Sonic Forces3

It's an obvious downgrade in many ways. The controls are dumbed down and unbearable, the level design almost feels like it goes back to the type of level design from Secret Rings, and the visuals are worse than in Sonic Generations (despite this game coming out on new hardware). What makes this worse is that the people who made the game had the intention of making the game insanely simple and easy.

This game can give quite a fun time to anyone playing it. The levels are enjoyable, the music is solid, and the story makes sense. The controls lack polish however, and seem like a downgrade from the previous 3D titles. However, with the introduction of the team mechanic, you almost forget about the unpolished controls. The animation isn't that great though, even for its time. Anyway, would I recommend this game? Yes I would, but you can probably do better.

A timeless classic for everyone to remember. My only complaint is that some levels just don't feel that great to play.

All I can say is: it's good but it just can't and never will match up to the original Sonic games.

Hey look! Another great boost game! This game looks and feels great, but Sonic can feel floaty at times, and the new voice cast seems like only a mistake in my eyes. It's better than the DS version, but slightly.

This game is great for what it is, but it's honestly inferior to the Wii version. I might pick this up again someday since I haven't played it in a while.

Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood6

I'm pretty sure people into RPGs will find this as amusing because of the decent story and nice controls, but this doesn't feel like a Sonic game. This game just seemed so forgettable that I just don't bother picking it up to play anymore.

Sonic: Lost World5

Well, this is unique... I guess this game can be fun sometimes, but a majority of the game is just dumb. Since this bad Sonic game can only be played on the also bad Wii U (I still had enjoyment on the Wii U), it should just be called "Sonic: Lost and Never Found."

I didn't really finish the entire game since I don't have it anymore, but it was fun. The boost formula is at a high point, and the visuals are pretty nice, but the story is lacking, and Classic Sonic didn't control as good as in the original games, but you have to play as both Modern and Classic Sonic to finish the game. It's still enjoyable, but it's not the best SEGA has to offer.

*knock knock* "Is that my childhood knocking at the door?" This is honestly the best 3d Sonic game I've played so far, along with Heroes. The voice acting's impressive, the story's interesting, the visuals are still great today (wait, this is the Wii version), and I don't care what you guys say about the werehog. You don't have to play/like this, but if you like speed and combat, then at least consider this.

Sakurai, you're probably going to need a break after making the ultimate smash game. Every fighter that's in or was in smash is in the game, which includes new additions to the roster, which also adds such variety. You can now make your own rulesets and save them so they aren't forgotten. The stage morph is an interesting touch. The new battlefield mode for the stages adds another touch of variety. I just can't explain how much I love this game! Also, another thing that gives me joy is that those OP fighters are finally out of that OP zone. Thank you Daddy Sakurai for this ultimate game!

Minecraft4

I'm not exactly giving this version of Minecraft a low rating specifically, because I'm kind of rating Minecraft all together. Even though it can be fun for others to build a ton of stuff and try to survive monsters, for me, this game gets way to repetitive. Because it's a sandbox game, there's kind of no limit to what you can build, and that is kind of what upsets me. There's pretty much no story whatsoever, so there's no point for me to keep playing. This is just my opinion, and if others give it a better rating, then I'm okay. But, honestly, the game is a bit overrated.

ARMS7

When I got Arms for my switch, I was really happy when I was playing for the first time, but it honestly gets kind of repetitive because of the fact that mainly all I can do is punch others. Sure, there's some other things, but they still require punching. For me, there's not very much reason to get back to playing this game.

Splatoon9

Splatoon was an extremely amazing experience for me. this is the kind of shooter game that I would enjoy. The turf wars are excellent for people who aren't really the combat type because they will be helping by covering up the place with their ink, and I love the game play too! It made the game so fun, and it kind of makes sense too. "Well, out of ink. Time to go 'underink' and gather some more!" It just makes sense to me. All the things that I did in the game were so fun! However, what's kind of stopping me from giving this a 10 is the local multiplayer mode, where you verse each other and pop balloons. Yeah, doesn't really sound too interesting, but Splatoon was still incredible! The great times I had with this game just really make me want to get Splatoon 2 because I can no longer play Splatoon because my Wii U is no longer with me, and I have a Switch now. "Now where did I leave that paint roller?"
