This Game is **** Mental in the best way possible! It's a complete Feverdream and I loved every minute of it.
It's clearly a very weird game that doesn't take itself serious, but that doesn't take away from it at all.

Assassin's Creed Shadows2

Just save yourself the time and money and don't play this game. I didn't plan to but got it as a gift. Despite my better judgement I played it and I wish I hadn't. The only good thing I can say about this game is that it seems to finally be the nail in Ubisofts coffin and thank goodness for that. Combat just straight up **** (as both characters). It feels choppy and lacks all the flow and excitement that made assasins creeds combat so fun in the past. While the stealth is greatly improved from its predecessors, the fact that you can't assassinate a huge chunk of the enemies in "ASSASSINS creed" is laughable. I still feel like having a level system is a bad adition to assassins creed. It's like playing a powerfantasy where you're not powerfull. Yet it still is way to easy at times. There are way to many ways to cheese the game. It feels like playing badly written fan-fiction in general. The parkour is a serious downgrade from previous installments, no matter how many flips they add. The characters are stale and uninteresting/unlikable. The facial animations feel like they are taken straight from assassins creed 2 but even those conveyed more emotions. The voiceacting is subpar and in places so bad I'm not sure whether they used AI or just picked random strangers from the street and gave them a 50 dollar microphone some lines and no direction. The music is underwhelming at best and straight up garbage at it's worst. It just doesn't fit at all. Even the graphics aren't all that good. World/level-design is disappointing and at times just straight up bad. And the audacity to allready offer DLC when this game feels far from finished is straight up insulting. I'm not even going to go into all the disrespect they showed towards japanese culture, religion and history. I mourn one of my favourite gaming francises of all times but I'm glad Ubisoft payed dearly for their **** ups. TL;DR Dont buy it! It's worth neither your money nor your Time. The amount of clearly fake 10/10 reviews for this game by new accounts with some of the most bot names I ever did read is frankly pathetic.
I'm not saying all of the 10/10 reviews are fake. Clearly there are People who enjoy this game and I'm happy for them. It's just very telling when a Company takes legal action against negative reviews and there are a lot of clearly fake/botted positive reviews... It's a bleeding shame how far Ubisoft have fallen :/

Kenshi9

Let me start of by saying I love this game. It is one of my all time favourite Games by now and I can't wait for Kenshi 2. I've put more tha 500 HOurs into Kenshi and can't remember how often I got my **** kicked in. However I can still tell you about every single run of mine and can say with utmost certainty that I have only scrached the surface of what kind of stories this game can create. It is a true sandbox game and I can't recommend it highly enough but I also can't recommend it to everyone. The Kenshi universe is one of the most intrigueing andf facinating worlds I have ever experienced and I am so glad I did.

First of all let me say that I am a huge nerd and love playing pen and papers (mostly DSA and DnD 5e). And pen and papers are usually most fun when the players get really creative or go completely of the rails or both. Seeing how that is the most fun aspect to me I greatly enjoyed the freedom the game granted the player. On my first playthrough I played as a bard who was somewhat mischievous but ultimately good for the most part. I was surprised when I found out that I could finish some bosses of by simply doing what bards do best. Talk **** and trick people into doing your bidding. I was stunned. I finished the game and was really happy with it for the most part. Then I started a second playthrough with a mate of mine. We played as people who usually did what was best for them but who ultimately weren't evil and I was stunned how different not only the story but the world itself were. So obviously we had to also play an evil campaign. (Most fun one in my humble opinion^^). I like just how much freedom I had in the way I approached pretty much anything. And it didn't feel like the devs just hadn't thought of what I did but rather that they were prepared for pretty much anything. I don't feel like I caught the game of guard once. I gotta admit that even though the first and second act were phenomenal I experienced some bugs in the third act. The story also felt like it lost some steam. But ultimately when I ask myself what I would want from a DnD videogame, this is exactly what I would want. Add to that that there are no micro-transactions, no season pass and no other bull**** like that and I can confidently recommend this game to any DnD and rpg fans. This game is for sure game of the year if not game of the decade contender. tl;dr Is it perfect? No not at all. Is it fun? Hell yeah. Do I recommend it? You bet your sweet bippy i do.

Pros: The World looks stunning and is very fun to explore. Its obvious the creators really like the source material and put a lot of lore reverences into the game. Combat feels good. Good Music. Good German Voiceacting ( had to play in german cause I didnt get half the words in english since I read the books and watched the movies in german) Cons: Frame drops and stutters. (Bad optimization in general) Mediocre dialogue and writing. Sidequests aren't too memorable. World starts to feel dead after a while. (Unresponsive NPC's, no interesting happening encounters)

XCOM: Chimera Squad4

This game took the old X-com formula and added a few interresting new features. Sadly it also took some of the things I liked about X-com the most. I liked the fact that I could make my soldiers background up just the way I wanted to and had lots of customisation options. I appreciate that they tried to create their own characters, but in my opinion most of them are ruther unlikable. I grew from annoyed with them to straight up hating most of them rather fast. Thera are exeptions to that ( I liked claymore and Axiom, and I loved Torque.) but they are outweighed by the characters i disliked and I ended up wishing most of my characters to die. The graphics are ok. They aren't groundbreaking but they are nice to look at most of the time. Most enemys designs are good aswell. The music is good but nothing I would go out of my way to listen to (unlike X-Com 2). I can't judge the quality of the story as I couldn't bring myself to finish this game. Tl;dr: I can see X-Com fans and fans of round based stratey games enjoying this game, but its just not for me.

Elden Ring10

I started playing with my friends at launch but we quickly lost interest in the game which weird because all of us are big soulsborne fans. However I recently found myself bored during quarantine and tried it again and was shocked. Now I don't get why we dropped the game. I played trough it three times now and got one of my mates to finish it as well. I believe what turned us off the first time was the open world aspect but now it is one of the strongest points in my opinion. I particularly enjoyed the bosses in the later half of the game, when **** really starts picking up. I get that some people are annoyed at the amount of recycled bosses and areas, and I get it. But I also dont mind it, as it makes sense in the context of the world of Elden Ring. The music is awesome, the amount of variety is great and the combat system is once again top notch. I gotta admit however that the PvP (Which was the most enjoyable thing in past souls games to me) is really not my cup of tea. The netcode is bad to a point where some weapons are almost unusable in PvP (I played with rogiers rapier for almost the entire game but its not made for PvP) The open world and the fact that torrent becomes unavailable in PvP means people can hide in almost unreachable places, which makes Invasions incredibly frustrating and a few more minor issues stopped me from PvPing altogether. However overall it is one of the best games Fromsoft ever made and an absolute recommendation from me. Especially to people who are new to Fromsoft games, as I found it very beginner friendly. Crafting seemed useless to me at first but proved to come in handy from time to time. Plus the fact that there are crafting materials everywhere made exploring the world feel more rewarding. Its definitely game of the year contender and one of the best single-player games of all time.

I loved the Souls games and were really sad when I heard that the game would only be on PS. I bought a PS just to play Bloodborne and guess what. Totally worth it. I love the Game. Level-design is great, I love the atmosphere in the game, It looks beautiful, Great enemy-design, epic soundtrack, and incredible Bosses. It is fun and it feels like the first Dark Souls again. If you like the Souls games, buy this game. It is worth it.
