This game really didn't do much to expand on NHL 17, besides adding the Vegas Golden Knights. The 3 on 3 mode grew old pretty quick. They really should have just named it Arcade mode instead. The gameplay is pretty similar to an arcade game with nothing else really special about it. Even NHL 19 is looking more promising with its pond hockey mode. I sure hope it delivers on making sure it feels like its own game and not what is essentially a carbon copy.

The one IOS game I actually play regularly. The game has come a long way in 4 years. It started out as a humble little game but expanded to something a lot bigger than that. There is a pretty dedicated community surrounding the game now. Still could use improvements, but otherwise pretty solid title.

The game really is a different experience than most games give. You usually have the base content of beginning, middle, and an end. For No Man's Sky, there really isn't anything like that in here. Each player will experience the game in a unique way. There really is no end to what could happen to your character in this game. One player will spend half the game flying around space, another constantly discovering some new planet or creature. Speaking of planets, did I mention there's over 18 quintillion? That's 21 zeroes! The new update finally added what the game had been missing: co-op. You can now play with friends! I still give it a 9 because it still seems to be missing something. I just don't know what yet.
