.I after watching the Digital Foundry review of the optimization in this game and seeing the Bethesda actually optimized the game for AMD but not Nvidia/Intel I am changing my review to not recommended. There is no excuse for this Todd Howard.

I'm an old man. I've been gaming since the early 80's. This ranks up with the best games I have ever played.. You are doing **** disservice if you let this one pass you by.

I'm not the biggest fan of JRPG's but this is one of the best rpg's I've played in the last few years. It really is amazing. Great cast of characters, awesome combat system that is reminiscent of classic jrpg's but innovative on it's own and a really good story. Highly recommended.

Best game ever just got better. There is no better time to spend and 100 or so hours in the world of The Witcher 3.

Not the game I was expecting. More relationship building than turn based strategy. Hunting for mushrooms to make potions in a tbs, really? The final kicker was putting all the cool outfits behind a 100 dollar paywall. Bad form Firaxis, Take 2 has shown who is in charge.

In a world of Call of Duty and Destiny we need a game like this. I can see why some might not like it due to the amount of reading and the style of gameplay but for the targeted playerbase it is a masterpiece.

Literally one week after release they nerf evry fun combo into the ground without buffing anything to balance it out or even allowing a respec option. There were issues with the game already, now it's just a pos.

Best game I have played this year. It has an issue here and there but they cannot take away from the fact that this game is Cyberpunk done right. The environments are amazing and the gameplay is frantic. violent and exhilarating.

Great TBS game set in the WH40k universe. The story, graphics and gameplay are all 1st rate. In a departure from most WH40k tactical games it is fully voiced and the voiceover is some of the best I have experienced in a strategy game. The missions are interesting and propel the story forward adding new troops with each one. The game is only let down by a few QoL failings and it could use more than 2 factions at release. even so it's an excellent game worthy of your time and money.

Such a fun game. Believable characters, excellent gameplay and a varied open world make for a great time killing zomb... err Freakers. The move to pc made the game so much better, 4k and 60+fps equals greater immersion and a better gaming experience.

Best CRPG I have played in years. The writing is intelligent and funny and moving all at the same time. The hand drawn graphics are beautiful. But the best thing about this game is it let's you roleplay any way you want without punishing you. Wanna be a drunken, drug addicted cop who has completely given up on life, you can do that. Or maybe you wanna play as a down on his luck recovering addict who is looking to redeem himself. The game will accommodate whatever role you want to play. Wanna be a racist, fascist, misogynistic pig no problem. Wanna be a liberal, feminist, communist, no problem. It won't be a game for everyone, as if you don't like to read this probably isn't your game because there is quite a bit of reading. But guess what, if you don't wanna read a lot of the dialog you don't have to and the game won't punish you. Truly an amazing game for the correct audience.

Great game. Cross between Xcom and FF Tactics. Nice tactical gameplay and good graphics. For me to like this game is unusual because I hate anime tropes but the gameplay is just that good. The only caveat is the translation. It is adequate at best and makes understanding the complexities of the game unnecessarily difficult. If you like turn-based strategy rpg's then you can't go wrong with Troubleshooter.

Great game. A complex story with scary enemies and a overall feeling of dread. More like SOMA than the first Amnesia and that is a good thing imo. The only downside would be the puzzles, some of them are obtuse and even if they aren't they drag you out of the immersion needed to maintain the horror element of the game A lot of the criticisms stem from the protagonists expressed concern for her husband and unborn child. Well, this is a Amnesia for adults it seems and adults in this situation would express just such concerns. Maybe some of the critics need to grow up?

The game really shines with a full team of 4 dwarves. The classes complement each other better than any recent game of it's type. Having said that, it is also very fun as a single player game. I have over 50 solo missions as sometimes I just don't want to be bothered with teamates. Great game. Highly recommended.

Such a great game. There are no legions of undead to mow down. no min/max stats to be acquired, just beautiful hand-drawn graphics, simple and enjoyable game mechanics and a wonderful story. Played it on Game Pass first and I liked it so much I bought it on Steam just to throw the Dev's dome money.

Pros - The graphics are phenomenal. The game is beautiful . Cons- Everything else. The" gameplay" if you want to call it that. is incredibly boring. It is literally fetch quest after fetch quest after fetch quest broken up by boring exposition.

A joke **** compared to the previous ones. Semi-open world takes you by the hand whenever it wants to force you down a path. POP-in and framerate drop are ridiculous. Go back and replay Metro Last Light and you will have more fun.

Playing on an XBOX 1X. Regular Xbox has some issues I have heard. Amazing game. Story, graphics and world building are heads above anything released this year. Like playing a Sam Peckinpah western. Highly recommended.

Buggy with multiple crashes in just a few hours, reprehensible micro-transaction policy and online matchmaking issues make this game complete crap. Not recommended.

Could be a great game but it is letdown by developer lack of concern. Many server side errors and no response from developer. To compound the problem everytime there is a backend disconnect)which is literally every other game or so}, you have to relaunch the entire game . Stupidest thing ever and the only game I have played in my life that shuts down on a connection error requiring a reboot of the game.

Where's the game? Seriously, after 3 or 4 hours you just wanna go play anything else rather than do the same crap again. Contrasted to Monster Hunter which is a grindy game also, at least the grind is fun and productive in that game. I predict that once the pro reviews start rolling in this will end up with about a 60 metacritic score.

It not a very good port to begin with and then they compound that by only releasing it on the Vive. The VR pie is so small now and these petty exclusives will be the nail in the coffin.

If you are looking for a copy/paste of older GT games with better graphics, this is not the Gran Tourismo for you, it is a whole new focus towards actual racing. Of which I greatly enjoyed. The "campaign" mode is simply propelling you towards being competitive in the online racing portion. Personally, I love this new focus, How much more fun is it to compete against real drivers than just another race against the ai? Hopefully this will add to the longevity of the multiplayer portion of the game. I can't even get a race in DIRT 4 anymore the online participation has gotten so bad.

They took most of what made Forza great and either removed it or put it behind a paywall. Crass commercialization at it's finest. Stick to Forza 6 or even Project Cars 2 instead of this steaming pile.

Boring and repetitious game. So boring in fact that they created GOLD WAR CHESTS to speed up your progress thru this boring and repetitious game. Seriously, go play anything other than this crap.

Great game. The handrawn art is visually arresting and the gameplay is lot's of fun. Also, your decisions really matter in this game unlike others. One bit of caution though. The game is a slow starter and doesn't hit it's stride until a couple of hours in. When I read some of the negative reviews I can tell they are from players who never bothered to get over that initial hump.

Trico is awesome. This game is not. So many apologists for a game that has horrendous controls and atrocious camera work. The camera wanders around like a drunken wino and the controls respond correctly about 50 percent of the time. It's unfortunate because I feel there is a truly great game hidden in there.

Prey is subtle. If your idea **** game is shooting, bashing and looting your way thru every level then it probably isn't the game for you. However, if you like good level design, thought provoking story lines, multiple solutions to problems and a great atmosphere then welcome home. Prey is for you. It most reminds me of a slower paced Half-Life 2 although there are elements of all the other games that have been mentioned as it's influences. In the end it depends on what you want in a game. I can see why the people who don't like it feel taht way but to me it overcomes it's blemishes to become an outstanding game.

Meh. First off, I will admit that I am not the biggest fan of jrpg's. However I am a fan of great games regardless of their genre and so with all the good rviews decided to give Nier a shot. This is just a meh any way you slice it. Combat alone is a 9, but the story, idiotic dialog, bad camera angles and crappy save system are constant disappointments. Wish I had redboxed it or waited for a deep discount rather than dropping full priced coin on it.

Simply amazing. Great story, gameplay, exploration. This game has it all. I rented it at Redbox because i had reservations and 40 hours later I consider it one of the best games I have played in the last year. Horizon Zero Dawn ranks up there with Witcher3, Fallout 4 and Skyrim. One of the most pleasant gaming surprises in recent memory

Well, color me surprised. When I played the first Nioh demo a few months back I immediately put it in my "don't bother with this one" list. Then it gets released to great reviews and I decide to give it a chance. Holy crap am I glad I did. Nioh is an amazing amalgam of Dark Souls, Bloodborne and Diablo. Deep combat mechanics, great loot system and stellar crafting combine to make this an amazing game. It get's a one point deduction due to the graphics, which are serviceable but not quite up to expected standards for this gen. Don't let the difficulty stop you from enjoying this gem because Nioh does what Dark Souls and Bloodborne don't. It gives you side missions and twilight missions to hone your skills and increase your level without resorting to grinding Cathedral Knights. :) I truly believe most people can play and enjoy this game if they are just willing to learn it's systems.

Amazing game. Best Resident evil since RE4, maybe better. The gameplay, story, graphics and sound design are stellar. Changing to 1st person perspective is a game changer. It makes the scares so much scarier and the shooting/combat mechanics so much better. The only point that might be taken away is for the length. Still, considered as a whole, an awesome game from Capcom.
