while this is definitely the scariest of the RE main games i’ve played, the gameplay does take a bit of a backseat. With the opening being incredibly scary, the pacing is a bit frenetic too as it isn’t always consistent. More of a survival horror game reverting the focus to the similar mechanics of early RE games.

i really like the original dark souls! the infrastructure of the soul series was obviously still in development but this makes the game one of the most effective while simple FromSoft games ever. I loved the main game and the DLC and found it to be the easiest fromsoft game to complete that i’ve played.

fantastic game genuinely the best game ever made for the ps4 and one of the coolest exclusives ever. bloodborne is in a league of its own when it comes to vibe and combat even among the other souls games. while difficulty can make it less accessible than other titles, the grind really pays off even more so than the other souls games

replayed RDR1 on xbox 360 in 2026 and there is simply nothing better than the John Marston Experience. Best open world game ever, best shooting in a Rockstar game by far even RDR2. This is exactly how to make a perfect game, the blueprint for every open world game after it.

What a beautiful sequel. The game feels incredible on the advanced PS5 and the story is consistently engaging and fun. Kraven and Venom were both done really well and with obvious passion. I just wish there was more standout things to do with Miles, hopefully we will get a Miles Morales 2 that is bigger-scale.

This is one of the greatest experiences I have ever had playing a Resident Evil game. There is a major difference in feel between the remakes and the original series of games. Having played both the RE2 remake and the very first Resident Evil game, there is so much charm and ingenuity that exists in the originals. Remakes often have the potential to take out the charm and spunk of old games but RE4 did not do that at all. RE4 keeps all the campiness and spooky gore of the originals but makes it so much more enjoyable to play and keep in the rotation. The entire story is so goofy and fun but at times geniunely scary. A major highlight for me was the tunnel chase with the cryo chambers with the giant amorphized zombie thang. I also loved all the re-generators. The combat is way improved and the shooting feels so great. I loved the shooting ranges and the merchant. This game is just enthralling, scary, and a ton of fun.

Every playthrough of Hades was different and increasingly more fun and intense. The boons made every run through interesting, the Greek mythology characters added so much life to this game. Zagreus himself is a dynamic main character and the gameplay and combat was always so fresh.

This game is just **** incredible. The combat is consistently fresh and interesting. The story with Kratos and Atreus is heartwarming and heartbreaking at times. God of War as a series developed into something much more mature and innovative. I loved it so much when I played it on PS4 and I loved it even more when I revisited it on PC this year.

I had the privilege of playing Cyberpunk with a top tier processor and NVIDIA RT2060 card and even I had bugs. However, the game itself was revolutionary and transcendent and I have never played anything like it. The story was consistently riveting, the shooting was some of the best I have ever played and the driving was also incredible. Cyberpunk is my favorite game of all time, it **** me in and spit me out when it was done and not a day goes by that I don't think about how impressive the game was. While I get the complaints, for sure, wait for this game to continue getting better. It is worth it.
