this movie, and enjoyed it thoroughly. Keaton is outstanding, and the whole cast is generally very strong, in a well-told story that touches on various themes lightly but very adeptly in my view. Strong impact.

Gorgeously done and exhilarating in parts. A worthy sequel. Not in my mind as magical as the first, and I thought the film was needlessly dark in a couple areas.

First act of the movie was very clunky.. mix of goofy humor (which mostly misses) and stock characters. But have to admit the movie grew on me. Interesting use of an almost entirely comedic casting (Stiller, Wiig, Oswald, Scott, many others..) for what became more of a (mild) drama than a comedy.

Very solid movie. I think detractors missed the point on this. It is not simply a tale of porn addiction. It's also a story of a person and growing, becoming honest with himself, etc. More than that, I found it refreshingly original, both in story and in vibe, as well as solid acting by the entire cast. Well worth it, and a great first directorial outing from JGL.

Endearing and enjoyable and pleasing, one of the better of this genre (talk-y millennium young woody allen) which admittedly is not my favorite. Gerwig is also very strong in the role.

Very solid movie, and fears about casting were allayed, even Harrison Ford was very good. First hour was great, tight, good story telling. 2nd hour seemed more monotonous and left a few gaps in the character development, but overall very enjoyable movie.

One of the best films of the year. A formula kind of movie that both embraces and breaks out of the formula. Outstanding acting, and excellent script and mix of comedy and drama. Really worked for me. Gleason should be a contender for best actor.

Solid movie, and unexpectedly excellent acting from Mara - absolutely great in the role and very brave / honest / touching in the way she did it. To me, the first 2/3 of the movie worked much better than the last act, both in terms of plot and pacing.

I left wondering what the fuss was about. Not awful, certainly, but nothing I would have recommended to others. I didn't feel any emotional connection to the characters - it was an oddly distant feeling film for such a personal story. Clooney is fine, as he typically is, but is a version of himself, again as he typically is.

Surprisingly one dimensional and lacking in heart, especially when compared to Aronofky's The Wrestler from a year ago which I thought was superb. Natalie Portman was good, as was most of the other acting, but the movie as a whole did not make me care at all.
