Dark Souls III

**Recommended **Dark Souls III had me hooked from the start. The combat is fun, the bosses are awesome, and it has that classic Souls challenge that keeps you saying, "One more try."There are some nice quality-of-life improvements over the previous games, which make the experience feel smoother overall.I still think the first Dark Souls is the better game, but this one is fantastic in its own **** only real complaints are that it felt a bit too long, and the NPC questlines are way too cryptic. Unless you're following a guide, it's ridiculously easy to miss them. I think I only completed one questline and accidentally skipped all the others. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend it. Just be prepared to die... a lot.

Bunny Garden was a really fun game from start to finish. What I enjoyed most was spending time with the girls, unlocking new events, and seeing their relationships develop as the game progressed. It always felt rewarding to work toward the next interaction or scene. The True Ending with all the girls was so satisfying, I totally recommed going for **** of the girls were great, but Kana was easily my favorite. Her personality and events stood out the most to me, and I ended up enjoying her route the most. That said, I do have a few criticisms. One thing I wish the game allowed was taking pictures during all of the mini-games instead of limiting it to the photo booth. There were plenty of moments throughout the game that would have made for great screenshots ;)The gambling mini-game also felt unnecessarily slow. Honestly, I spent more time trying to earn money there than actually spending time with the girls. Speeding up the animations and gameplay would make the experience much smoother.Another thing that bothered me was the unlock requirement for Rich Mode. I think it should unlock after completing a single route rather than forcing players to finish every route with every girl. It would make replaying the game much more enjoyable and less grindy.I also wish there was more lewd ASMR content. The game already does a good job with fan service and character interactions, so having more of that type of content would have been a nice addition.Despite these issues, I really loved Bunny Garden. The characters were charming, the interactions were entertaining, and the overall experience was a lot of fun. If you're a fan of dating sims and anime-style games, it's definitely worth checking out.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth

*Final Fantasy VII Rebirth* is a really fun game. The combat is basically everything that made *Remake* great, but with noticeable improvements that make it even more enjoyable. The soundtrack is fantastic, as expected, and the world is huge. Exploring all the different regions was easily one of my favorite parts of the game. I love open-world exploration, so I had a great time discovering new places and completing side content. That said, I think the story was a step down from *Remake*. It has some really great moments—especially near the end—but overall it didn't grab me as much as the previous **** for the biggest issue: the minigames. There are WAY too many of them. It honestly feels like half the game is made up of minigames, and to make matters worse, some side quests for the characters are locked behind them. I couldn't care less about chocobo races, piano songs, card games, shooting galleries, or whatever else they decided to throw in. I play Final Fantasy for the characters, the story, and the RPG gameplay—not to spend hours playing what feels like a collection of cheap mobile games.Normally, I like to 100% every game I play, so I forced myself through all the minigames. By the time I reached the final chapter, I was completely burned out. Instead of being excited for the story's climax, I was just thinking, "Please let this end already." That's a terrible feeling to have when you're reaching the emotional finale of such an anticipated **** worst part is that the ending is actually good, but I couldn't appreciate it as much because I was mentally exhausted. I even planned on doing a second playthrough, but after everything the minigames put me through, I have absolutely no desire to start over anytime soon.I really hope Square Enix learns from this for Part 3. If I buy a Final Fantasy game, I want to play a Final Fantasy game—not a compilation of dozens of cheap minigames. That said, if you ignore the ridiculous amount of minigames, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is an excellent game. The combat is amazing, the music is incredible, the world is beautiful, and exploring it is a blast. Despite my frustration, I'd still recommend it. I just wish the developers had trusted the strength of their RPG instead of constantly interrupting it with minigames.

Death end re;Quest 2

After playing **Death end re;Quest 2**, I came away with mixed feelings. While it is still a good game overall, it feels more like a spin-off than a true continuation of the previous title. One of the biggest positives is the gameplay. Combat mechanics feel more refined compared to the first game, with improvements that make battles smoother and more engaging. From a gameplay standpoint, it definitely shows progress and polish .The story is still interesting and maintains the dark tone the series is known for, but it doesn’t reach the same level as the previous game. The original had a stronger narrative and more memorable moments, whereas this one feels slightly less impactful. However, the biggest disappointment is the drastic reduction of fan service. In the first game, fan service was part of the series’ charm alongside the story and gameplay. In this sequel, it has been severely toned down. While some players may not mind this change, it removes a key element that helped give the original its unique personality.Because of that, the game ends up feeling like it steps away from part of the soul that made the first entry stand out. Even though the gameplay improvements are welcome and the story is still good, it ultimately doesn’t match the overall appeal of the previous **** the end, **Death end re;Quest 2** is still a good game, but since such an important aspect of the original experience was reduced so heavily, I can’t fully recommend it.

Lords of the Fallen

Lords of the Fallen is a pretty fun Souls-like with a cool dark fantasy vibe, but it definitely has some annoying design choices. First off, the world is confusing as hell. There are way too many dead ends, and half the time I had no idea where I was supposed to go. I had to keep jumping on YouTube just to figure out how to reach certain areas. A proper map would’ve helped a lot .Difficulty-wise, it’s actually easier than most Souls games. It’s still challenging, but if you’ve played Dark Souls or Elden Ring, you won’t struggle nearly as much. The parry system is basically useless. The timing window is insanely short, and you can’t even really use it during boss fights, so what’s the point? You’re better off just dodging and blocking. Even with all that, I still had a good time with it. The combat feels nice, the world looks great, and the Umbral mechanic is a cool idea. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely a fun game overall. Verdict: flawed, frustrating at times, but still worth playing if you like Souls-likes.

Death end re;Quest is one of those games that’s *deeply flawed* but still absolutely worth your time. The gameplay is fun and engaging, especially once you get the hang of the combat system. That said, it’s also clunky as hell. Between awkward mechanics and frustrating moments, it made me rage quit more than a couple of times. Still, I always came back — and in the end, I’m glad I did. The story is good, dark, and interesting, but it’s also way too long. It definitely drags at times. That said, this is pretty standard for JRPGs, especially if you’re trying to unlock all the endings, so it comes with the territory. One pleasant surprise was the music. I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but it ended up being genuinely good and fitting the mood really well. My main disappointment is how some of the gore and death scenes are handled. I really wish they had illustrated all the scenes, because a lot of the more brutal moments are just blank screens. It takes away from the impact when the game clearly wants to shock you. Also, let’s be honest: all the girls looked incredibly hot in their swimsuits. No arguments there. Despite the clunkiness and pacing issues, this is a memorable, dark JRPG that stuck with me enough that I’m definitely playing the sequel. TL;DR:Clunky, frustrating, too long — but fun, dark, memorable, and worth it.

Overall, is a good game and a solid experience, especially if you’re into the FF7 universe. It’s not perfect, but it does a lot right. The gameplay is okay — nothing outstanding, but it works well enough to keep things moving. Combat can be fun, but it never really reaches a point where it feels amazing or deep. It does its job without getting in the way of the story, which is honestly its biggest strength. Where the game really shines is the story. It was good, and the ending was great — emotional, sad, and memorable in the way Final Fantasy endings usually are. Even if you know what’s coming, it still hits **** highlight for me was Aerith. I genuinely loved her in this version, and I’ll be honest: I like her more here than in *Remake*. She feels more charming and natural, and her interactions really stand out compared to later portrayals. That said, I’m not a fan of the puzzles and minigames. They break the pacing and aren’t particularly fun, but at this point, they’re basically part of the Final Fantasy DNA, so it’s something you just accept and move on from. Final thoughts: A good game with an okay combat system, a good story, a fantastic (and heartbreaking) ending, and some classic FF annoyances along the way. If you care about the FF7 world and its characters, especially Zack and Aerith, it’s definitely worth playing.

Resident Evil 4 Remake leans way more into action/adventure than horror, pretty much in the same lane as the RE3 remake. It’s definitely fun, but it doesn’t bring the same horror that the RE2 remake nailed so **** thing that really bugged me is how the characters—especially the girls—were made to look straight-up **ugly** compared to past versions. I honestly don’t understand why they made the effort to uglyfy them. I ended up installing mods to fix them, and I’d recommend doing the **** game itself is enjoyable and worth a playthrough, but for me, it didn’t hit that “I need to run this again immediately” feeling. Once was enough.Overall, a solid 7/10. Fun but not unforgettable.

I absolutely loved my time with Stellar Blade. The developers clearly took all the best ideas from the *NieR* games and combined them into something truly special — a masterpiece of action gaming. From the very first moment, I had a blast. The combat is fun, sharp, and incredibly rewarding. There’s definitely a learning curve, but once you get a grip on the mechanics, you’ll find yourself pulling off jaw-dropping combos accompanied by stunning cut-in visuals. It makes every encounter feel satisfying and cinematic. Of course, I can’t talk about Stellar Blade without mentioning **Eve**. She’s simply a goddess — gorgeous and captivating. I never once skipped a cutscene because I was mesmerized by her beauty. On top of that, the game offers a wide variety of outfits, each one beautifully designed. Doing side quests just to unlock them all was absolutely worth it. The soundtrack also deserves huge praise. Every region and level has its own theme, and the quality is top-tier. The music brings each environment to life, making the world feel vibrant, emotional, and immersive. The artists behind it really nailed it. That said, Stellar Blade isn’t perfect. The story and character development could use more depth — at times, the narrative doesn’t quite live up to the world’s potential. And while the combat system shines, the open world feels underutilized. There’s a noticeable lack of bosses spread across the massive map, which makes mastering the game’s mechanics feel a bit wasted when there aren’t enough challenging enemies to put your skills to the test. Even with these flaws, I strongly recommend Stellar Blade. It’s gorgeous, fun, and unforgettable. I had so much fun with this game, and I honestly can’t wait for the sequel to see how Shift Up expands on this already amazing foundation.

Mortal Shell

### **Mortal Shell – A Soulslike That Forgets the “Like” Part**I picked up *Mortal Shell* looking for that classic Soulslike experience — intense combat, memorable bosses, and rich, atmospheric dungeons. What I got instead was a glorified running simulator with the worst dungeon design I’ve ever seen in a video ****’s break it down: **Dungeon Design? More Like Labyrinthine Headache**I spent more time running around in circles than actually fighting enemies. The level layout is so confusing and poorly thought out that I constantly found myself ending up in the **same area I just came from**, only from a different angle — as if someone twisted a maze and forgot to label the exit. Some sections are so large and **completely empty** that I genuinely wondered if I glitched into unfinished areas. Zero enemies, zero atmosphere, just giant hallways for no reason. Whoever designed these environments seriously needs to reconsider their career.️ **Combat: The Lone Shining Light… If You Can Reach It**Boss fights were decent, I’ll give the game that. But the journey to get to them? **An absolute joke.** You’ll have to run a **marathon-length trek** through those same confusing, enemy-scarce hallways just to get back to a boss if you die. No shortcuts, no reasonable respawn points — just a big ol' middle finger to your time and patience. **Item Descriptions? Nah, Figure It Out Yourself**You want to know what an item does? Too bad! *Mortal Shell* gives you **zero info** unless you use the item first — and once you waste it, well, that's just your loss. No forgiveness, no hints, just frustration. This isn't challenge; it's **bad design** dressed up as mystery.🪖 **Shells Are Cool… Until You Try Upgrading**The Shell system — where you can possess different fallen warriors with their own strengths and weaknesses — is actually a **great idea**. It gives you flexibility and encourages experimenting with different playstyles. Unfortunately, the **skill upgrades are mostly trash**. You’ll waste precious resources unlocking garbage-tier perks that barely change anything. What’s the point of customization if it’s not worth the investment? **Final Verdict: Save Your Time, Save Your Sanity**I spent like $2 on this, and honestly, that feels like $1.50 too much. If you’re craving a Soulslike, **replay Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Sekiro**, or even other indies like *Lies of P* or *Nioh*. *Mortal Shell* is **not worth your time**, no matter how cheap it is.️ My Advice: **DO NOT BUY THIS GAME.**Save yourself the pain. Unless you want a walking simulator with a sprinkle of combat and a whole lot of bad design, steer clear.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33

User ScoreTwoBe
Jun 12, 2025
Let me get straight to it—*Clair Obscur: Expedition 33* isn’t a masterpiece, but damn, it came **really close**.This game clearly took heavy inspiration from the *Nier* series, especially in the themes, combat rhythm, and emotional beats. And while I’m all for taking notes from *Nier*, it sadly skipped one of the best parts: the **fanservice**. Let’s be real—some light fanservice never hurt anyone and could’ve added a little spice to an otherwise very emotionally heavy experience. Instead, it leans *a little too hard* into the melancholic art-house vibes.**Story & Replay Value:**The story is one of the game’s strongest suits. On the **first playthrough**, it’s already compelling, but the second run? That’s where it *really* hits. The narrative takes on a new layer once you know what’s coming. I **highly recommend** doing a second playthrough to see the pieces come together and unlock that **true ending** (if you didn't get it the first time), which was nothing short of **epic**. **Characters:**I didn’t expect to get this attached to the crew, but the **character development is top-tier**. Each member of Expedition 33 felt like a real person by the end—flawed, human, and worth caring about. By the time credits rolled, I wasn’t just invested in the plot—I genuinely enjoyed the company of the party.**Music:**The soundtrack is beautiful, but man, it’s **depressing as hell**. There’s emotional depth in the compositions, no doubt, but I wish there were a few more tracks that offered some levity or hope. It kind of feels like being gently slapped by sorrow for 30 hours. **Gameplay:**Now, full disclosure—I’m not a turn-based combat guy. But Expedition 33 surprised me. The **reactive mechanics** (dodging/parrying during enemy turns) kept things engaging. It never felt like I was just sitting around waiting. Even as someone who usually avoids turn-based games, I had a good time.**Graphics:****Absolutely stunning.** The game is a visual **feast**. From the gothic cityscapes to the eerie dreamlike dungeons, every environment was crafted with insane detail. It’s one of those rare games where I’d stop just to take in the view.Final Thoughts:So yeah, not a perfect game—but one that **left a strong impression**. I respect what it tried to do and what it *mostly* pulled off. If you’re into emotional stories, beautiful worlds, and aren’t totally allergic to turn-based combat, give this one a go—and **definitely** play it twice.

*Bloody Spell* – Fun Combat, Gorgeous Characters, and Some Flaws. If you love fast-paced action games with flashy combat, Bloody Spell is an absolute must-play. The game throws you into great fights with a ton of weapon variety, sick combos, and some of the best-looking character models in any game. But while it nails a lot of things, there are a few issues that hold it back.**Combat is Awesome… Except for the Parry System**The combat in Bloody Spell is straight-up addicting. It’s fast, stylish, and super satisfying when you pull off insane combos. But let’s talk about the parry system—because wow, it’s rough. The timing window is ridiculously short, which is frustrating in a game that *wants* you to parry to deal with bosses effectively. Sometimes it feels like the parry just straight-up doesn’t register, making some fights more annoying than they should be.**The Female Character Designs Are Next-Level**Now, let’s be real—one of the game’s biggest highlights is the character designs. The female models? Absolute goddesses. The devs went all-in on making them look stunning, and the variety of outfits just makes it even better. More games should follow this approach because it seriously adds to the experience ;)**The English Translation is Pretty Bad**One thing that’s pretty disappointing is the English translation. It’s rough. Some of the dialogue barely makes sense and other is not even translated, and it really takes away from the immersion. For such a well-made game, you’d think they’d invest in better localization.**Story? Meh.**Not much to say here—the story is as generic as it gets. It’s just there to give you a reason to keep fighting, but honestly, the game is fun enough that you won’t really care.**Final Thoughts – 100% Worth Playing**Despite its flaws, Bloody Spell is an awesome game that’s absolutely worth your time. The combat is fun as hell, the visuals are amazing, and the character designs are pure perfection. If you can deal with the janky parry system and bad translation, you’re in for a great time. Definitely recommend this one!

*Little Witch Nobeta* – A Hidden Gem with a Dark Twist. I absolutely love this game! *Little Witch Nobeta* is a fantastic indie title that takes the "Souls-like" formula and gives it a unique magical twist. The gameplay is fluid and fun, and while I was expecting a cute adventure, I was pleasantly surprised by its unexpectedly dark story. That said, my biggest gripe is the length—this game is incredibly short. A game of this type should have been at least twice as long. The level design could also have used some improvements. Many rooms look exactly the same, making it easy to get lost. A more gothic and dark aesthetic would have fit the game perfectly and enhanced the atmosphere. Where *Little Witch Nobeta* truly excels is in its character design. The transition from super cute to absolutely stunning is amazing. Nobeta’s design is nothing short of a masterpiece—her outfits are adorable, and some of her costumes have next-level details (yes, including the pantsu). Not gonna lie, seeing her cute little pantsu every time I lost to a boss gave me the motivation to keep going...Vanessa’s design is also top-tier—she’s insanely hot. It’s a shame the devs didn’t make her playable because I would’ve loved to experience the game from her perspective. Overall, I *strongly* recommend *Little Witch Nobeta*. Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remaster

User ScoreTwoBe
Mar 10, 2025
*Final Fantasy X* is often regarded as one of the greatest JRPGs of all time, but honestly, I don’t see the hype. Yes, the story is solid, but everything else about the game is painfully mediocre or outright frustrating. The turn-based combat is slow and repetitive, and while the ability to swap party members mid-fight is nice, it doesn’t do enough to make battles exciting. The Sphere Grid, which is supposed to be a unique leveling system, is a tedious mess. Progression feels like a chore rather than a rewarding experience, and unlocking abilities takes way too long. The game is plagued by outdated design choices. Movement feels stiff, and there's a lack of freedom in exploration. The worst offender? You *cannot* skip cutscenes. This is absurd, especially when you have to retry difficult boss fights and sit through the same dialogue over and over again. For a game that emphasizes a long journey, it’s ridiculous that teleportation isn’t available until the very end. Backtracking is a pain, making the overall experience feel artificially prolonged. The grind in this game is just not worth it. The developers knew it was too much, which is why they let you get all the gil, items, and skills from the start. If you want to enjoy the story—the only redeeming factor—just save yourself the trouble and power up immediately. Otherwise, you’re in for an ungodly repetitive experience. At the end of the day, the only thing keeping *Final Fantasy X* from being a complete disaster is its story. The world of Spira, the themes of sacrifice, and the character arcs (especially Yuna’s) are well done. But outside of that? The gameplay is clunky, the mechanics are frustrating, and the grind is unbearable. If you’re here for a fun JRPG experience, there are *way* better options out there. **Final Score: 6/10**

There’s a lot to love here, from the gorgeous graphics that bring the grimdark universe to life, to the satisfying crunch of every **** thing I strongly recommend: start on Veteran mode. The lower difficulty settings feel way too easy and can get boring fast. Veteran mode, on the other hand, strikes the perfect balance and really makes you appreciate the intensity of the gameplay without losing that satisfying power fantasy of being an **** you're new to the series, I highly recommend playing the first game to understand why Captain Titus behaves as he does. The campaign itself is of fun, supported by fantastic voice acting that captures the gravity of the Warhammer universe. The one drawback I felt was with the jetpack mechanics—they’ve taken a step back in fluidity from the first game, which makes using it less enjoyable. The hammer, while still delivering a powerful punch, is not as big as in the previous game, which is a bit dissapointing. Overall, this game has immense potential for DLCs or sequels. With the Warhammer universe offering so much lore and so many factions, there’s a huge amount of content just waiting to be tapped into. *Dark Souls II* is definitely a divisive entry in the *Souls* series, and I get why—it’s got a mix of great and frustrating elements that create a love/hate experience. First off, the quality of life in this game is trash. I’d recommend grabbing a mod to smooth out things; otherwise, playing can feel like a grind. The lock-on system, in particular, is a nightmare. Too often, I’d try to lock onto an enemy in front, only to suddenly be targeting a random boss or enemy behind me. It drove me crazy until I just disabled lock-on altogether, which, surprisingly, made most boss fights way easier to manage. The bosses themselves are decent but feel easier than those in *Dark Souls I*, especially without relying on the lock-on. The graphics are fine, though different—due to they used a different game engine, along with the timing changes in controls, which feel noticeably off if you’re coming straight from *DS1*. That said, this game is massive! With the DLC merged into the base game, there's a ton to explore, and I found myself constantly hooked, wanting to see every area and defeat every boss. Despite its flaws, *Dark Souls II* is an addictive experience, and once you get past the rough edges, it’s genuinely fun. *Slay the Princess* is a fascinating dive into horror storytelling, where intrigue and mystery do all the heavy lifting rather than outright scares. The story itself is one of the game’s standout elements. It’s really engaging—almost addictive in how it hooks you and keeps you on the edge of your seat, eager to understand what’s happening or what might happen next. There’s a lot of psychological tension in the narrative, keeping you wondering about the motives of the narrator, the mysterious princess, and even your own **** for horror, it’s more unsettling than outright scary. If you’re looking for classic horror with jump scares or terrifying visuals, this game might not deliver what you expect. Instead, *Slay the Princess* plays with a lingering sense of dread that, while not terrifying, keeps you fully engaged because you’re constantly in the dark about what’s real and what isn’t. That unpredictability and constant uncertainty are what drive the **** voice acting is solid, too. The performances add a lot of depth and bring a strong emotional quality to each interaction, helping you feel more connected to the twisted world of the game. The narration and the princess’s dialogue feel genuine, and the actors manage to convey a lot of emotion, pulling you into each scene even **** ending, however, was a bit confusing. It left things feeling unresolved and may not satisfy players who crave a clear conclusion or a strong sense of closure. But for those who enjoy ambiguous endings that leave you thinking and trying to piece things together, it can be a **** art style—simple, black-and-white—is minimalistic but refreshing. It won’t blow you away with detail or complexity, but it fits the tone of the game. The stark, monochrome visuals add to the eerie atmosphere, even if they’re not overly polished or elaborate.Overall, *Slay the Princess* is a unique experience that mixes psychological horror with narrative depth. Dark Souls is known for its punishing difficulty and epic boss fights, and for good reason. The bosses are genuinely challenging, often pushing you to the brink. But the satisfaction of finally defeating them after numerous attempts is second to none. Every victory feels earned, and the thrill of mastering each encounter is one of the game’s biggest strengths. However, while the difficulty is a core part of the experience, there are some design choices that make the game more frustrating than it needs to be. I’m all for a tough challenge, but the game's poor quality of life decisions stand out. For example, having to trek long distances from a bonfire to a boss after every death feels unnecessary. These small annoyances are scattered throughout the game and often take away from the enjoyment of overcoming the core challenge.Overall, Dark Souls delivers an unforgettable experience with its incredible boss fights and atmospheric world, but these unnecessary frustrations keep it from being a true masterpiece in my eyes. That said, it's still a great game for those who enjoy testing their skills in a harsh but rewarding environment.

If you're familiar with Souls-style games, you'll feel right at home here. The challenge is steep, especially with the boss encounters, which are some of the best parts of the game. The final boss fight is brutally difficult, but never in a frustrating way. In fact, despite getting my ass handed to me multiple times, I couldn't help but laugh at how well-crafted the enemies and their mechanics were. There's a sense of satisfaction in learning the patterns and improving your skills over time, even as you're beaten down repeatedly.Where the game falters, though, is in the storytelling. While the cutscenes are beautifully animated and the characters are visually striking, the narrative can be difficult to follow if you're not already familiar with *Journey to the West*. I often found myself lost, unsure of what was happening or why, despite the incredible quality of the cinematic sequences. The cutscenes they used to convey the plot left too many gaps, making it hard to fully grasp the stakes or connect with the characters. If the story had been conveyed more clearly, this game would easily be a masterpiece. That said, I definitely recommend this game. The combination of great gameplay, jaw-dropping visuals, epic music, and well-designed bosses makes Black Myth: Wukong a must-play, even if the storytelling falls short. It’s an experience that will challenge and captivate you, and it comes so close to perfection that its narrative shortcomings are easy to forgive. If you're a fan of action RPGs or mythological tales, this is one adventure you don’t want to miss.

**Top tier fanservice.** Let's get this out of the way – the fanservice in this game is off the charts. Whether you're into the intricately hot designed characters or the slick, immersive environments, there's plenty to feast your eyes on. The developers clearly know their audience and deliver on every front. The game really picks up after chapter 10 —honestly, the difference between chapters 1-10 and 11 onwards is like night and day. The story gets so much better, and the ending for "Realm of Illusion" was simply amazing. It felt like a well-deserved payoff for sticking through the earlier chapters. One of the best features is the ability to choose your path with the banners. They added a 100% guarantee character at 100 pulls, while still keeping the traditional 50/50 banner. Not only that, but they brought the pity system into the 100 pulls guarantee banner, so instead of the usual 130-140 pulls to get the character you want, you can get it in less than 100, or at most 100 pulls! This shows the developers really thought about the players' experience and made it more rewarding. Speaking of the developers, they actually listen to the players, which deserves a lot of respect. Very few developers do that these days, and it makes a huge difference in the quality and enjoyment of the game. I totally recommend Snowbreak. If you're into sci-fi RPG shooters with top-notch fanservice, and a player-centric approach, and a storyline that eventually delivers, this game is for you. Don't miss out on this gem!

This is a title that truly feels like a relic of a bygone era—an era when the goal of video game development was pure, unadulterated fun. This game is a hidden gem on Steam, shining with its commitment to exhilarating, straightforward **** combat system and character design are undeniably top-notch. Playing as any of the characters —each a goddess in her own right— offers a visceral and engaging experience. The gils are not only fun but also stunning, fitting seamlessly into the game's audacious style. The music, reminiscent of something you might hear in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," perfectly complements the game’s vibe, enhancing the experience of hot chicks battling zombies.Another great feature is the variety of scantily-clad costumes available for all characters, allowing for a customizable and varied gameplay experience. However, the game is not without its flaws. Clocking in at only about 15 hours, it feels too short for the rich content it offers; a game this engaging deserves at least double the length to fully develop its potential.Furthermore, the game falls short in guiding players through its more complex combat mechanics. Players are left to figure out the cool combos on their own or seek help outside the game, which can interrupt the flow and immersion. That said, once mastered, the combos are incredibly satisfying, featuring excellent animations and spectacular **** summary, "Onechanbara Z2: Chaos" is an absolute blast for those who miss the straightforward fun of past gaming eras. While it could benefit from a bit more content and better in-game tutorials, its strengths far outweigh these minor drawbacks.

Black Desert Online
6
User ScoreTwoBe
Apr 30, 2024
**Game Balance and Quality of Life: Major Pitfalls** The game suffers severely from its quality of life and balancing issues. The in-game economy and progression are structured around heavy grinding and substantial investment of in-game currency (Silvers), which may take months of playtime to accumulate. This aspect alone can be a major turnoff for players who prefer a more straightforward or casual gaming experience. Additionally, poorly balanced zones where player progression can feel disjointed and random, alongside the constant need to repair gear, further detract from the enjoyment and immerse the player in a cycle of tedious maintenance rather than heroic adventuring. **World Design: Expansive but Inconvenient** While the open-world of Black Desert is vast and beautifully crafted, it comes with significant drawbacks in terms of navigation. The absence of fast travel options early in the game, coupled with an expensive and limited mid-game "semi-fast travel" system, makes exploration more tedious than enjoyable. Charging 5 million silvers for each use of this limited travel system feels excessively punitive, compounding frustration in an already grind-heavy game. **Narrative: Confusing and Underdeveloped** Storytelling in Black Desert appears to be an afterthought. The game launches players into a series of quests with little coherent narrative thread, leading to confusion about overarching goals and motivations. For players who value a strong, engaging story to accompany their gameplay, Black Desert might disappoint with its lack of clear direction and meaningful plot development. **Combat System: A Dual-Edged Sword** The combat in Black Desert is visually impressive, especially once players reach the "Awakening" phase, where new skills and abilities give a fresh feel to battles. The action-based combat system is dynamic and engaging, a fact that will satisfy those who thrive on active gameplay rather than the traditional point-and-click systems of older MMORPGs. **Graphics and Character Design: Stellar Despite Age** Black Desert Online, even nearly a decade after its release, continues to dazzle with graphics that push the boundaries of visual appeal in the MMO genre. The level of detail in the environments and character models is top-notch, with particularly high praise for the character customization system. This feature stands out as a highlight, allowing players to create uniquely detailed avatars – from heroic knights to, yes, stunningly designed "waifus." **Conclusion: Beautiful but Flawed** Despite its impressive visuals and innovative combat system, Black Desert Online is marred by significant quality of life issues and game design choices that can make the experience feel more punishing than rewarding. The game will appeal to players who enjoy deep customization and are willing to commit to its demanding grind. However, for many, especially those looking for a balanced and accessible MMO experience, the game might prove more frustrating than fun. After nearly a decade, it's clear that Black Desert Online offers a unique but ultimately niche appeal within the broader MMO landscape.

"Fate/Extella: The Umbral Star" definitely lands on the entertaining side of the gaming spectrum. For starters, the character design is a standout, especially if you're into characters that bring a lot of personality (and yes, attractiveness) to the table. There's no way to dance around it; the game features some truly hot characters, and Tamamo no Mae is a prime example. She's was so thirsty, I just wanted to breed that fox so hard **** costumes throughout the game strike a perfect balance between cute and appealing, catering well to fans who appreciate that aspect in their gaming experience. It's clear that a lot of thought went into the art elements, adding an extra layer of **** the narrative front, the story is serviceable, though it won't be winning any awards for groundbreaking storytelling. It has its moments but tends to drag at times, which might test your patience if you're more about the action than the lore.Speaking of action, the gameplay itself is fun, offering plenty of good moments. However, it's not without its flaws. The tracking system, in particular, leaves a lot to be desired. Being limited to tracking only Servants can be a significant downside, especially in the heat of battle when you're trying to get a sense of the battlefield.Overall, "Fate/Extella: The Umbral Star" is a solid game with a few rough edges. If you can look past its tracking system and the occasionally tepid story, you're in for a good time, especially if you're here for the characters and their dazzling designs.

Crystar is one of those JRPGs that catches your eye and heart with its dark, compelling story and visually stunning art. The game delves into themes of grief, guilt, and redemption, wrapped in a beautifully tragic narrative that keeps you engaged from start to finish. The character designs are a feast for the eyes, with Rei's camisole and the various swimsuits for the girls not only adding a touch of charm but also showcasing the game's attention to detail in costumes. It's clear that a lot of love went into the visual and character design aspects of Crystar. However, while the game excels in storytelling and aesthetics, it stumbles significantly when it comes to gameplay. The combat and level design are, frankly, lackluster. After the initial excitement wears off, you're left with a repetitive grind that feels more like a chore than an adventure. My advice? Don't hesitate to switch the difficulty to Easy mode. The gameplay doesn't offer enough depth or variation to justify the frustration on higher difficulties. You're here for the story and the art, not to get bogged down by monotonous **** the technical side, Crystar's graphics and music are **** conclusion, Crystar is a game of contrasts. Its narrative depth, stunning art, and character designs are top-notch, making it a must-play for fans of dark, story-driven JRPGs. However, be prepared for a gameplay experience that doesn't match the high standards set by the rest of the game. If you can overlook its gameplay flaws, Crystar offers a memorable journey that's well worth the time for its story and art alone.

CHAOS;HEAD NOAH is nothing short of a masterpiece in the realm of visual novels. Its intricate storytelling and immersive narrative had me glued to my screen, sacrificing sleep just to unravel the next twist. The game's ability to weave complex themes with engaging character development is a testament to the creators' prowess in crafting a compelling story that resonates with its audience. However, no masterpiece is without its flaws. CHAOS;HEAD NOAH offers a plethora of endings and routes, which, while ambitious, ultimately feels like a double-edged sword. The narrative sometimes feels dragged, diluting the impact of its core story. Personally, I only wanted the routes/endings of my waifus Nanami and Rimi, I couldn't care less about the other girls. Voice acting in CHAOS;HEAD NOAH is a mixed bag. On one hand, the voice actress for Nanami delivers a performance that is nothing short of perfection. Her portrayal of a cute, sometimes fiery little sister is spot-on, complete with adorable high-pitched noises that add a layer of authenticity to her character. It's exactly how I'd imagine a lovable yet spirited little sister would sound. On the other hand, Takumi's voice actor sometimes misses the mark. His over-the-top delivery can be grating, detracting from the immersion and occasionally making it hard to sympathize with the protagonist. For those considering diving back into the chaotic world of CHAOS;HEAD NOAH, or for newcomers ready to embark on this emotional rollercoaster, I highly recommend checking out the Custom DLC. It's a game-changer that significantly enhances the overall experience ;) In conclusion, CHAOS;HEAD NOAH is a visual novel that will take you on an unforgettable journey through its gripping narrative and complex character dynamics. While it may stumble in its ambition with an overabundance of routes, the heart of its story and the strength of its key characters make it a journey worth taking.

Despite not being a fan of cowboy themes, Red Dead Redemption II managed to rope me in and keep me thoroughly engaged. The game stands out for its incredible storytelling and character development, making it easy to get attached to many of the characters. Arthur, in particular, shines as a protagonist, offering depth and complexity that's rare in video games. However, Abigail's portrayal struck a discordant note, coming across as excessively obnoxious, which might have been the writers' intention, but it felt overdone. The voice acting deserves a special mention for bringing the characters to life, complemented by a soundtrack and graphics that immerse you in its world. While the gameplay is solid overall, it does suffer from moments of clunkiness that can detract from the experience. Nonetheless, the amazing story and overall presentation make Red Dead Redemption II a memorable journey through the Wild West.

Halo Infinite is undoubtedly a fun game that brings back the nostalgia of the early Halo titles. The gameplay is solid, and it's clear that the developers aimed to recapture the essence of the franchise's roots. The new Cortana design though... is just plain ugly. They took a beloved character and gave her a makeover that's simply unappealing. It's disappointing to see such a drastic departure from the iconic look that fans know and love. They really missed the mark with this one. As for the plot, I can't help but feel disappointed by the direction of the story. Frankly, I wish they had taken a different approach after defeating the Flood, the fact they want to fixed their screw up of making the FORERUNNERs evil along with Cortana says it all, honestly they just should start all over.

"Alien: Isolation" is a triumph in the world of horror gaming. It's a title that immerses you deep into the dread-filled corridors of the Sevastopol space station. The game is a love letter to the original "Alien" film, capturing its atmosphere perfectly. You're not just playing a game; you're living a chapter of the "Alien" saga. The constant threat of the Xenomorph, coupled with the game’s top-notch AI, keeps you on your toes. Every step is a gamble between safety and sudden, terrifying **** game's focus on stealth and survival is where it really shines. Unlike more combat-heavy horror games (and here's where "Resident Evil 2" just peeks in), "Alien: Isolation" demands a more cautious approach. It's less about facing your fears head-on and more about the chilling experience of evading an unstoppable force. This approach to horror is meticulously crafted, making every moment in the game a study in tension and **** narrative ties beautifully into the "Alien" universe, offering a story that feels both familiar and fresh. Fans of the series will appreciate the attention to detail and the respect shown to the source material. It’s a game that doesn’t just use the "Alien" license; it expands on it, enriching the lore and giving fans something new and **** summary, "Alien: Isolation" stands as a distinct and remarkable entry in the horror genre. Its focus on psychological terror and survival, contrasted with a less combat-focused approach than some of its peers (like RE2, to give it a nod), sets it apart. "A Stellar Ambiance, Yet Earthbound Gameplay" In a gaming market where genres intertwine, "The Callisto Protocol" boldly steps into the realm of action-adventure, somewhat sidestepping its horror tagline. It's a diversion that harbors both charm and flaws. The initial stages of the game felt like a monotonous reel of the same scenes playing over, lacking the allure of progression that hooks a player to the screen. It was a stretch of gameplay that felt more like a chore than an engaging experience, a hamster wheel of repetitiveness that did little to excite or **** narrative attempted to thread a path of intrigue but managed to land in the realm of the ordinary. It didn't crash and burn but soared at a low altitude, with moments of brilliance overshadowed by the predictability. It's not a tale that would be recounted over a campfire, but it served its purpose, acting as a vehicle moving the player through the visually stunning universe the developers crafted.Speaking of visuals, "The Callisto Protocol" is nothing short of a spectacle. The graphics are a feast for the eyes, rendering a cosmos that's both eerie and enchanting. The meticulous attention to detail paints a universe that's easy to get lost in, from the glistening outer space vistas to the grim, dystopian installations the player navigates. However, the game's core identity seems to be having a bit of a crisis. Is it a heart-pounding horror experience, or an action-packed adventure? It leans more towards the latter, which isn't necessarily a downfall, but the marketing could have been more aligned with the actual gameplay experience. The action sequences are well-executed, providing a rush of adrenaline more than a shiver down the **** conclusion, "The Callisto Protocol" shines brightest when admired for its graphical prowess and action-oriented gameplay. It's a game that attempted to straddle two realms but ended up planting its flag firmly in the action-adventure territory. While the narrative may not be its strongest suit, and the initial gameplay might test your patience, the visual spectacle and exhilarating action sequences could be a redeeming factor for those who manage to endure the early blandness.

Play Yuito story first. Kasane story is not bad but it was meant to complement Yuito's, so for a better experience do Yuito first. This was a really good game, with a good story, good skills, epic finishing moves and interesting battle mechanics, the battle mechanics sometimes feel clunky and overwhelming at the beginning but is just matter of getting used to it. One thing that is not good is that some of the really cool skills are behind this "friendship system" that in order to use them you have to level up your friendship with all the characters, and that's a pain because it is really difficult to max out all the characters in your first playthrough, also no all of the characters have a "good" character or deserve it, for example Shiden, he was an asshwhole in Yuito's story, in Kasane's story he was ok, but in Yuito's he was a real pain in the ass, honestly the writers overdid it with that the guy. Anyway, lot's of fun with the game and definitely will be playing the second part if it ever comes.

Probably the only reason that you will find yourself coming back will be to finish building your bike, anything else will be doubtful it will be as engaging. Most of the game mechanics are fine but driving the bike was a real pain, nevertheless you will enjoy ridding the rode and running over zombies or any other animal that you might find. If you think this is only a brawler game with hot chicks in sexy customs, well think again it's more than that. Yes, the girls are really cute but the main story and the stories of the characters are good too, they are not just fillers that they put out there to create a game, although the stories may not be master pieces of literature, they are good enough to keep you well entertained. The game mechanics are easy to master for some characters but a pain for others, so playing with your fav girl may take you a while to play decently. Another thing is that I wish there were an extra level of difficulty in the game, once you have levelled up your characters to a decent level the game turns out really easy. The music is sticky and fun to listen and every character has its own theme which is really cool. I loved playing this game, the character creation was great, I enjoyed looking up at the skirts of the girls and it was really fun/challenging trying to clear out the maps, except for the labyrinths I hated those things. The game mechanics could use some improvements as well as for the audio but in short it was a really fun game. Story: 7/10 ========== The story wasn't bad, I wish I could say something else but sometimes I felt lost in the story and it wasn't very clear what was that the player needed to do to keep progressing in the game. The side stories "vestiges", which are stories to know more about the characters were quite interesting, unfortunately they are split in different parts and you need to find them while you're progressing in the game. Art: 9/10 ======== The character creation in Code Vein is great. The female character that I made was just hot and gorgeous, I wish I could share a picture here so you could die of envy. Looking up at the skirt of the girls was marvellous, specially Mia she's the top waifu and IO is on second spot. The "lost" which are the monsters in the game were freaking scary, they looked so morbid and nasty that you knew that you had to put those creeps out of their misery. Sound: 7/10 =========== The music is really good, but whoever they hired as the audio engineer screw it up, they didn't do a good job in putting together all the music for the game, there are really some cool songs that they would be perfect to play in the background, but instead we just have the sound of the wind going through the building, that ****, having so much potential and they just wasted it, also when you're playing the songs in the jukebox the music goes silence once the character just turns around, that feels so uncomfortable and is not just the music but also the conversations that you have with the NPCs the audio cuts off so abruptly that is way too annoying. There were more screw ups in the audio of the game but I won't waste more time on it. Game Mechanics: 7/10 ============== The game mechanics felt awkward and they were not intuitive enough, it's not like they were really complicated but I wish they felt more fluid or easier to grasp, sometimes it felt like I was cutting through paper while fighting the "lost" and figuring out how to use all the gear was not easy to figure out. Is not clear for the player what needs to do, I had already spent 40hrs in the game and still I didn't know how the blood codes interacted with the weapons and gifts. Nevertheless, there are some really cool moves in the blood codes and once you master them you can use them anywhere. Enjoyment: 9/10 =============== I honestly wanted to keep playing, even after finishing the game I wanted more. Fortunately you can play the game again making different decisions so you can get any of its three endings, in addition you can play the DLC with the new maps of the depths, just be really prepare because those things are tougher than the main story.

Leaving that aside, it was a fun game to play. It was not better than the previous ones but it was not lesser either. I loved that you had more powers to choose from, that was a great idea. The story was ok, it kinda followed the plot that you have seen many times, so I didn’t get surprised at all in how things turned out, or maybe I’m just too old to get amazed any more... The side missions were really simple and repetitive, honestly tree missions that repeat over and over again, why would they do something like that? The last battle was dull and kinda boring, I think the previous boss battle was way better. I love InFamous games because you get the chance to do what you cannot do in any other video games, that is to get the chance to play as the villain. It’s always lots of fun.

*Story: 6/10* ========== The story is doll at times and since the game forces you to grind for quite some time before continuing with it you can get lost on what's going on, so you may have to do your own research to make head or tails of the lore, the ending had a really good twist tho. The side stories for the characters are awesome, it let's simp for the characters that you want, I think it would be great if you could marry one of the characters at the end of the game after finishing her/his route lol *Art: 9/10* ======== miHoYo created a vast beautiful world, I lost count how many times my jaw was dropping while exploring Liyue. *Sound: 8/10* =========== The OST is very good, every region has its own theme so it makes you feel in tune with the environment. *Character: 9/10* ============== I love the characters. Even though each type has its own mechanics mastering them and building them is part of the enjoyment so you will always have fun. Top tier waifus: Lisa (Ara, Ara…) Mona (Perfect buns) Noelle (Naughty of closet + the girl that you end up marrying one day) Barbara (Ufff... + the girl that you end up marrying one day) **** (Professional model legs) *Enjoyment: 9/10* =============== Clearing domains with your build up character is really satisfying. I only wish the bosses that you find in the outside world would've being related to the story instead of just being "there" waiting to be beaten. The lack of toxic players amazes me, I've never encounter one and mostly all of them are like :3 Really nice and wholesome experiences in co-op. It makes me wonder what is the game demographics. *Overall: 7* =========== This is a great game, which unfortunately its censorship and gacha mechanics ruin it. I wouldn't mind paying 40 or 50 box for this game, it deserves it, but seeing people paying from 5k to 10k to get the characters that they want… that's just insane! No game is worth that money no matter how beautiful its world is or how great its characters are. If you go for the F2P route you won’t be disappointed, the game will be more challenging but it will feel more rewarding. Just please bear in mind that it might take up to a year to get the characters that you want because you will have to grind and grind hard.
