I hate to be referencing a critic review that you can easily read beside this one, but $15 is very steep. They note the number of things you can buy for that much, including some of the greatest PC games of all time. It is true, in full because I don't believe I have ever payed so much for a dlc that gives you so little- the same goes without say for all the other Call of Duty Map packs. If you want to know a little bit about each map though, they do add some variety and new battlegrounds if you play BlOps frequently. The new settings add some much needed variation between the stock maps, but this can only be recommended if you are a true CoD fan. Otherwise, this is a miss. Again, I recommend you spend your money on more worthwhile pursuits.

Lego Universe attempts to add the MMO realm to younger audiences- the first game possibly of the category where you are not ripping some giant medieval rat to death with a giant sword or completing violent quests. As a gamer of all sorts, I actually sort of enjoyed the game despite its childish appeal. I guess I can say that I have always loved Legos since I was a kid, and even though I am into much more mature games such as the Fallout games and GTA, I still found it interesting and a new venture for the lego games. Pros: Very Creative, inspires creativity Different than other Lego games MMO where you can see other people playing with you You can design a base using legos you collect on your travels Very Child Safe and Friendly, well regulated A variety of quests among the four factions- many different gameplay aspects such as pets and imagination points CONS: Although there is a lot to do, I still feel there is a lack of content at the launch of this game. Don't worry though, as more will [hopefully] be added as time goes on. A Moderately priced monthly subscription Fee- Its fair, but I want to see a little more. May not appeal to more hardcore gamers Doesn't quite feel like a full MMO, although I haven't explored it enough to see all the PvP features. Overall, plays well for children, and creative or Lego-enthusiast adults. If you are willing to pay for the monthly subscription fees, and have the time to dedicate to an MMO, then this will be a great game for you and/or your children.
