Too repetitive and too boring. I played this for like 6 or so hours and it doesnt get any better like some people say. 44 dollars down the drain (here in AU) what an absolute rip off. Cash grab and nothing more. I thought this was going to be a Gow game.. This isn't a god of war game people. They keep slapping the "GOW" name on everything just to sell it. Previous instalments were not GOW (gow 2018,Rag) games either, granted those games were better than this though.

All I have to say about this game is that it isn't a 0/10, but it sure as hell isn't a 10/10. People voting 0's and 10's are full of it. Let me see, what have they done right with Mario Kart? Gameplay is pretty much the same (it's Mario Kart). A bit of tweaking here and there, but that's about it. So if you like Mario Kart, I guess you will like this. Graphics are great (nothing groundbreaking) because they've been done by other consoles or PCs. But let's face it, this isn't a game based on skills but more on what items you get and at what times. Because you could be cruising in 1st place for most of the race only to be hit with a blue shell right next to the finish line. And don't tell me that that is a coincidence when it happens to the majority/everyone. Like I said, it's based on what you get, not on the "skills you have." This is (in my opinion) a step backwards from MK8D because it is just too chaotic and stupid. In my view it's too chaotic, too many people on screen, and too much shhht happens. Which amounts to one big cluster farq. I also don't like how you choose players. Instead of having 1 character for each person and choosing what you want said character to wear. You have multiple of the same characters on screen. Which looks so unorganized and so amateurish. Same goes for the carts, its deffinetly a step backwards from 8 delux. Free roam/world (whtever tf you wanna call it) is a joke and really not worth your time. Unless you want to unlock mirror mode and/or 100% the game. But other than that, it really wasn't worth the asking price (which here in AUS is $110). And yes, I like Mario Kart.. I am just disappointed that this game isn't even in my top 5 Mario Kart games when I had so much high hopes for it. Shame really, because who knows when the next one will come along.

Good game . Yes there were some annoyances, but overall a good game. Graphics are nothing groundbreaking, fun gameplay, soundtrack was awesome as always. Some people may have not enjoyed the whole shield and deflecting gameplay (but i did). Every Doom has it's own flavor now and that is a good thing. Once again thumbs up from me .

While its not perfect, it still holds that charm of the first game. The only downside i can really think is that there are glitches, and it may be easier than the original to some experienced veterans. Apart from that, it is still a great game. Heres hoping for a DR2, and also a Off The Record remake/s.

They are a product of their time. Combat is absolute trash for both 1&2. Story is decent not great but decent, and as i stated in my last review i dont play games for story alone. I play games for its gameplay, and the combat here (for bothgames is no good at all).Also the camera is atrocious, double jump doesn't work sometimes (20% of the time).Dont know how this is getting 10's, must be them nostalgia goggles people keep talking about. Game is filled with glitches & bugs, so that alone is proof that its no "10/10" that people keep slapping these days to games. If you ask me, these games are highly overrated. I grew up in the ps1 era and much earlier than that. I can say that there are much better games from that era than these Legacy Of Kain titles. The reason i got these games, was because i have been hearing a lot of good feedback about them and also i never played them back in the day. But these games just didnt age well (gameplay wise) anyway. Story wise, i guess i can see why some may like it.. But gameplay wise? No way. And anyone telling you otherwise is full of you know what.

To make this review a bit shorter and spoiler free. All i will say is that the story is great, puzzles are ok, graphics are overrated (not what people say) and the audio is not very good (A lot of issues with the audio, had crackling and staticky sounds). At least on my end. If you are looking for a "game" with a great story, descent puzzles, love exploring, finding some backstory, notes/pages/books and sidequests and some artefacts? And you're an Indiana Jones nutter? Then this may be the game for you. However if you like gameplay and your AI to be smart? Then this game is deff not for you. While i do like a good story and all the extras of exploring to balance the game out.. I also like the gameplay, and it is more important (imo) to have better gameplay, than to have a much better story than its gameplay. Because thats why i play games, for its gameplay. And the rest would be cherry on top (story, side quests and all the other extras).I do see why some may say that this is a great game. But at the same time, dont believe people who say that the gameplay is great. I think mostly the AI really ruins this game. You also dont really need guns (gun gameplay is awful), just like its combat. And you will see why when you play it yourself (if you actually buy it).

It's a decent platformer but in NO way is this a 10/10 for me. If you like collectintg collectibles, if you like getting trophies, and if you like platformers then this game is for you. And yes i do like platformers, but this just got a bit repetitive for me. Because in every stage the enemies are practically the same/lack of variety (maybe like 5 or so) different enemy types. Boss fights are great tho, and the game is really polished (looks great). But it just isn't a 10 for me. No way is this perfect, deffinetly could have been better. If you have played Astro's Playroom then you know what this is like. Like i said, the enemy variety was just lacking and made me feel like i was playing the same thing over and over again, with just different levels. One level would be snowy another rainy another windy etc etc etc. In no way is it a bad platformer, it's just not that great and not up there with the likes of Mario. Mario just does it better (is a better platformer), has more character than Astro etc. Its just the way it is i guess.I would have given it a 6.5 but can't do that here, and 6 would have been a bit too low, so i geuss a 7 is the best option.

Its fun for a while but gets boring real fast. Its a gimmick that runs for a while but looses its apeal pretty fast. It would have been better if they included full games rather than this so called "championships". But hey if you like it, power to you. Just not my thing thats all.

Its unique but very boring. Some of the puzzles were ok, others were pretty cryptic and not given enough time to solve (also should add its really repetitive). Story is? I don't know, was not really interested in it, didn't hold enough interest in it to really care. I guess i can see why some people may like it, it's a unique type of horror game. But as for me, it didn't really hold my interest enough to play through nor was it scary in any way. It was just plain old boring and a waste of money and time.

Alan wake 1 was a good game (Not perfect or great) but a decently good game. Coming into this one i played Alan wake, including all its DLC's and thought they were decent games. Alan Wake 2 on the other hand? No and a big fat NO. The game for 1 is filled with glitches and bugs. But even if it had these glitches and bugs, if it was a good game i would still say it's a good game, just filled with bugs.Alan wake 2 is neither a good game nor a polished one. Its pretty boring, has really bad game-play (and its very rare when it does have game-play), the shadow enemies are annoying as F. Because you don't know which one will attack and which one will not. So you would be walking and all of a sudden some **** from behind smacks you with a tire iron. Now this wouldn't be so much of a problem had you known which shadows will attack and which ones won't.I don't have time checking every single fkn shadow and flashing my lights to see if it is an enemy or just a shadow. My god those sections (alan wake ones) are garbage and annoying. Sagas were a bit better, but still, it just wasn't really fun to play. Saga had most of hers figuring out the crime scenes and clues on a board in her "mind place"..I had to push my self to finish this boring game of a slog fest. And in the end of it all i didn't even get a proper ending. Looks like they are going to be milking this series thats for sure. Well at least for me i am done with it, not buying any of their DLC's for this garbage. Honestly don't even know why this is getting 10's, seems more like people like movies in video games then actually playing video games. Because a LOT of it is cut scenes and you running around looting for gun fights that hardly **** way in hell is this game a perfect 10. But hey as they say, to each their own. Wouldn't hate it as much if it wasn't for ppl BS about it in order for others to buy the **** game. Because whether people believe it or not, others do buy games based on reviews. And these reviews here are skewed hard and mainly based on bias opinions.Save your money and buy something else, you will thank me latter (or not), it's up to you. Also should add, digital only???

Great games, i never played the originals (well only a bit), but didn't actually play enough to know. They are great strategy games, where you have to choose your attacks/defenses carefully and learn what players are the best for which situations.There are certain characters which have advantages on land, sea and air. And also have advantages with vehicles, infantry units, air units etc. A must buy for anyone who likes strategy games, and is patient to learn the ins and outs.. One more thing i got to note is, i wish they can make a brand new Advanced Wars game, not reboots, but an actual new Advanced Wars game for the Nintendo switch.

If i were to review this game solely based on gameplay, graphics etc this game would probably get a 7 or an 8 from **** for the story? Its your typical type sci-fi horror story and it is descent.. Its not a bad game, but its nothing amazing either. Its downfall was that it was hyped up before its initial release, and some people are voting it down mainly because of that (disappointed). Anyway as i said 7 or an 8 for gameplay and graphics (graphics not so great on XboxSX, and frame rate was pretty choppy too). Also the amount of audio problems/bugs (skipping sound/stuttering, no sound at all), and the amount of times my Xbox series X crashed i can't count on my two hands. Another funny thing was i bought the Xbox Series X version, but when i went to check on my achievements and what achievements the game has, it clearly says on the side The Callisto Protocol for "XBOX ONE". Not Xbox Series X version but Xbox One **** i don't know wtf is that all about, because my disc and my case says Xbox Series X. Either way i am giving this game a 5/10 because of the massive problems it had with sound,crashing,frame rate issues etc etc.

Descent game same as the first with a few tweaks here and there. But im sorry these are no God Of War games. This resembles more Dark Souls games, old GOW games had no rpg in it. These new "GOW" games do. So while the games are fun to play, they are no GOW games. They are just using the name to sell the game to its older crowd, and also in turn sell it to its new who don't know nothing about old GOW. So as i said these games are fun (8/10 for both games), but at the same time, they are no GOW fun, and don't represent the old GOW games at all.

Campaign is great 10/10. Don't know about the multiplayer since i haven't played it, but as for the campaign its a solid 10/10 for me. Great story, great missions, great graphics, great weapons etc etc.

This games OK, its not bad but then again its not great. The single player campaign basically consists you going from stage to stage, beating it with different weapons/fastest time etc. Story line is pretty boring and is mainly in the Archive (Alterna Logs), you are given throughout the game by completing **** for online?Online at the start of its release had some really bad connection, although it has since been fixed, people still tend to drop out when losing or just randomly drop out. Its been descent fun while it lasted, but i don't see it lasting more than a couple weeks to a month for me.

I don't know what to really say, apart from i didn't really enjoy it.. I didn't really like the combat system because, its not turn based and it feels more like a hack and slash than anything else. The camera is god awful, the way the camera and cinematics works was really annoying. I mean your trying to walk/look one way, but its dragging you to look in the direction the game intends for you to go. And the story isn't that good either. it all takes part in midgar tho, and i wasn't really hooked on the story, it was kind of boring to be honest (different from the original). There are similarities here and there with the story of the original. But it has really pointless side quests, pointless bosses (most of them) and really a pointless combat engine. Its too chaotic and hectic, too much going on in battles. I think the original FF7 is still a way better game than this one, because at least to me games are not about graphics. I mean why do we play games in the first place? For graphics? or for "GAME PLAY"? This game wasn't too disappointing since i never played it on release. But when i saw it for 10$, i bought it and said "what the hey" why not. Also i should add, it draaaaaaaags on like nothing i have ever played before.Like i said, it all takes place in midgar and it drags on pointlessly, not really adding anything relevant to the story. This really pales in comparison to the original and doesn't even hold a candle to it.

This game seems fun at first, but then you start to see it for what it really is. A gimmicky type of game, where you win 3 but loose 2 or even more, and it happens all the time. So 1 step forward but two steps back lol. So its not if you got luck or not, more like just the way the game rolls.. If the game notices your winning, it automatically stuffs you with the dice rolls. Meaning if your winning, it always makes you hit a spot in which you either a) lose a star (by landing on bowser mini game, and landing on lose star) or somehow someone else stuffs you over by robbing you of all your money etc etc. In the end its just a gimmicky game, and not really for competitive play. The only thing i can say is fun are the mini games, and thats about it. Just go play monopoly its a lot more fun than this.

Maybe for its time it was good. But as for today? this is trash its garbage. It has really bad (like shockingly bad platforming), and shocking camera angels. If you absolutely love scooby doo, or have some nostalgia in this one, i guess you may like this just on that alone. But as for it being a average to a good game? It is not..

Kind of dissappointed with this one, because it was one of the only games i was looking forward to and is my first R&C game. I don't like going fully into details, so i will try to keep it as simple as possible. Graphics are a solid 9/10 (once i have seen an upgrade from ps2 to ps3/4), nothing can really surprise me with graphics. So graphics are great whatever. Game play wise? As i said, i never played previous R&C games, but this to me is repetitive and boring. If i would rate the game play i would give it an 6/10. Same goes for the story 6/10, your typical save the world/universe from the bad villain yada yada yada. So overall is around a 7 to a 7.5 out of 10, not a bad game by any mean. Its just, for me at least, definitely not a 10/10.

This game is absolute trash don't buy it especially on the Xbox One. The cut-scenes are also garbage and lag (Yes the cut scenes LAG lol). The story is eeeehhh ok. But the main of these "COD"games are its multiplayer modes. 1. There is no indication or that green connection bar i was used to playing with.2 The matchmaking is absolute garbage, and pits you in with players 3 times the skills of your own. 3.Snipers are over powered and in a way so is the knife. So i am shooting hitting this guy multiple times through his body, and he comes up with one swipe of his knife boom dead lol. Yeah im sorry but thats trash in my book. But snipers? Snipers are the worst. When you look at their kill cam, when you get killed they don't even aim. Also one time i remember only my head was visible, and this guy (from what i seen from the kill cam) just lifted his gun and it was automatically on my head didn't even have to aim.. Thats some straight up BS and you have cheaters (especially the PC ones) .Anyways its not the worst Cod game, but its definitely one of the worst ones. Also the zombies are not that good, maps are WAY too big. Just not for me i guess.
