The story line is nothing incredible but if you sit back, assuming you do have a strong stomach, you are going to enjoy this movie. It's brutal, tense and well done in that matter.

I went to the cinema with rather high expectations. The movie started off with an interesting plot but didn't really deliver. I felt like sitting on a plane that is rolling on the ground, teases to take off a bit but doesn't. There were moments of brutality, that was fun, but that was all one remembers after the movie ends. In other words, for me an easy forgetable movie.

This movie is strange, insane, funny at some times and also interesting. I loved how it's brutal but at the same time doesn't take itself that serious. I'd recommend this movie for sure.

Although the story was a bit foreseeable, there were many interesting hints, a good cast, nice comedy and acting. I really enjoyed this movie, quite refreshing.

Good jokes, good satire and a promising plot made the bigger part of the movie worth watching. Eventually this movie took a weird turn and it seemed out of place to me. I can't imagine why they would do that with the film.

The movie was definitely interesting to watch but there were so many parts not revealed respectively not explained at all. By the end of the movie, I was left with a big "why?" and also "did this movie just really end like this?". On the positive part, the acting was good and the general setting was interesting. On the negative part, the plot parts left unexplained kind of give the impression that the writing was poor. I don't know, this movie was simply missing quite some parts.

Interesting concept, great exploration of humans' emotions, great acting, philosophical to some extent and great scenery. Overall a great movie. The only bit I disliked was the pace sometimes but otherwise a great movie.

A beautifully shot, original, realistic, touching and unconventional movie that makes you think. The ending was a bit improper I think, mainly because some of the actors seemed off their place. However, hands down one of the best movies at the ZFF this year.

This movie profits from great actors and great performances. However, at the ZFF this movie was initially portrayed as a dark comedy but it wasn't my cup of tea and neither did the story draw me in. I was left a bit unsatisfied to be honest.

Nerve started off with an interesting setting, a good build up but then eventually didn't quite know what to do with it. I guess there was some core message to be illustrated but it failed to be delivered properly. An interesting idea but a moderate execution.

This movie is extremely versatile. There's tension, thrilling moments, (dark) humour and unexpected plot developments. On top of that, I enjoyed the visuals, the chemistry between the characters and the acting was great too. I only refrain from giving this movie a 10/10 because at some point there was a bit too much dark humour for my taste. Otherwise it's a movie I'd definitely recommend.

This movie told an interesting story. Although some details were dramatized for the film, I believe that the portrayal of the true events was done well and in a touching manner. To this day, those events are still relevant. Some parts were boring but otherwise this movie had great actors and an interesting plot.

I think Ted 2 had quite its funny moments but other than that it's a rather mediocre film. The ethics kind of aspect to this movie was interesting but of course touched on too lightly. The jokes were sometimes funny but Mark Wahlberg's character was just too incredibly immature. I don't know, overall this movie wasn't bad but it wasn't that good either.

Sausage Party is kind of what the name already suggests, however, I didn't expect it to be that extreme. The movie is vulgar, offensive, perverted and has lots of racist and sexists jokes - that's exactly what makes this movie worth watching. The plot was also quite interesting and the way the food's view of the world was portrayed caught my interest too. I've rarely seen a better comedy movie.

I've seen the original of this movie which is why I was kinda skeptic to watch this one. However, this movie was quite a pleasant reboot. Likable characters, interesting portrayal of the story and also a good portion of comedy and action. The acting was on point, specially Jack Black did an outstanding job in my opinion. What I didn't like though were the somewhat too cheesy parts in this movie. Otherwise it's a very good one.

The movie started of as confusing and revealed one bit of information at a time. The acting was great and the setting was introduced quite well. However, at one point the movie failed to keep up with itself and all the build up tension, the thrilling sensation, became just laughable and mediocre. Specially the ending was a huge let down in my opinion. Although the movie did everything right at first it failed to deliver eventually.

The movie is based on a somewhat original idea. I also liked that it's a critique to world ruled by money. However, besides the setting, there's not much good to this movie. The acting was okay but the characters had no depth, the story was predictable and the more the movie progressed, the more boring it got. It wasn't thrilling and it wasn't horrific either. It just got boring.

Very funny, entertaining, unexpected, refreshing and original. This is a truly good comedy movie. Besides the somewhat cheesy end, this movie delivered.

I've got mixed feelings. On the one hand, this movie was entertaining, the action and explosions were awesome and the acting was on point. On the other hand though, the plot seemed to be a mix of two different stories eventually causing none of the stories to be told as they would have deserved. There's the mysterious monster but also the relationship between a father his son. Both stories were told in a moderate way, there would have been so much more potential.

The story is predictable and all this movie does is use jump scares to be remotely scary. The acting was good though and the characters were likeable. However, that's all there is to this movie. I'd say it's a movie you could perhaps watch at home but don't waste your money going to the cinema for this one.

Way too many cliches, way too many parents' moments (e.g. "my kid has grown up") and those kind of predictable, boring things. You won't miss anything by not watching this movie.

This movie is intense, contains many twists and is very well written. Although not all characters are very likable, the acting is done right and the story is portrayed in a convincing way. What I liked the most is that the movie is nowhere near predictable and as a viewer I was surprised repeatedly. However, the film's end wasn't that good in my opinion. Nonetheless, this is a great movie and I'd definitely recommend it.

A very foreseeable story of a soon-to-be-hero teenager in a world controlled by "bad" people. The movie has quite a few kitschy moments and there's little to no surprise. However, the only reasons I see for a rather "good" rating are the visual effects and the setting which was portrayed well. That's about it though.

This movie delivered a realistic but sometimes weird portrayal of a mother's life. As a viewer, you get a few hints here and there and you always feel entertained. The unexpected happens eventually. Great story and great acting.

No real surprise, a somewhat touching relationship between the two but nothing that hasn't been shown hundreds of times already.

A somewhat entertaining story with little thriller and horror. The movie had a couple of interesting twists, however, that's about it. The movie is quite moderate.

Weird story with weird characters and a weird combination of people casted, nonetheless, nothing more than rapidly forgotten movie.

This movie is extremely cheesy, the character development is predictable and it isn't even funny. The only thing I liked about this movie was the scenery which was well portrayed but that's about it. Only watch this movie when you've literally nothing else to watch.

Although the movie had quite a strong cast, it failed to surprise. Some scenes were funny, the plot was sometimes creative and interesting. However, something was missing and thus I didn't really get caught by this movie. I'd say it's a movie one could watch in an otherwise boring evening but it's not worth going to the cinema.

Deadpool 2 is fun, entertaining and has an emotional touch to it. However, it seems to me what the whole movie eventually wraps around one simple mediocre and foreseeable message. On the other hand, this movie is a good comedy with interesting characters. I wouldn't say that this movie is a worthy sequel but it isn't a bad movie either.

An outsider watching this movie will probably see a normal dude hanging out with a disabled person and somehow making a movie. However, The Disaster Artist is aimed for the fans of The Room and Tommy Wiseau. The film shows how Tommy works and does things, although nobody really knows that, and most importantly, the film shows "what could have been"-scenes which make every Tommy Wiseau fan feel sympathy for him. This is a great tribute to Tommy. I think James Franco grasped what kind of a person Tommy Wiseau is and he found a great medium to portrait that. Every fan of The Room, Tommy and the book by Greg is going to love this movie.

"Game Night" is a fast paced, funny, entertaining and diverse movie. I enjoyed the little details in the cinematic and the story was a great mix of action and comedy. Maybe a more profound plot would have made this a 10/10 movie for me, however, for a comedy film it's something quite refreshing.

Red Sparrow is what I'd expect from a good thriller: Watching this movie was an exciting experience and sometimes even borderline uncomfortable - in a good way though. The story evolved quite unexpectedly and the movie overall had good cinematic too it. One thing I didn't like at all was the "Russian accent" which seemed way too exaggerated and thus made it harder to focus on what's really important. Otherwise it's a movie I'd recommend.
