Brilliant movie! The story line is great and the special effects amazing. Not as exciting as the first movie but still a great sequel. Story arcs back to the first instalment so its an advantage to have seen the first movie although not absolutely necessary. I think a lot of user critics today are overly upset about some quirky part of the movie or something they didn't like personally. I do give bad scores occasionally but only if the movie deserves a bad score. This one definitely doesn't.

One or 2 good battle scenes which I always like. Little else to say that's positive. Really didn't like this movie. Wasn't convinced by it at all. Story line is quite bad and doesn't make any historical or mythical sense. I really like the main actor Dwayne Johnson. Was hoping for much better! Wish I had read the reviews before hand. The film makes no cultural sense either. The characters and scenes are more like Xena Warrior Princess rather than approaching anything close to real. Very tacky and make believe!

Incredible film with a fantastic ending! The special effects will have you on the edge of your seat. Great story line too involving a documentary and some funny guys doing stunts. Dunno what the problem is with some people giving it a bad review!!!!!!!! It's one of those films you know you are going to enjoy watching again at a later date. I actually found it very original. Just because it's in the genre of disaster movie does not make it boring at all.
