After years of waiting from E3 teasers and delays The legend of zelda breath of the wild is finally here and my goodness it is a masterpiece. Link starts the adventure waking up from a 100 year sleep guided by a voice telling him to wake up and yes a voice a first to the series some of the important characters have voices. He grabs some clothes form a chest and walks out to the world and you get a stunning view of hyrule and it is breathtaking. After this cutscene you can freely explore the plateau climb swim and run through collecting weapons and defeating enemies I wish I could describe it any other way but this game has so much freedom you are instructed to do 4 shrines and acquire the paraglider to leave the plateau and explore the main world. But like I stated before there is so much freedom you can fight the final boss right then and there if you wish but you will obviously be at a severe disadvantage. The graphics are top notch and the art style really makes the colors pop. The music is not the zelda norm no more grand themes across hyrule field the main sound you hear are the sounds of nature water wind and animals when music does play it is of a quiet piano or flute which fits the setting of the game perfectly. Gameplay is fantastic there are a ton of different weapons and armor that play and look great however weapons have a durability and break after a while so make sure you stock up on weapons. It is crazy how alive and realistic this game is. people in villages have daily routines like walking to work tending to plants or kids playing with their friends, as rain starts falling people will start to run inside as it rains rocks are harder to climb due to the wet rocks and lighting strikes metallic objects enemies run and pick up weapons off the ground when theirs is lost and use the environment very well like tossing barrels and using fire and more. Overall I always say there is no such thing as a perfect game but this game is splendid i recommend only a few games you cannot miss and this is one and your gaming life won't be the same after you do.

After being left out of the first titanfall experience i was very excited to see titanfall 2 come to PS4. The story despite being short tells a fantastic narrative about you a mere cog in this huge operation suddenly being thrust into the real war after a pilot dies his titan becomes yours as you are the only other soldier on the scene and you soon grow to learn and love the big titan the titan sticks up for you and you stick up for the titan like I said short but amazing. Multiplayer is a fast paced nonstop thrill ride of speed and wallrunning. Grapple jump steal battery grapple jump wallrun all the way across the map with lots of character customizations great weapons awesome maps and all the amazing titans you cant go wrong buying this game

Blizzard has entered the realm of the first person shooters and it is one of the best shooters in the last few years. It takes 21 awesome characters from a former organization and it pits them against each other in 6v6 combat across a multitude of awesome maps and modes. characters are split up in offense defense tank and support. Want healing but still fun weapons go with lucio want to zip around at high speed with rapid fire pistols tracer is your girl prefer sitting back and waiting for the enemy to come to you go with widowmaker or tourbjorn. top it off with a cool play of the game feature emotes fun skins and funny dialogue this game is truly a marvel.

For the first time in a while from software spans outside of the dark souls series and brings the best game they ever made. this game is way more different than dark souls which is why I love it. No more slow and steady gameplay like dark souls if you aren't aggressive then you won't have a good time. enemies are relentless and have faster attack patterns than the souls series. A new parry system is also implemented no more shields here you have the option to use a gun and shooting your enemy right before an attack stuns them allowing you to do a parry visceral attack. Trick weapons are also introduced meaning the weapon has 2 forms take the blade of mercy one small sword that can be turned into 2 deadly fast daggers very quickly or the chikage a normal katana at first but coat it in your own blood and with the sacrifice of a small health loss over time strengthens the weapon and adds range. Add on the amazing city of yharnium, expansive lore great NPCs awesome graphics and gruesome bosses bloodborne is every souls fan dream game.

If you are a fan of the island flyover in wii sports resort or other games in the series, then you will definatley love pilotwings resort. Set on the beautiful wuhu island you partake in fun and unique missions from the usual shhot targets and fly through rings to putting out fires and taking pictures. The game has 3 vehicles the plane hanglider and rocket belt. Planes are the fastest and have a speed boost. Rocket belts use up fuel but are small and maneuverable and hangliders can snap pictures and use wind tunnels to gain height and each come with their own theme song my favorite being the glider so relaxing. My only gripe is the free flight mode itsgreat and all but a small timer means exploring can't be done like I like it but other than that is a charming and fun game that is great to play when life gets in the way

After years of wanting a cool pokemon fighting game not only is it here but the creators of tekken helped. the biggest feature is the new phase shift system it starts out in 3D similar to naruto ninja storm where Y is now a ranged attack and X is a homing attack enough damage causes the perspective to switch to a traditional fighting game camera where Y becomes light attacks X becomes a strong attack. the stages are great despite some bad graphics in some of the backgrounds. And despite the low count the roster is varied and all of the pokemon are a blast to play lucario weavile and blaziken are my personal favorites put in some awesome trainer customization easy to pick up gameplay gorgeous graphics and great ways to learn the ins and outs this game here will be played for a long time

Grand theft auto V what can be said this game will go down in history as one of the greatest games of all time. I'm not going into detail about the story as it will take forever. But all the other things I will talk about. You can literally do almost anything in this game. skydiving, golf, tennis, flying, boating, swimming, hiking, biking, hunting, shopping, and the other GTA like things like visit clubs, rob and kill people. The weapons handle better, the cars are way better than the iffy handling of GTA IV and the world is so much cooler, The pack streets and suburbs of los santos the rolling dunes and lakes of sandy shores and MT Chilliad and finally the small town of paleto bay every environment is shown off in stunning 1080p. The characters are the best ever besides the 3 main characters my favorites are Lamar, Lester and Ron. Overall GTA V is a classic and if you haven't played please do.

After playing both betas and experiencing crippling matchmaking problems I decided to avoid it at launch but when I was able to play I enjoyed one of the most fun and action packed shooters ever. Attackers try and locate a container by scaling the building breaking through barriers and precise plan breaches. The defenders have to barricade the premises, set traps and shields to stop the attackers at all costs. Each class has a unique ability and a set pool of weapons each ability is used greatly to benefit the team whether its setting up bulletproof stronger shields and electronic heart monitors to breaching hammers and jammers. The terrorist hunt is back, the classic rainbow six mode is here you have to take a defuser and disarm 2 bombs with lots of respawning terrorists. So in conclusion rainbow six siege is a fantastic shooter and is a must buy for any tactical shooter fan

This game is the most unique FPS I have ever played. IT balances fun gameplay, frantic modes and hilarious characters into one free to play masterpiece ****. Each class focuses on a trait used in every FPS to date and are really balanced. The rusher being the scout, the Brute being the heavy, the sneaky class the spy, the crazy fun class the soldier, the laid back sniper, the up in your face pyro the medic, the builder the engineer (my favorite) and the fun class which is the demoman but thats my take. The modifiers on weapons are great for each class and it gives new play styles. Whether they slow you down but make you stronger or they shoot faster and do less damage there are tons of variants for each play style. Each character has a great personality and witty insult for domination quotes for each class. Overall TF2 is the best free game ever and if you have a PC and don have it what are you waiting for???

Wii music is by far my favorite music based game ever. It is extremely unique, most music games have you follow a set pattern to earn lots of points, but wii music is all about creativity and there are no scores play the song however you like this allows you to put your own mix onto a classic song. from twinkle twinkle little star and september to the animal crossing theme and super mario bros. The stages were also a joy to play from a club and a concert hall to a park and on the back of a 18 wheeler. The instruments are a joy to play and only have a few control hiccups here and there drums pianos guitars and the entire music spectrum is shown off. Add a music video maker and some fun mini games and this is a game any music fan can enjoy.

Wii fit U Isn a hardcore exercise game but it is fun and some of the workouts can work even the hardest workout freak. Before you begin, you will take a series of tests balance and a BMI test. After that the easy to navigate menus give you a wide variety of fun workouts. strength training and yoga are in a studio with the partner you chose but the meat of the game is in the form of fun games. work yard in the hula hoops dances boxing and 30 minute run and take a break with some time at the driving range and some sightseeing. My favorite games are the aerobics and balance games they work you and you have fun. There are even communities to join with other miis in the game. Overall wii fit u is the best in the series and if your looking for an exercise game you found it.

Mario Tennis Ultra Smash is a Barebones take on the fun mario tennis genre. There are 4 game modes to play. Mega battle is traditional tennis with mega mushrooms and skill shots enabled, mega ball rally is seeing how long you can rally with a larger ball. knockout is facing opponents one by one getting harder as you progress and classic tennis is just a tennis match no power ups just skill. The game looks great and runs at 60FPS. The game falls in areas however. The roster is not good. Sure you had classic like mario yoshi and bowser but sprixies? the fairies from mario 3d world that ****. where are the koopas wheres wiggler peety piranha? also the amiibos are too powerful Its ok to use them against A.I the more they level up the more powerful they become with crazy modifiers but having that power online is not fair. Overall mario tennis ultra smash isnt an enjoyable game and you should save your money

After little over a year of enjoying the crew thw wild run DLC is here and brings some great changes. The second you boot this up, the overhauled graphics just blow you away a huge improvement of the lackluster graphics of vanilla crew. The DLC brings 3 new specs, event creator and the summit a huge multi stage event with great fun to be had. Drag is the first spec and this is a crazy fun one. Ridiculous speeds timing gear shifts and precise control is the way to go. Drift is a fun spec built obviously for drifting through corners and fianlly monster trucks huge cars and trucks built like raid spec on steroids. Plus bikes are in the game epic motorcycles are now in the crew. overall wild run is great and if it's not worth it just get the free update for some new features

Watching the nintendo press conference and hearing animal crossing and wii u in the same sentance made me jump out of my seat I couldn't wait to see it and we got this. My initial reaction was what are you serious nintendo here is the wii u oozing with potential a huge wii u release of a true animal crossing game can happen with literally millions of things to do and we get a terrible mario party rip off. The only positive this game has charming visuals and characters while running at a nice 60FPS. Other than that the charm of animal crossing can only do so much. Bland mini games terrible amiibo support and just a pure boring factor the only reason to buy this game is for the amiibo other than that a huge waste.

Star wars battlefront is probably the most authentic star wars game ever. The best thing about the game is it's amazing graphics. The first time I set foot on endor, my jaw hit the floor, never before have I seen such a beautiful and authentic world in any game period. The game has around 10 game modes 4 of which are relevent to me. Walker Assault is by far the best, 20 v 20 battle between the rebel scum and imperials the rebel scum must destroy 2 AT-AT walkers before they reach their target while battling off tai fighters and AT-ST walkers. supremcey is like conquest from battlefield fight for control over capture points. Drop zone is smaller 10 v 10 fights to control drop pods all over the map. Finally is heroes vs villains this is a fun and chaotic 6v6 mode where 3 people control the hero pickup characters and 3 serve as bodyguards in a search and destroy type mode first to get 5 points wins. The only negatives are the lack of a story and only 2 people in a party at a time overall the game is great no questions asked

After the let down advanced warfare was once I saw black ops 3 and played the beta it felt like a breath of fresh air. All the haters are saying the same thing nothing new was added, game **** la de da. Lets see the specialist characters and customization for each bring a new form of gameplay each have either a specialist weapon or ability which they can use for amazing outcomes. The best weapons to me are the scythe, sparrow, tempest and annihilator. Best abilities go to combat focus, glitch, vision pulse and psychosis. Wrapping up MP you have amazing weapons and cool new maps that take advantages of the new movement. Campaign is ok. Great missions but short. Zombies are probably the best thing. Shadows of evil is a incredible map lots of variety good characters and awesome guns and perks. Sprinkle in a few features like paintshop, gunsmith and free run and you have an overall enjoyable Call of Duty, just try it out before trashing it.

Sonic unleashed one of the most split games in history some love some hate, me I love this game is easily in my top 5 platformers of all time. The opening cutscene itself is the best I have seen in any game and sonic is known for its amazing openings. Sonic is seen running across eggman's fortress destroying anything in sight. Just as it looks like sonic is captured he activates super sonic and chases eggman into a room. Here eggman tricks and captures sonic and drains the chaos emeralds of their power, he uses the power to fire a beam into the earth splitting it into pieces and revives dark gaia, a creature sealed away because of its evil. But while he is being awakened sonic is still in the machine and part of dark gaia is transferred to him bringing up the werehog form .Now this game is split into day and night. Day stages are the fastest sonic has ever been and get your heart pumping every time and its also cool that it stays 60 FPS even while going through heavy traffic. Night stages are when he transforms into the werehog. slower gameplay with heavy combo attacks and puzzles to solve. Many people hate these levels but I like them. Tie in amazing bosses a stellar soundtrack and more this game is outstanding. The only thing wrong is the hub world they are better than wii and PS2 but still aren't do exciting. In conclusion PLAY THIS GAME

Despite a shaky launch DriveClub is an incredible racing sim that is deserved to be played. Not much of a story just a huge amount of events to race in different classes of cars. The car roster might not be as large as forza or gran turismo But I find it better than both because quality over quantity. Every car from the automotive spectrum is here supercars, exotics, tuners, muscle cats open wheelers and compact hatchbacks. The environments and tracks on offer are great and each fit the region they are in. rolling hills of scotland, snowy mountains of the alps and the beauty of japan its all here. Graphics are amazing and they are easily my favorite on playstation. The online is sometimes a bit laggy but they make for some awesome moments. Overall DriveClub is a great racing game for the PS4 and I recommend it.

Need for speed is a game I have looked forward too since 2012 and it is finally here lets start with the positives. The graphics are absolutely stunning not quite the level of driveclub but amazing nonetheless. The car roster and customization is incredible with 51 cars all deserving to be here with more coming with free updates and lots of parts for all (except for the Ferrari 458 and F40) it's great and you can really fine tune these cars. The driving is actually pretty good if you want drift tune to drift if you want grip go for it. Now the negatives. The story is pretty short and can have some cheesy Dialogue, after 5 minutes I wanted to punch spike in the face he is by far one of the worst characters ever. Also the Rep system is pretty cool but its way too fast to level up. Day one one of my friends had an aventador and was level 41 which is kind of crazy. Lastly the always online feature can be a bit annoying even though we have dedicated servers, me and some of my friends lagged out maybe it was because day one but still there was a beta for this. So to conclude Need for Speed is a fine game with beautiful graphics, nice driving and great customization but is brought down my a short story easy progression system and bad servers.

When the first 3D mario game was announced I couldn't wait but when they finally did it kind of disapointed me. I was looking for a new idea something that would take this series to the next level but we got a sequel to the great super mario 3D land. The second this game was put in my Wii u, I knew I was going to love this adventure. Super mario 3D world starts out differently than most, instead of kidnapping peach, Bowser instead kidnapps a group of small fairies called sprixies and imprisons them in glass bottles. So mario, luigi, peach and toad set off on a new adventure in search of the sprixies to put an end to bowsers plan. Each character has their own playstyle, mario is balanced, luigi jumps higher, toad runs faster and peach can float for a short time. The level design is out of this world and boasts amazing graphics to boot. The 4 player mode isn't as hectic as new super mario bros and the person who gets the most points gets a crown which boasts both cooperative and competitive play. The levels also hold 3 green star collectables and a sticker so try and collect them. So to conclude this game is a marvel and if you love mario you have to have this game.

Animal crossing, one of the most charming and immersive games ever. The first spin off game in the series, happy home designer sticks with the great formula and makes this one in the series another great one. Lots of little things have been changed in happy home designer, first you can actually fine tune your player unlike answering questions to make your character you can change everything from the start. You work for the happy home academy a place where people like you make dreams come true by building houses and other buildings to better the lives of the animals. Each animal has a theme to build around and you have to build it so they like it. This game stays pretty much true to the animal crossing formula in building but almost all of the items are available from the start, this takes away the times where you walk in the store and that one item you wanted is still not there. The game isn't perfect however, since all you do is build things it can get boring, to me it was always fun to tackle a new house or business but I can see how it can be boring. But after all of this happy home designer is still a fine game in the series not a necessity but a great one nonetheless.

Its hard to find a game with as much charm and creativity as kirbys epic yarn. This takes a big risk in having kirby not being able to inhale enemies or die and that might be a turn off to classic kirby players. But believe me when I tell you that this game is one of the best in the series. The sheer fun factor this game has is immense. Colorful levels fun form changes amazing soundtrack and awesome 2 player make this game great. You are yarn kirby you use yarn to solve puzzles defeat enemies and traverse the beautiful land you are put in. The bosses are some very unique ones and are very fun to play. so in conclusion this is a game you cant miss and is a must own for any fan of kirby.

Super mario galaxy brings everything I want in a video game into one amazing installment. Gorgeous levels, breathtaking soundtrack and fun power ups makes this and its sequel the pinnacle of 3D platforming. Of course the game starts with princess peach being kidnapped so bowser and her can rule the cosmos. Mario meets a young luma, rosalina and he gets her starship to travel through space to reach peach. The road to princess peach is unlike anything I have played to this date. The way gravity works depending on the planets shape or arrows on the wall change up the gameplay dramatically and I would love to see it return some day. The levels mario faces are some of the best in any game to date. from the beauty of gusty garden to the whimsical feel of toy time galaxy, every level is almost perfect. Super mario galaxy brings with it an amazing experience and is hands down the best mario has gotten

Animal Crossing New Leaf for the 3DS is one of its premiere titles. With robust town customization beautiful visuals and music plus a cast of lovable and memorable characters, this installment in the series is the pinnacle of the series. For the first time in series history you are the mayor of your town. You can issue ordinances, Build public works projects and change various things such as the town tune and flag. The projects you build are very unique and can help your town in many ways. From benches and bridges to a coffee shop and police station. Of course you cant have an animal crossing game without animals and every one can live in your town old favorites and newcomers alike can join you and friends via multiplayer for the definitive animal crossing game only on 3DS

The crew is Ubisoft´s attempt at joining the open world racing genre and it actually does a decent job. The story takes lots of twists and turns and is overall enjoyable until the end. The huge bulk of the game is story but after that you unlock PVP events and faction missions. The PVP events are very fun and range from things like a tag mode and staying in the zone to just straight up races. The car roster in this game is very good from the 350z and camaros to Lamborginies and Ferraris and aston martins. However, this game isnt perfect. The car sounds are relativley too similar, the story missions become pretty repetitive and the graphics are kind of on the low side. But the world its in is a fun world to explore with mutiple fun locations and landmarks to explore. so the crew isnt a terrible game and if you like racing and awesome customization give it a try

Now I have played destiny since alpha. I hated the alpha, enjoyed the beta and I love the full game. I didn't agree with they year 1 route for DLC but year 2, is different. There are 3 new subclasses the stromcaller, Nightstalker and sunbreaker each bringing fun new abilities to destiny. The story is actually here this time bringing amazing cutscenes funny moments and great story telling. Despite the story being short the new game modes, strikes and upcoming raids leave more replay value than all of year one. thank you for reading and I will see you soon

Splatoon is here and my goodness this game is amazing. You choose your gender, skin tone and eye color and then your ready to play (after a quick tutorial). You can go into Multiplayer straight away or try out the story mode. Very short but fun and gives weapon and gear unlocks. Multiplayer is where this game shines, After the very recent update we have over 10 stages 30 weapons and tons and tons of gear. The maps are all enjoyable and offer fun fights my favorites being blackbelly skatepark, arowana Mall and Moray towers. The gear is fun to wear and give some great bonuses. Splatfests are another fun event, pick a side ( for example dogs vs cats) and do turf wars in the beautiful spaltoon world at night. The update also increased the level cap and added party matchmaking with up to 4 and private matches up to 8. The weapons feel balanced and the game is overall one of the best games Nintendo has ever made

New year New call of duty. Advanced Warfare tries to change a lot in the world of call of duty and some works and some doesn't. Campaign is actually a very good one easily the most intense and action filled one I've played since Modern Warfare 2. The main change to the movement is the exo suit this is actually a cool addition for campaign as it gives you many cool abilities, Tie it together with great cutscenes, memorable characters and a fantastic villain make this campaign a great one. Multiplayer on the other hand kind of falls flat. The weapons are pretty cool I enjoyed most but the variant system sounded great on paper but in reality broke the game for me and alot others. Pick 13 also sounded cool but since the killstreaks were absolute trash you could just take extra attachments and perks. combined with sub par maps and sad DLC and multiplayer left me wanting better. The survival mode is last and its basically the same from Modern warfare 3 but harder. So AW isn't a worthless game but it sure isn't better than most previous installments

Everything you want in a game is finally here. Rocket League is a fantastic game that is super addicting, has amazing customization, awesome graphics and a overall fun factor that is hard to beat. Right from the beginning when you pick how your car looks you are **** into this world and it's hard to get out. The premise is simple, use your car to flip, smash and score a ball into a goal. Most points at the end of 3 minutes wins. From 1v1 games all the way up to 4v4 chaos mode, there is something for everyone. Especially that this game is only 20 dollars and was free on PSN for a while this game is hard to beat

With this being Mario's 30th anniversary we needed a game for the occasion. Super Mario maker acts as that game and let me tell you it blew my mind. You can choose a game for your level to take place in spanning eras of the great 2D Mario games. Super mario bros, super mario bros 3 super mario world and New super mario bros U. When you just boot up the menu the game is filled with so much charm with easter eggs everywhere and to be little details like that make a game. When you start the customization, it gets intense, A huge amount of tools are at your disposal with multiple forms by shaking the object rapidly to change it. After you finish a level, you can post it for others to play and you will get ratings by other players. There is a 100 life challenge where you playthrough a series of levels with 100 lives. The only negatives I can think of are some customization is missing such as the surface of water and others. But super mario maker is in my opinion the highlight of the wii u thus far and is truly a game that will never end.
