In many aspects better than the first game. Amazing music, sound design, gameplay, visuals, spell variety, enemy variety and character creation. 9 is a bit generous, since the story is extremely weak and at times weird, the performance issues due to denuvo and punishing endgame mechanic that takes away a lot of replayability hurt the game quite a bit. However if you don't notice the performance issues, focus on gameplay instead of story and adjust your gameplay to maximize replayability - the game is debateably 10/10. The game feels fresh, fun, engaging and fluid. The worth depends on how many cons you can look past.

Overlord II8

Very strong sequel that adds a lot of new fun mechanics and captures well aspects that made the first game so great. The story is silly and fun, but doesn't hit with the heavy emotional weight, unexpected twist or masterful symbolism quite like the 1st game. Most prominent feature - definitely unique, fun and engaging gameplay.

The parkour makes the game stand out and kicking zombies into spikes is really fun, but over time both lose novelty and parkour feels less and less responsive and fluid. The story gets boring very quickly, enemy variety falls flat, challanges feel difficult and unrewarding and in the end when novelty wears off it all just falls apart after 3 hours

Diablo IV10

Diablo 4 has to be my favourite ARPG of all time, i dont give away 10/10 lightly, but i legitimately don't think there is a better ARPG for me out there. The Compaign is legitimately interesting and engaging, skilltrees make me feel like i have actual freedom in creating my own build for my character. I am a huge fan of seasonal updates, because they bring reason to come back to the game and play more of something i love. My favourite part is gameplay, especially on sorcerer, but i think everything about the game is worth praise: Music, sound design, visual design, aesthetic, skilltree, enemy variety, world events (Helltide, World Boss, Headhunt) and everything else i forgot to mention. The skins in the shop are some of the priciest on the market, yes, but the beautiful craftsmanship, ability to change colors, ability to mix-match certain parts of armor with others make it actually feel worth the 26$ pricetag.
It's also fun playing with other people, but i'm having a blast even though i mostly play alone.
Considering the base game is more often on discount than not, i definitely would say it's worth the price.

Probably the most entertaining and engaging gameplay I have come across. Amazing detail and choice variety in combat tactics, quest solutions and character development. Finished this game with dlc as every vocation and I am still not tired of it.
