Fun shooter with an interesting art style. Well produced and is a full game experience. Music is great, and the vocal performances are amazing. The fast paced shooting doesn't compliment the noir, detective, slow storytelling very well. Some might view that as an interesting idea, but I don't think it is as satisfying as it could be.

Really fun game. Not really a rogue-like, and I really liked the time loop gimmick. I really like learning the level layouts and refining my approach as I gather more information. The mystery, music, environments and characters are all interesting and immersive. The multiplayer aspect seemed interesting, but I did not try it. I wanted to just focus more on stuff in-game and not dealing with other players, however I bet it could be a fun challenge.

Was initially upset at the ending but I've slept on it and don't think it was that bad. The mystery felt too ambiguous, and I must have missed some key details but at the same time I never got too invested. I approached the game as a choose your own adventure not a choose the right options or bad ending. As someone who sacrificed chloe in the main game, not really sure what message they are trying to convey. The consequences scream: don't use powers or a storm will come. Then every narrative beat downright encourages you to. Lame finale.

Very good side-game for pokemon. Gameboy Advance compatibility at the time made this game a great pick-up to play alongside the other pokemon gba games. Being able to use your GBA to battle on the big screen and also transfer pokemon, made this game a great add-on to the overall pokemon experience. The game also has a story/adventure mode, where you can build a team and catch shadow and wild pokemon similar to the mainline games. Just a great game for pokemon fans.

I had a moderately fun time completing this game, mainly enjoying the environment and music more than everything else. The gunplay isn't very fun, because the guns are lame and don't feel rewarding to use. Game also is rigid to play, bounty hunter has sticky fingers and boring movement. Briefly going to mention the dialogue, most of the time it's awkward. 85% of the jokes is just rambling or "the joke is that the dude won't stop talking! lmao!"

Biased review: my first and only animal crossing, I played in early 2020 during lockdown and it was an absolute treat. Especially playing with a bunch of friends. Great continuation from Purple Lamp. I'm super glad they used and improved the Cosmic Shake engine to create more games. More studios need to do this. I'm glad this game exists but I won't be the first to admit that it's not perfect, there's only a few levels, and proper exploration is few and far between. Overall, mechanics are fun and the game looks great. My only critiques is the lack of post-game / resolution from the plot, and the music is bland. Still a good game!

DS version is superior to the console versions. Not in graphics and audio, but in stage variety and gameplay. This game just keeps going, for better or for worse. Tons of levels, and as the game progresses the level design gets more nuanced and interesting. At the end of the day, super simple on-the-go DS game that definitely sufficed for the era, but doesn't really hold up these days.

Fun self contained story. I'm glad it isn't sequel baiting and has an actual ending. Now that all the chapters are out, I've upgraded my rating to an 8. The story is cheesy at times but it is a great progression of the tell-tale like genre, and proves that the genre is profitable (for the suits) and fun (for the players), hopefully we see more from Adhoc. The hero dispatch minigame is fun, but sometimes drags. Really pads the length of the episode. Hacking is designed to stress you out so it keeps you immersed in the story, but for me it just barely teeters over the edge and becomes frustrating.

As a 3D Platforming Licensed game enjoyer, I can't believe it took me so long to play this game. While not entirely perfect, you can tell a lot of thought and effort was put into making this game complete. I know it didn't invent the multi-level multi-challenge trope that 3D platformers are known for, but it applied those systems really well. Challenges are quite easy and the biggest challenge is fighting the camera. You can just smash your face into bosses if you have enough lives, but the design is fair and you could do a no-hit run if your psycho enough. Music, environments and challenges are great.

Open world Mafia. It has some really good parts and the soundtrack is absolutely amazing. Once I found the flow-state and ran through every encounter like it was nothing, it slowly made the side objectives less interesting, as I started noticing repeat 'paintball arenas' level designs. Driving & Shooting was fun. Side objectives were fairly lacking. Main story missions, sometimes good! 7/10

Probably my favorite remastered game. Amazing attention to detail and really fun gameplay. Visuals are really nice and the maps are large scale, and jumping into and out of a saucer is really satisfying as the scales of destruction change. Missions are kind of easy but they let you approach a situation however you like. Lot's of creative ways to complete missions, and they are just plain fun. The dialogue can be funny sometimes with well placed fourth wall breaks. Also has plentiful side content if anyone wishes to push their playthrough even further.

I usually don't write reviews for games I don't finish, but forcing myself to sink my teeth into this game has done a number on my patience. Got about 8 or so hours in, and didn't have one single moment where I enjoyed the dialogue, combat, environment or characters. Every time you complete an objective (which are extremely obvious considering all the characters and camera straight up tells you what the answer is) all you are met is with more boring dialogue and cutscenes.

(PC VERSION) Point and click by awe games. Game is really short, puzzles are expectedly simple, and the dialogue has some funny moments but is really slow to get through sometimes. The highlight for me was exploring all the areas. However there's hardly anything to interact with compared to the older spongebob point and click games. Each individual area is remarkably linear. Felt lazy in some areas, missing cutscenes and sound effects. Plus a few bugs as well. Being able to make your own episode is pretty cool.
