more of the same with Sons of the Forest, only this time its harder and worse. You're somehow weaker because gathering resources takes MORE stamina and you carry less. Monsters are stronger and bullet sponges for NO reason But what frustrated me the most about this game is how finding one of the last items to start the endgame was just...gone. Not a bug, not a glitch, was moved to a completely different location and NONE of the online guides were updated to reflect that information. If you're gonna create a walkthrough ****. UPDATE IT WITH THE GAME IF PART OF THE QUESTLINE DRASTICALLY CHANGES.

Fun with friends, but you couldn't pay me to play this game ALONE. Even with just 1-3 people in a lobby felt overwhelming to complete everything. Would recommend this game to play with Large groups, as it goes up to 8 players

Somewhat mid rock climbing game with interesting mechanics puzzles but overall forgettable with a nothing story. maybe its somebodies game of the year but i wasnt super impressed

This game is SOOOOOOOOO underrated. Thirsty suitors is a thought provoking story about generational trauma, **** and overcoming insecurities. I LOVE THIS GAME,reviews are mixed because its WOKE! but don't let that effect you, grow up and enjoy Thirsty Suitors!

Tales of Arise is a good game for the first half, it builds up its 6 character main cast, with battles and abilities that made this game one of my favorite tales of battle system. BUT it all falls apart about halfway in, bit of a twist in the story and then it just falls SO flat and uninteresting to me. Despite having a small yet interesting cast. The narrative abandons 4 of them in favor of a love story that is okay but disappointing that we have 4 other characters with interesting backstories only exist in battle really. Not a great Tales of game to start with IMO because gameplay wiseArise has the best battle system and is flashy and pretty but Berseria and Vesperia are MUCH better in terms of story and characters.

Stray is a good game that ends too quick IMO 8 hour run time is NOT enough for the price point at the time of my review ($30) hauntingly beautiful soundtrack, environments, and story will keep you engaged and craving more

honestly Bayonetta is DMC if dante knew how to serve cvnt a difficult experience but fun nonetheless with good music and a solid story. Truly a shame that Bayo 2 and 3 are locked away in the nintendo switch vault.

Kinda Weird, Kinda Confusing, Kinda fun? Video games are SO MUCH more than just a grand story or a battle royale. Sometimes, Video Games can be art and thats exactly what Hylics serves you. A strange experience that makes you wonder if the creator even had a vision. Despite the weirdness it was fun to play through and only took me about 4 hours. Not so weird that it discourages the player, not so confusing that youll be lost and confused but not so fun that this game left a lasting impression on me.

INDIE JRPG DARLING! FANTASTIC game inspired by the greats of Final Fantasy 6, this game is VERY good especially if you are a turn based RPG enjoyer. Great well rounded cast and story with TWISTS! mixed in. The Mech battles were cool but a bit repetitive, and the 'Blue mage' type character...kinda ****, maybe i didn't build him right but everyone else in the game was fun to play and good enough in battle

AMAZING 2 player game for gamers of all skill levels It has comedy, drama, puzzles, and platforming, really enjoyed the little games to play in between the main quest. Even if i lost more games that i won. Loved almost everything about this game from its design to its constantly evolving game play. Didn't really like the ending shes overbearing and hes a lazy husband, and the daughter needs THERAPY.

Mixed feelings about DQ11 I can confidently i'm not a fan of dragon quest, i LOVE JRPGS but Dragon Quest as a franchise has yet to ever grab me. DQ11 is the first one i've beat and probably my favorite of the series, but i still have my criticisms Good story, Slow combat that takes forever to upgrade your party members, Slow hand holding moments that force the game to a snails pace, Great characters (shout out to Sylvando) and character moments. I really go back and forth on if i even liked this game. Much fun to be had but DQ always feels slow, troupey and uninteresting at times to me.

Better than Harry Potter with great gameplay. Doesnt overstay its welcome and the first RPG that has everyones pronouns on the status page, LOVED this detail! My only complaint is some of the music was a lil cringe

Rollerdrome is a really cool game, its stylish and engaging on all fronts. The musics good, the story is good, and the gameplay is fun even though it gets a little too tough about halfway through. Really scratched the Jet Set Radio itch with stylish and sporty dystopian death game gunplay, Rollerdrome is quite the adventure!

a messy yet sometimes fun co op game that makes you wanna go back and play Left 4 Dead for the first time, or 1000th time. See, B4B isn't bad necessarily, i had alot of fun with it and would go back to check in with each new campaign. What i DIDN'T like was how often they would change and rework cards. What makes this game different is its card system to give you different buffs and changes to your campaign. Its a great idea! but they didn't execute it very well. Since the devs have abandoned this game, maybe the cards changing wont be such a problem but its EXHAUSTING to make a new build to try, and i felt like i was too dumb to make a good one

Halo games are kind of samey but hey at least theyre fun, look pretty good for games fast approaching 20 years old and feature a full multiplayer co op campaign.

Halo games are pretty good and fun to play multiplayer and thats no different with 3. Unfortunately ive played the halo games waaaaaaayyyyy out of order and high af so the story is a little lost on me, but i LOOOOOOVE the needler and energy sword. two very iconic and fun weapons from this universe. I find myself returning to a halo game every so often because at the end of the day its just plain fun.

Sonic 2 is a classic and solid adventure from the blue blur. His game have aged pretty well but suffer the same lack of meaningful stories from this era of gaming.

Divinity Original Sin 2 is a fantastic game by Larian Studios who will go on to make Baldurs Gate 3, and you can totally see their magic at work here. A fantastic group of companions, strategic battles with unique abilities, and a full world that tells a story of survival, freedom, and ascension. I played this game solo and with friends and both playthroughs felt completely unique. Please show this game some love after your next BG3 playthrough

Fall Guys will be my favorite battle royale no matter what **** update hits it. Ive 100% achievement the game and i was pretty decent at this game. A blast with friends and even more fun in custom games, but the updates tend to...make the game worse. I will always love you Fall Guys

Cult Classic from the era of Zombie Apocalypse media, its fun and a little campy but not the best. Better with friends, or a random hacker that can drive through walls.

The Quarry is a fun and spooky narrative game made by the Until Dawn team, its about as good as Until Dawn with campy moments, choices matter, and a decent horror story Best enjoyed with a group of people voting on the choices your characters make

Good puzzles but not much else to be seen here, its a fun game that works but doesn't impress nor does it challenge you (or maybe im just really good at puzzles teehee)

an impactful game from the Life Is Strange team, Tell Me Why is a solid game for those who love games like this. While TMW lacks in how crazy its story is, and with things to do in game this is still a really important game to experience. A great game thats just missing a few points compared to their other narrative games.

Fun survival horror-esqe turn based battles, CRAZY good music, and a story unlike any other. My only complaint is this game isn't ported ANYWHERE, and the running animation is soooo slow

A fun game for the first 1/3 but then a twist COMPLETELY changes the game for this unique and interesting dark card game to something that pushes the Atari 2600 to its graphical limits So sorry! Its not fun building a deck for a game only to throw it all away and make you play a new card game with a new deck.

If there's one thing Squeenix can do, its make a fun and solid action RPG. GOTG is fun and has some good moments. Its not GOTY or best game ever, but a fun game with RPG elements, and best of all. NO crisp rat!

Resident evil 5 is pretty good, id probably hate it if I was playing solo. Puzzles are easy and the story is a little cheesy, but luckily I had a friend to play it. RE5 is a mid resident evil, but a fun 2 player co op game

Going from the school life of Cold Steel 1 to the SHOCKING twist at the end with the entire country at war with its self is SUCH a jarring and unforgettable experience in the best way.

Lloyd, Randy, Ellie, Tio, Wazy, KeA, and Zeit are some of the best characters in a JRPG EVER and i loved being a part of the SSS (more than being a bracer, a thors academy student/teacher, or a spriggan!) PLAY TRAILS FROM ZERO BEFORE AZURE

It takes some world building to set the stage for a truly entertaining adventure. However, Zero is NOT the case. Trails From Zero is GREAT! Crossbell feels alive and the story is fantastic! Crossbell is my favorite story arc (so far)

You dont NEED to start here, but it is highly recommended. The Trails series has several recommended jumping points (Trails in the sky, Zero, Cold Steel, and Daybreak). But the more games you play, the more references and callbacks you get

Cold Steel 3: The 3rd game of the Erebonian arc follows Rean as he teaches a new Class 7. Story wise this game is heating up but isnt the best game in the series. In fact id argue CS3 is on the slower side, BUT! not one to miss!

a safe offering from the creature capturing genre giant, Pokemon could have went bigger but what we got was fine. Pokemon games are a mixed bag for me, some games hold your hand like you are a 4 year old at day care, while others beat you down until you're left bleeding out on the sidewalk, really hated the gym battles that had other types in it. Like why is there an octillery in the electric gym? What are you doing here miss girl??? At the end of the day, its pokemon. It is what it is and you know what to expect

Tomorrow comes, Clair Obscur is the 2025 game of the year,i have NEVER played a game that made me cry like Clair Obscur did. LITERALLY sobbing at the beauty, the pain, the drama and the ending. This game has it all, fantastic turn based action dodging/parrying gameplay, beautiful environments, a twisting and memorable story, great characters that feel real yet complicated, and most importantly the BANGING! soundtrack. I didn't like how the dungeons didn't have maps, but i got over it in favor of feeling like i'm on my own expedition. Im with these characters in the dark on our quest to destroy the paintress. Clair Obscur is not easy, but it is a satisfying adventure for those who need a good cry, for those who need to have a guttural scream in the woods, for those who can empathize with a villain, and for those who come before

Jesus Christ this was disapointing Played in the 4-6 remaster and was genuinely excited to give this game a shot, how bad could it be? i couldn't get past the first level because of how BAD it is. Spent an HOUR fighting with the new controls to climb up a pole. Only for a guide to tell me to go a different way. Huh? Truly a stain on the Tomb Raider franchise, a blemish on Lara's gorgeous complexion. I was really hoping to get a chance to play the black sheep of Lara's classic adventures but with the landlord special remaster ASPYR gave her, i wish i could get that time back.
