The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Remastered2
Oct 1, 2026
I'm not sure what went wrong here, but the saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it" comes to mind. Besides the fact that redlauncher won't work now, I had so many issues getting the game to run, then getting it to run without insane visual glitches. Now it's running okay, not great but smooth enough, I'm still having constant issues with visual noise, odd shadow pop-in, general pop-in, this fuzz that seems to be over everything no matter what I change, etc. I had a perfectly running modded version of TW3 already so I'm just wishing I hadn't updated it. It's basically the same thing I already had except they seemingly increased the color saturation. Maybe it would have less visual glitches if I used ray-tracing but I have a 7900 xtx, ray-tracing shouldn't be a requirement. I wish I hadn't deleted all my mods because I would have just went back to the "next-gen" version or whatever it was before the remaster. Overall I still consider it to be one of my favorite games of all time and I appreciate the effort, but to me all they did was break things. If it was any other game I would have just given it a 0 but it's TW3 so.. 2 it gets.

Probably more of a 9/10 but gotta balance the "I didn't play it but it's a walking simulator wah" votes. Thankfully those are few and far between. After finally finishing the first game I wasn't sure how I'd feel about this one, but Kojima did it. He took one of the weirdest, most introspective games and made it even better.

After years of bangers, Fromsoftware has finally fallen into the greed trap. Instead of putting out a typical Fromsoft game they released an over-priced DLC (should have been a free part of Elden Ring itself if anything, not some stand-alone game). There are plenty of casuals that will enjoy this game at first, but there isn't enough here to keep even the most simple of people entertained. I promise, in a week or two everyone will have moved on. It's a cash-grab, that's it.

Besides the fact that the characters didn't seem as compelling and the story in general wasn't as interesting as a whole compared to the first game, the additional gameplay mechanics made it worthwhile. It's too bad there won't be any free story DLCs added with this game like the first, that was pretty dope of the developers.

Some games just have something special about them, I'm not sure how to put it into words but their is some kind of magic. RDR2, The Witcher 3, BG3, Bioshock, the list is actually surprisingly long. I consider this to be one of those games. Sadly there are a lot of hateful people who absolutely just can't handle a game that has a non-white, hetero, man as a protagonist. This game has a single black character in it and you have the choice to have a homosexual relationship with your good friend Hans. I promise you that at least 99% of the low review scores are from people who hate the game because of that, because they were told to hate it (because of that) or because they gave up on it in the first couple hours for it being too difficult. Thankfully most of us won't let something so insignificant ruin a good game for us.

I promise you that anyone giving this a 4 or less has never even played it and are just repeating what some grumpy youtuber said. Is it the most detailed and living world? No of course not. Can you pick up every bucket and cucumber you stumble on? No. Can you kill every NPC? Nope. The water doesn't even react to your movement (that one is more confusing to me) but none of these things are vital. This game to me is a lot like The Outer Worlds meets fantasy. The people calling it "woke" don't even know what they're talking about. Some little white men just can't handle a game that has homosexual or dark-skinned characters. Ultimately, I'm glad that they're so miserable. There are games that absolutely deserve to be ridiculed, but this is not one of them. So let them miss out on an enjoyable experience. They can play Skyrim for the 100th time since that's the only game that gets them off, apparently. So many good to great games out there and they're still stuck on one that, lets be honest, isn't that special itself.

Blows my mind that some people will go and review a game on here just because they don't like dialogue in an RPG. This was and will always be one of my top 3 games, one of the only games I can go back to every year or two. The choices and dialogue are what really sell it for me though. Everything is well written even contracts and side quests, there are so many formulas to find and weapons/armor to make. Probably the most unique bestiary in any game, every inch of this game was made with love. It is not perfect of course, but it's still a 10 in my book.

Fix the performance issues, balance some of these boss fights and this might be a perfect 10/10. I love Fromsoft games but these bosses are tearing me apart so much more than any boss from any other DLC in their past games.

Alan Wake II: Night Springs Expansion5
Jun 17, 2024
While any extra time in Alan Wake 2 is welcome, the Night Spring episodes lack the depth and any real "survival horror" mechanics. There's a bit of combat, some puzzles, and a few "oh ya that's cool I guess" moments but at the end you'll be hoping the next DLC is beefier because otherwise you just wasted $20.

I love spending $70 on a game that can barely run and still expects more money from you going forward. Don't waste your time and money until they fix the performance issues and remove the microtransactions, it is not worth it.

I'm sure this game would be really interesting like all of their other games but when the "mind place" is such an important part of the game and you're unable to access it, that's kind of a problem. Reinstalling, restarting, I've tried it all but no matter what I do I end up stuck looking at a corpse with no way to progress or back out. Hopefully refunds are a possibility on PS5.

This game is perfection and absolutely deserves more than an 8.9. Anytime someone asks for a game recommendation there is one game I'll always recommend 100% of the time.. Disco Elysium.

If you had asked me years ago what I thought of this game I would have given it a 9. At this point though.. it's a soulless money factory for Rockstar and people just keep spending money on those ridiculously expensive shark cards. That's the problem, it isn't the microtransactions.. it's those that buy them. They ruined gaming.

Ridiculously expansive, deep, immersive. The first time in all my years that I've put over 200 hours into a game and not been bored for even a moment. Performance in the 3rd act gets a bit iffy but it absolutely makes up for it in so many other ways. It's not a perfect game but for me it is absolutely a 10/10.

The fact that this game is getting review-bombed so hard makes literally 0 sense to me. Are there really THIS MANY people butt-hurt about the leaks? Is it the gay stuff? Regardless, this game is a masterpiece. Normally I would rate this at about a solid 9 but with all the ignorant incels bombing it I've gotta give it a 10.

This may not be the biggest world or have the best controls but it is one of the best games I have ever played. Every different climate is built beautifully with different species of animals that are almost as realistic as real life. I could go on forever about how amazing this game is but I won't. It's hillarious how people are saying fallout 76 is better than this game. Thank you Rockstar for sticking to your guns and creating the most beautiful open world game in years. You and CD Projekt Red are two of the only companies left who care about their consumers.

Everything that makes fallout games feel like a fallout game is missing from this game. Anyone who says they enjoy this game are either lying or in deep denial. A clunky UI, horrid combat, no NPCS and a lack of any real story. Please Please Please save yourself some money and don't buy this game. The more people who buy this the more likely it is that Bethesda Game studios will keep making games like this. If starfield is anything like this I will never buy another BGS game again. Ever. So disappointing.
