This is not a documentary about the best ways to live to achieve optimal longevity. If you are looking for that, you should look for Peter Attia's work. This movie is a documentary about a emotionally and socially damaged sociopath looking to fill the voids in his life by spending all of his time following health and wellness protocols no matter how well researched those protocols are.

The scenery is beautiful. The story is incomplete by design with multiple captivating story arcs that are set up to come together in the next parts. It very much feels like an epic novel that is just getting started. Might have been better received as a 9 part TV series.
