The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series - A New Frontier7
Feb 18, 2018
This game is a bit of a confusing case, it has to follow the critically acclaimed season 1 & 2 of telltale's TWD but instead of continuing the story from the end of season 2 it decides to have the main character of the game be a completely new character, Javier. While I don't think Javier is a bad character, I don't really know why they decided to have him as the main character and not just continue with the game being completely about Clem & AJ. Also with Clem being in this game for a good part of it they needed to make the endings from season 2 all connect to the New Frontier, leading to the fallout from all the endings from season 2 being very disappointing and feeling like a slap in the face to everyone who cared about their endings and what happened to Clem after Season 2. However even with this decision I still believe this is a good game as a whole. The story of Javier trying to take care of his family during this zombie (walker) outbreak is a good one, and getting to see Clem again is great, but the problem with that is that Clem is easily the best part of the game to me, so when she is not on screen it feels like we're just waiting for her to appear again which does somewhat hurt Javier's story. I feel like the game might have done better if Clem was in it significantly less or not at all and the game just focused on Javier and his family, with that it might help us connect to him and his family better making the game more satisfying as a whole. While it may seem like I am being awfully negative towards the game throughout its faults I still enjoy it a good bit, and I know there is a lot of good stuff hidden in it. So I would say if you have enjoyed the previous entries in Telltale's TWD series then I would recommend this game, but would warn you to tamper your expectations a bit and know what you're getting into.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy8
Feb 18, 2018
When Lost Legacy was first announced I was both excited and a little sceptical. I wasn't quite sure how this game would be without the series lead Nathan Drake. However after playing it, I can confirm that both Chloe and Nadine are great in their leading roles and help make the game a blast to play, and one I would recommend to anyone who has enjoyed any of the previous entries in the uncharted series.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate7
Feb 18, 2018
Assassin's Creed Syndicate is a game that I did not have high expectations for when I eventually got around to playing it. However I was pleasantly surprised when I got a few hours into the game, the setting for the game looks great and feels alive. The two main playable characters, Jacob and Evie, are a cool addition and a nice change to the series and the overall more light-hearted approach to the game helps make the game a lot of fun to explore and play.

I was very disappointed when I played this game, it has bad graphics, an uninteresting story, boring and extremely repetitive combat. All these factors come together to make a bad game, that makes no lasting impression.

Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series7
Jul 29, 2016
A good game overall, that helps capture the world of Game of thrones, and allows you to meet some of the best characters from the show. Overall the game provides an interesting story, with a good mix of characters with a few twists and turns throughout the story.

Minecraft: Story Mode - Episode 2: Assembly Required5
Jan 4, 2016
For someone who personally enjoyed episode 1 of this series, I must say I was disappointed with this episode. It didn't really hook me in and I never truly got into, and it feels like nothing really happened in this episode. I still think this series has potential and will play episode 3 to see if it can improve from the shortcomings of episode 2.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege7
Jan 4, 2016
Rainbow six siege is a game that feels a little bare bones, like some things were maybe removed from the game to be made into DLC. However the game we have at the moment is still a fun thrill ride that really captures a tense atmosphere and emphasises team play, and is just a blast when you're playing with your friends, qnd should be played if you and your friends are looking for a fun multiplayer game.

Back to the Future: The Game7
Jan 4, 2016
This game feels like a worthy follow up to the Back to the Future movies, and some of the episode concepts feel like they could be made into their own Back to the Future movies. Overall this is a surprisingly good game that captures the feel of Back to the Future very well, and should be played by any Back to the Future fans.

Fallout 4 is simply just a great game, that offers you so much to do in its large open world and is a joy to play every time you play it. It is also worth mentioning that Fallout 4 has an improved story and more varied and all around better companions that just helps make this game even better, and should be played by anyone who enjoys open world games.

Batman: Arkham City9
Nov 5, 2015
There is not much that can be said about this game, that has not been said already. The arkham series are the games that allow you to truly feel like and play as Batman, and this game is even better than Asylum, and that is all that should need to be said.

Batman: Arkham Asylum8
Nov 5, 2015
This game is a true Batman simulator, that really makes you feel like Batman, and allows you to face off against all of the classic Batman villains, like killer croc, poison ivy, scarecrow etc. However Batman's greatest villain is represented perfectly in this game, The Joker is voice acted to perfection by Mark Hamill, and really encapsulates the Joker on every single level. These aspects allow for a great dynamic with Batman and The Joker, that makes this game THE Batman game. The only problem that is found in this game is the disappointing final boss battle, but that still doesn't stop this game from being great!

Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon9

This game should be the blueprint of how to make a DLC for any and every game. This DLC is simply just a whole lot of fun and should be played by all, to help promote these types of DLC, that have great content , good length and a good price, which are all reasons why this DLC is great.

Nov 4, 2015
Portal is a very unique, interesting and fun game that challenges you in many different ways and is one of the best puzzle game series of all time. The only real problem with this game is its short length, but to be fair it is pretty cheap to buy, so its not that big a deal, so I would still recommend this game to anyone looking for a new, unique and fun time.

Tales from the Borderlands: A Telltale Game Series8
Nov 4, 2015
TFTB is a another surprising gem from TellTale games that you might not see coming, but once you play the game you will be hooked and enjoy all the aspects to it, even if you're not a huge borderlands fan(like me). This game is great because of how fun and off the wall it is, with its characters, world and story and keeps you guessing and I guarantee if you play this game you will have a good fun time, and in the end isn't that what gaming is all about.

WWE 2K168
Nov 3, 2015
WWE 2K16 is a huge improvement over last years instalment WWE 2K15, and improves in many many many ways! It improves greatly on its roster with over a 100 unique superstars, and beefs up and improves its creation suite and allows for much better customisation. It also improves on its game modes by adding back many match types that were missing last year and is much better for it. Lastly it makes a huge leap of an improvement on its MyCareer mode, by making it much harder, fleshed out and more enjoyable in every little way, it may not be perfect, but its a vast improvement. In summary, WWE 2K16 is a very big improvement over 2K15 and fixes all the problems with that game, and is the best wrestling to be released in many years.

WWE 2K155
Oct 25, 2015
WWE 2K15 is much like WWE in real life, it has its good, even great moments, whether that be a match or a promo, but is has its many many problems, its confusing/bad booking, pointless and/or bad matches, terrible commentary etc. This game is similar is has things that are great about it, that really pushes the franchise forward. An example of this is the stunning and beautiful graphics, the fun and enjoyable showcase mode or its most realistic wrestling to date. While these are steps forward for the WWE games it also has many disappointing areas to them, these include the weak customisation, same old bad commentary that has been present for years, lack of match types, TERRIBLE online play and its biggest offence MyCareer. This was the mode everyone was really excited and hyped for and it turned out to be a huge disappointment with boring easy matches with no story behind them, and pointless match after pointless match (very similar to current dat WWE) with no payoff at the end with an out of nowhere and terrible ending to a big disappointment of a mode, that leaves a sour taste in your mouth after you get through the 15 hour plus boring grind feast that is this mode. In conclusion this game looks and feels great, but with a lack of content around this, it doesn't do enough and will leave you wanting a more fleshed out and better game. Overall it lays the foundation for a great WWE game, but still has a way to go before that is a reality.

The Wolf Among Us8
Oct 25, 2015
When I first loaded up the Wolf among us I wasn't expecting a lot, a game about a graphic novel series about fairy tale characters where they all live together in an alternate version of New York city? That doesn't sound that great I thought (I was wrong) , but I after I started playing it and was introduced to the characters and the world and how they interact with each other ,I was hooked. Make sure to play this game for a very enjoyable experience that you might now be expecting but once you start playing it you won't be able to stop and will enjoy every second of it.

Destiny6
Oct 25, 2015
When I first played this game when it first released I was very disappointed with what I was playing compared to what was shown and talked about with this game, at that point I most likely would have given this game a 4/10. However if you can get through the disappointing and boring grind when you start the game enjoyment can be found from it, especially when playing the game with friends as you venture through the numerous raids and strikes together to search for better loot while using unique guns with the games great gunplay, this is were the game shines and what saves this game. Overall this game can be fun if you have 4/5 friends who will join you through the experience and you stick it out to see the things the game does right.

The Walking Dead: Season Two - A Telltale Games Series8
Oct 25, 2015
While it may not quite reach the high bar that season 1 set for it, season 2 of the Walking Dead is still a very enjoyable game that should be played if you liked season 1 of the franchise. As it develops the characters from season 1 and adds new and interesting characters to the mix. This game allows for an interesting story with interesting characters in an interesting world.
