A remaster that does justice to the original visually, but does little to address its shortcomings in terms of combat. Recommended for fans of dark fantasy and Soul Reaver.
Same graphics and sound quality, a 100% faithful port of the original remake that remains an excellent game, but at a price that is not justified. Pokémon Home is coming soon to make completing the Pokédex easier.
Capcom’s new entry blends the classic and the modern in excellent harmony, with Leon bringing us closer to the most visceral action while Grace reminds us that the soul of the series still lies in Survival Horror.
Pokémon LeafGreen is the port of the GBA game, now available for Nintendo Switch in its purest form. Pokémon Online will eventually be added, but nothing else. While it is an excellent game, it may only be recommended for die-hard fans due to its high price.
If you never played Yakuza 3 back in the day, Kiwami 3 is probably a solid way to experience this story. You will not miss what you never knew, and what is here works well. If you are a longtime fan of the series, the recommendation comes with an asterisk: play it for the updated combat, for Dark Ties, for the renewed Okinawa, but be prepared to feel that something is missing. Because it is. And you know it from the moment you open the substories menu and see that number. Kiryu deserves more. So do we.
Hordes of Hunger is a very interesting game, as it is an action-survival roguelike, competing with games such as Risk of Rain 2 and Megabonk. Despite being a genre that has already been explored, this title has some fairly unique systems that are worth experiencing.
A side-scrolling action RPG with beat 'em up mechanics where you play as an immortal warrior defending humanity's last refuge tower. You can choose from four very different classes, the combat is fluid and fun, and visually it's beautiful, with a very striking cartoon style.
Diablo II: Resurrected continues to expand its legacy with Reign of Warlock, a new DLC that enhances the classic Blizzard ARPG experience. This expansion introduces a new player class, the Conjurer, along with larger maps, more complex dungeons, and a difficulty curve that scales more aggressively as you progress. Without reinventing the formula, it focuses on reinforcing the essence that made the title an icon of the genre.
If you enjoyed the first Code Vein, this game is for you, but the truth is that the initial performance issues make it a bit difficult to play. With DLSS enabled and a few tweaks, the game runs like a dream. I didn't have any serious problems beyond the occasional frame rate drop, and what it offers compared to the first game is much more entertaining. Before starting this review, I spent a couple of hours with the 2019 version and found it very slow. Now, in the first few hours, it almost felt like this sequel was a hack-and-slash using the fast weapons. But then the high-level enemies started appearing, and I had to rethink my strategies.
An arcade tennis game designed for group play, with excessive powers, accessible controls, and lots of content from the start, although with a weak story mode and a clear focus on social fun.
In short, Cairn is an unprecedented adventure. There are no battles, no shooting, only one enemy: the great challenge that awaits you on the ascent of Mount Kami. Aava's journey is an adventure that combines strategy, exploration, resource management, and a high degree of precision and cunning. Every step you take in Cairn could be fatal, so you must carefully analyze each move and decision to avoid future regrets.
A massive expansion that easily doubles the amount of time you'll put into the already content-rich game. Recommended for those who love challenging games.
The story is somewhat childish in places, striving for a more mature tone at times without detracting from the player's enjoyment of the adventure aesthetic. There's no age limit to appreciate the characters and their struggles; it's a game with a large cast of characters, each contributing to the creation of a vast world marked by both tragedy and **** gameplay is equally impressive. Initially, it might seem like any other JRPG, but the vocation changes and accessibility make combat a dynamic and refreshing experience with every step. It gradually increases in complexity but remains challenging even on normal **** graphics are gorgeous. The lighting is essential in bringing the expansive environments and world models to life. The character design is superb, and the soundtrack, with its ever-present orchestra, feels very natural. It's not a game that demands too much in terms of system requirements. I didn't encounter a single bug, and after 30 hours of play, I still feel like I have three times as much content left to explore. It's true that the price is perhaps a bit high ($60 for pre-order), but it's still worth it for everything it offers. While it's not my first JRPG, it is my first Dragon Quest, and I'm very happy to have played this remake. The characters are vibrant and charismatic; in some parts, it's a little naive, but it hints at a deeper, darker story behind the scenes. It has a pure fantasy atmosphere that should be experienced by fans of the genre or any enthusiast looking to start with a long and content-rich game.
A visually appealing experiment that imagines Kratos’ origin, but without the tragic fury or the combat that elevated him to the gaming Olympus. Is it a bad metroidvania? No. Is it God of War? No.
A recommended title for My Hero Academia fans and for anyone who enjoys the genre, with truly spectacular moments and a lot of love for the original work, though with clear room for improvement.
In an era where many video games seem obsessed with realism, gigantic worlds teeming with icons, and increasingly expansive yet rigid experiences, it's refreshing to find a title that reminds us of something essential: simply moving well is still, in and of itself, profoundly fun. The 3D platformer was born and established around this idea, but over the years it has lost prominence to heavier structures and more conservative designs...
A short indie game that alternates between platformer and visual novel; it manages to keep you on edge in several parts. Its distinctive pixel art design will remind you of Another World.
The third installment of Team Ninja's franchise is more ambitious than ever. With more enemies, martial arts, an expansive open world, and ninja style that expands the possibilities.

It's no surprise that Animal Crossing is one of the top games in the industry: designed to make you want to dedicate dozens of hours of your life to it, this installment has established itself since 2020 as the definitive life simulator experience. You want to log in every day; you want to know what you'll find when you board a plane, go for a walk, do almost **** you like decorating? Excellent. Do you like crafting? You do it almost all the time. Do you like to unwind and get swept away by simple but funny jokes? This is your place in the world. Are you a crypto bro without money? Try the turnips. My island, my choice. Roleplay whatever you like and you'll have a blast. It works perfectly in handheld mode and, of course, docked...
Mega Dimension is the title of the new DLC for Pokémon Legends: Z-A. This expansion of the original game (you can read the review here) is a post-game addition. This means I'm assuming you've already finished the main story, so there will be spoilers throughout this review.
Outbreak Zero presents itself as a third-person survival horror game that doesn't waste time on unnecessary novelties: a zombie infection erupts in a crowded subway station, everything spirals out of control, and the city quickly transforms from urban routine into a scene of abandonment and danger. The premise revolves around surviving with just enough, managing resources, solving puzzles, and killing the infected as you make your way through damp tunnels, empty streets, and spaces that appear to have been hastily and hopelessly evacuated. The game, built in Unreal Engine 5, is developed and published by Next Generation Gaming, an independent studio that largely operates as a one-man project, something evident both in its devotion to genre classics and in certain decisions that favor measured tension over constant spectacle. This title is available on PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store, and also has a free demo, almost as an early warning: this is a one-man project.
In a world where the electronics industry seems on the verge of collapse due to a DRAM shortage caused by the over-reliance on artificial intelligence research and development and the companies consuming it, Brazilian developer Pulsatrix Studios, in collaboration with publisher Fireshine Games, released A.I.L.A., a horror game where, as beta testers, we tried out a virtual reality gaming platform controlled by AI. Pretty meta, right?
Square Enix and Dokidoki Grooveworks bring us the latest installment in the Octopath Traveler saga, this time not a sequel, but a prequel to the first game, set on the same continent of Orsterra. Octopath Traveler 0 introduces, for the first time, the ability to create your own character and rebuild your village, something never before seen in the series. You can also manage a team of up to eight members, with four in the front and four in the back, based on the mobile game Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent.
Metroid Prime 4: Beyond reaffirms the saga's legacy. There were doubts, uncertainty, and fear before clicking "play." But this installment perfectly understands what Metroid Prime is, what its audience expects, and how to open the door to new generations without betraying its core identity. Samus feels like what she always was: a solitary, efficient, and lethal bounty hunter in a universe that doesn't need over-explaining to be captivating.Gameplay is, without a doubt, the heart of the experience. Exploring, getting lost, retracing your steps, and finally discovering a new ability or a hidden path remains as satisfying as it was over twenty years ago. Beyond achieves a remarkable balance between challenge, accessibility, and restrained freedom, offering level design that rewards observation and experimentation without resorting to gratuitous frustration. Every encounter, every boss, and every section of the map reinforces the feeling of real progress and constant **** terms of its technical and artistic aspects, Metroid Prime 4 stands as one of Nintendo's most ambitious productions to date. The Switch 2 version is impressive in both its performance and stability, while the original Switch edition performs admirably, albeit with some noticeable compromises. Added to this is an inspired, oppressive, and memorable art direction, accompanied by outstanding sound design that enhances the atmosphere of solitude, danger, and exploration that defines the series.Metroid Prime 4: Beyond is a triumphant return. It respects its history, learned from its past successes and failures, and demonstrates that there is still room for challenging, contemplative, and rewarding experiences within Nintendo's catalog. Samus is back and exploded with energy as always; let's hope the next encounter is soon, because I'm already missing her.
Pirates Outlaws returns with Heritage, a new chapter that aims to improve upon every aspect of the original 2019 game. Pirates Outlaws 2: Heritage will enter Early Access, marking the return of Fabled Game's deck-building roguelite, now with a more flexible structure, deeper synergies, and a stronger sense of progression.
Skopje ’83 is a roguelite survival shooter set in a retrofuturistic city that changes every time you die, as if the entire architecture were weary of your choices. It combines exploration, crafting, combat, and Balkan conspiracies with an omnibus-base called DOM that serves as your home, workshop, and a reminder that mobile homes were always underestimated.
BTF Games, the developer behind Trüberbrook, brings us a vibrant Metroidvania this time: Constance. The game tackles themes like burnout, family conflicts, and depression. Did they pull it off?
Forestrike llega para quedarse de la mano de Thomas Olsson y Skeleton Crew Studio, distribuido por Devolver Digital. Un título estilo "The Binding of Isaac", pero con las artes marciales como centro filosófico y jugable.
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment doesn't try to revolutionize anything, nor does it need to. It's a true musou game, but built on a narrative foundation that respectfully expands the world of Tears of the Kingdom, and it does so with addictive gameplay, a ton of content, and surprisingly good performance.
With remastered graphics and quality-of-life improvements, we follow the story of two protagonists, Jude, a medical student, and Milla, a girl who is Maxwell, the Lord of Spirits, in this world where humans and spirits coexist. Their paths cross, beginning this incredible story.
Join the Bearer of Calamity and Ergo Mundus in this compilation of the ARPG based on the Anima Beyond Fantasy universe. An action RPG that shines with a deep story.
Another classic returns to our hands, and this time I'm not talking about just one, but two together. Dragon Quest I & II are back after almost 40 years since their original releases in Japan for the Famicom (known internationally as the NES) in 1986 and 1987. Undoubtedly, these two great titles were in dire need of a remake, both to satisfy veteran fans and to attract new audiences interested in one of the greatest JRPG franchises in history...
Plants vs. Zombies, the beloved tower defense game, returns in a remaster made purely for profit, lacking any real care. It includes new additions, but they're not worth it.
It's not quite the triumphant return the Double Dragon fans were hoping for, and the presentation leaves much to be desired, but it has enough to attract the attention of the beat 'em up fans in general.
The first remake of the Kiseki series, where you can start playing the very first game that launched this great saga. It features enhanced 3D graphics, English and Japanese voice acting, and text that includes Spanish. This title is ideal for those who have never played any of the games in the series and want to jump into one of the JRPGs with the most extensive narrative to date.

Hollow Knight: Silksong is the sequel that surpasses its predecessor: more exploration, more customization, more difficulty. It's a challenging game that will offer a high level of difficulty, but also boasts a high level of visual and musical artistry. A new classic of the genre.
The terror of Silent Hill comes to the streets of Ebisugaoka, a rural town where Hinako lived peacefully, until the fog arrived and poisoned the place.
The best Digimon game to date, it meets and exceeds expectations. A great starting point for new players and a wonderful entry for experienced players looking for an action-packed and fun adventure. With cutting-edge graphics and spine-tingling music, all combined with a captivating story, it truly deserves the title of best Digimon game.
The third installment in the saga, full of blood and zombies. With a simple story and easy-to-learn gameplay that makes running around climbing buildings and killing the undead fun.
