This is exactly my kind of game that has a great fighting system with an insane variety of martial arts moves. Love how you can use the environment to your advantage as well, and you can pick up lots of different types of weapons. You can tell all the animations were done using motion capture, it is extremely well made. The levels offer some nice changes also, sometimes you are evading helicopters, there is vehicular combat and of course plenty of boss battles. If you love games like Sifu or the Batman Arkham series you will love the combat! In my opinion this is a must play for action game fans.

In the era of pay-to-win games with the terrible microtransactions this first person shooter is a breath of fresh air. Most FPS games these days are multiplayer focused with a weak - or in many cases none existing - campaign mode. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus however is the total opposite, and that is awesome, it has a great story with interesting characters and creative set pieces, plus it does a great job continuing the story of a classic video game franchise. It is a violent game but I don't think there is a single gamer out there who does not know what this series is about - killing ****. It is done in such a fun and creative way though, that these games just simply don't get boring. I enjoyed the flash back parts as well, as we learned a lot more about our hero's tough upbringing. I also truly hated the main villain (which is very good I guess), she is so evil you really want to do your best to finally kill her. Very satisfying... So all in all it is an outstanding game, that us gamers should support. This one deserves our money, unlike many other ones on the market with greedy publishers!

I am a little shocked about these "reviews", giving zero points to a game that has no real technical issues, bugs or gamebreaking freezes and what has beautiful graphics, stellar voice acting and fantastic gameplay. It is not right! Like many of you, I have played the original game, and I have been a long time fan of the franchise and though it is true I would have LOVED to see more content like a Mercenaries mode after you finish or more unlockable content, but let's be real...this is a great game. Jill is as awesome and well acted as ever and her design is top notch. The Nemesis encounters always vary as he is constantly evolving throughout the game and learns from each time you manage to defeat him. The character of Carlos is much better and a lot more complex and likeable as well than it was in the 1999 game. So I understand that some old-school fans wanted more puzzles and a longer campaign with less action but this is 2020, games are a lot faster paced these days and linear acton titles are more cinematic than ever with the spectacular visuals. And the game sales prove they were right as this remake is selling more copies for Capcom than any of ther titles before. Sure the second game's flawless remake has a lot to do with it as well, but if you're a fan of the series and Jill, you should like this game! Maybe wait for a price drop, but you should have a great time!

It's a terrible game, that doesn't even hide the fact that it wants to be an Uncharted copy. My favorite type of games are these action-adventure games, where you can shoot, fight and do some platforming, unfortunately though Unearthed - Trail Of Ibn Battuta fails in all three. I wish it was good because of the indie middle-eastern developers, but it is just bad. So many bugs and glitches in the PC version as well, so the horrendous graphics, gameplay and the unoriginal story is not even the worst part. The puzzles are also extremely easy. The music and the voice acting is not that horrible, but the physics are. Shooting is less than mediocre. I like the fighting a bit more than in the PS3 version, but it doesn't mean it's good, just not laughable. So all in all, even if you love the genre, don't play this game. There are dozens of better ones. If it was 2002 it would be an OK game in some aspects, but in 2014 it is just garbage.

The Uncharted series to me is the greatest franchise in video game history and Nathan Drake is probably my favorite character. So when I first heard about The Lost Legacy and the fact that it will not have Nate in it I was worried the game will not deliver up to standards we got used to from Naughty Dog. But I shouldn't have worried as the developers have done it again, they created an other masterpiece. This time around the protagonist in the game is a fan favorite, Chloe, who appeared alongside Nate as an NPC in Uncharted 2 and 3. She is an outsanding character and well deserved to star in her own game. Her co-op partner in this adventure is Nadine, who actually fought against Nate and his brother Sam in Uncharted 4 as a mercenary for hire, but this time around she fights on the right side. The two female leads are a great dynamic duo and the story is interesting and fun, plus the main bad guy, Asav, is also a worthy opponent. He is smart, patient, strong and ruthless. Without spoiling too much, our treasure hunters are after a special tusk in India and you spend most of your time in the jungle, where you enter ancient cities and discover new findings in the rich history of this huge country. What I love about this game is that Chloe moves differently from Drake and she also has some new weapons and melee moves. I really enjoyed the fighting in this one. There is a lot of platforming and some puzzle solving but mostly it is perfectly paced and the gameplay has enough variety. The controls are smooth and as expected from an Uncharted game, the presentation, graphics, motion capture, music, sound and voice acting is just flawless. The final level in the game is one I will never forget, it starts with a bang and finishes even stronger. There is simply nothing to complain about the game for me, it has a large open world in chapter four where you can ride around in a jeep freely and solve tasks in any order you want, you can ride an elephant, complete missions using stealth or go in guns blazing, the environments are beautiful, the level designs are extremely well made and it has that unique Uncharted feel, the feeling only this franchise can create. My game of the year thus far.

This is an amazing game, but it's not a game for everyone. The pace is definately slower than I expected it to be as Ninja Theory, creators of the outstanding Heavenly Sword, is known for giving fans fast paced action games. Exploration and puzzle solving takes a lot bigger role than I previously thought, but I did not mind as some of my favorite franchises like Uncharted or Tomb Raider have plenty of those as well. But the reason why this game is so great is because it is still different than the upper mentioned games, as a matter of fact it is very different from any game I ever played. Our hero, Senua, is mentally ill and that plays a vital role in the story and also how she sees the world. And it is a frightening and disturbing world, filled with violently killed dead bodies, scary wooden statues and there are these constant noises/voices in Senua's head that makes just walking in the woods crazy as well. The setting is superb, it is based on Celtic and Norse mythology and it is very unique. There is also NO HUD at all on the screen, which is awesome! No mini map, no crosshair, nothing, it is just you and the environment. I love it! When the action heats up, combat is as good as it gets. The over the shoulder camera works excellent and Senua is a master with the sword and also have some devastating kicks in her arsenal. The fighting scenes are my favorite parts of the game, it is superb. The voice acting is also stellar, and the graphics are gorgeous. If you wanna just hack and slash this is not your game, but if you like exploring, a great story and some fun action, then you will enjoy this for sure. A must play for me.

For as long as I have started playing video games, the 'fighting games' genre has always been my favorite. As a martial artist myself, I always loved a good combat system in games, and to me personally no other franchise has ever done that better than Tekken. And now with Tekken 7, the new king of this genre has arrived. Tekken 7 is better, prettier, smoother and larger than any Tekken before. The story is also the best in the franchise and there are all the other game modes present that you expect in a fighting game - Arcade Mode, Treasure Mode, Practice Mode, Online And Local Versus Mode and so on. From these, my favorite is Treasure Mode where you fight random opponents on any difficulty to unlock new gear, fight money, etc. which then you can use to customize your characters. And the customization possibilities are HUGE, and the best part about it that it is FREE, you don't need any microtransactions to unlock EVERYTHING! All you need is skills and time. At launch almost 40 fighters are already available with many more coming as DLC characters, it is safe to say that you get more than enough content for your money. Of course all of this would not work if the battles weren't addictivly fun. Tekken since the beggining has always been all about skills. The combat system is sooo deep, there is nothing else like it. It is not as easy to get good at it like Injustice, Street Fighter and other games in the genre. It takes time and again SKILLS to master it. Casual gamers will easily get destroyed online. This is not a diss to other fighting games, because as I said, I like and play almost all of them, but Tekken 7 is the best of the best. The last few years have been superb for fighting games fans with King Of Fighters XIV, Mortal Kombat X, Street Fighter V, Guilty Gear Drx 2, Injustice and so on but Tekken 7 takes the crown as THE best. Amazing game and a must play for everyone.

I love basketball! I love playing it in real life and love playing it on the PlayStation / PC as well. I grew up rocking NBA Street and NBA Street Vol. 2 back on the PS2 days and it gave me some of my favorite ever gaming memories. I remember how after hitting the court in real life, we always got together with my friends and then played ball on the console. Then on the PS3 I also loved the re-invention of the NBA Jam franchise. Now with NBA Playgrounds, you kinda get both, as the best way to describe this game is that it's a mix of NBA Street and NBA Jam! I always wondered how amazing an NBA Street game would be on the current gen consoles and PCs, and this game is as close to that as it gets. I love the easy to pick up but hard to master controls, the flashy dunks and tricks, the beautiful and funny graphics, the old-school Hip-Hop style soundtrack, the court designs and the fact that it has almost all the NBA legends, as well as the current star players. The roster is deep and you can upgrade all the players with the XPs you earn after each game. There are many different courts from all over the globe and you can unlock new skills and moves as you progress. It is a sports game, so sometimes it can feel cheap, like the CPU "cheats" against you but eventually you can beat it on any difficulty. I believe if you like basketball and you're a fan of the arcade style streetball games you will love this one. To me it's a must buy!

The first Watch Dogs game went down in history as one of the most disappointing games of the generation. I personally gave it two chances to play, but just didn't have much fun with it. The story was depressive and also a bit boring with a forgettable protagonist, plus the gameplay was lacking as well. Chicago also wasn't exciting enough and the graphics downgrade was obvious from the start. With Watch Dogs 2, Ubisoft wanted to make sure they made all those things right, and glad to say that they not only did that but also gave us one of the very best games of 2016. The main character, Marcus Holloway, is a young, colorful hero who is not only a master hacker, but also great in parkour, fighting, driving and shooting. San Francisco is the new setting of the game, and it serves as one of the best open world maps in any game I ever played. The city is just full of life and seems like every NPC in it walking the streets has a purpose. People are working out, walking dogs, doing martial arts at the park, they do yoga, they greet each other on the streets, they sit around under a tree chatting, they talk on the phone, get into car crashes, play guitar, go shopping and the list just goes on and on. There is never a boring scene anywhere, and I often just spend time walking around doing parkour, and exploring all the sights and sounds. Without spoiling much of the story, I can also say that this time around taking down the "Big Brother" is a lot of fun with many interesting characters you meet on the way. Marcus joins the hacker group DeadSec pretty early on and from then his main purpose is to win his war against the government. There are also many activities to do in San Fran, my favorite being taking down gangs and stealing their money stash. Your dollars you can spend on buying cars, weapons, new equipment for hacking like drones, food, clothes and there is also an upgrade system. There are side missions as well like freeing other captured players and thanks to multiplayer there are plenty of co-op and PvP matches. I could write about this game for hours, but I rather go back and play it now. All in all, it is an amazing sandbox experience with great action, smooth driving, cool parkour and an excellent story. Must play for everyone who likes the genre.

If you like fun, fast and creative hack-and-slash games, you will like this one a lot. I do, it is one of my favorite genres, plus I am also a huge TMNT fan, so putting the two together is exactly my kind of fun. The cartoon-style graphics are awesome, the usual Platinum Games quality is here once again. The turtles are exactly as they should be, they all fight differently, all have different combos and weapons and their personalities are on point as well. Mikey is hilarious, Raph is serious, Leo is the leader and Donnie is the tech genius. It is also really cool that almost all the major villains are in the game, and you have to fight one at the end of each level. The designs of these level are typical TMNT settings, subways, city streets, sewers and so on. April and Splinter guide you through your adventure, and you can control any of the four turtles, any time you want. Playing online with friends is also possible and there is an excellent upgrade system. You also have special moves and can select a large variety of perks to help you in your battle. It is not a long game, but you can replay any level you want once you completed the game and there are four different difficulty settings as well. There also some collectibles and if you want you can watch all the cutscenes again as a movie. So all in all, this is a great multiplayer fighting, action adventure game with a nice story, a must play for TMNT fans!

Uncharted is the greatest video game franchise ever made and Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is probably the best game out of the four masterpieces produced by Naughty Dog. Everything you know and love about the series is back, but on a much bigger and much more detailed scale. The stellar shooting and fighting sequences blend together better than ever and the platforming, exploring aspects are a lot smoother and a lot larger than we've seen before. The amazing storytelling we are used to from the developers does not dissappoint once again, and this time it is more personal than we've been used to. The acting/voice acting is also top notch as usual, this cast is so perfect together, their performances are simply flawless. The amount of stuff you can do in the game is also outstanding, you can drive a boat, a jeep, can use a grappling hook to cimb up to places you could not before and of course treasure hunting is back as well. The epic set pieces and spectacular action scenes are here also, and as expected you will solve quite a few interesting puzzles as well. Multiplayer has a bigger focus this time around, and it is a lot of fun. The online battles are always action packed and the level designs are extremely well done. Nathan Drake's entry to the PS4 couldn't be any greater, To simply put, Uncharted 4 is the best video game made thus far. Game Of The Year, nod doubt!!!

The Resident Evil franchise is one of my favorite franchises in the gaming world. Some fans of the original three titles started criticizing the last couple entries that it went too far away from the horror genre and became too much of an action game. I personally did not mind the change, but I can see where those voices were coming from. The first Resident Evil: Revelations game was a step back to the horror genre and though it included plenty of action, both older and newer players of the series generally praised it, rightfully so! The latest entry, Resident Evil: Revelations 2 - Episode 1 continues in that direction as it provides plenty of scares and horrific environments filled with zombies and monsters, but it also provides enough action to please fans of 5 and 6. The story in the first episode is also very exciting, probably the best and most interesting one in the series for a long time. It will be told in three more episodes and I can't wait to find out how it will end. The stars this time around are two well-loved characters from the very first game, Claire Redfield and Barry Burton, and introduces two new members as well, Natalia and Moira. Moira is Barry's daughter who gets kidnapped along with Claire at a party and they both wake up inprisoned in an island facility where they try to escape from, while Barry enters the same island in search for his daughter and along the way meets a young girl named Natalia, who also seemed to be kidnapped. With two playable characters in both sides of the story, the co-op also returns as well, whcih I absolutely love because I usually play the Resident Evil games with my brother! The two controlable characters differ vastly though, as Claire and Barry are badasses with weapons and melee kills while Moira and Natalia are more for puzzle solving than action, though they do their killing parts OK when they have to. After finishing the first part of the story, Raid Mode provides plenty more fun as well. It is not as fun to me as The Mercenaries mode was but it's still very good. Unlockables, collectables and upgradable skills will also keep hardcore fans engaged for a long time. They graphics are excellent still on the PS3, and as usual the voice acting, music and the sounds are as good as ever. The weapons also feel great and the martial arts finishers are here too. If you like the series you will like this game as well, very well worth the price! Outstanding!

To me, Sleeping Dogs is the best open world game ever made. I enjoyed everything about it - the fighting is smooth and violent, the driving is fast and fun and the shooting is spectacular and explosive! On top of that, the story is extremely engaging, the narrative is outsanding and the voice acting is as good as it gets. Hong Kong is also a great setting for a sandbox game, it looks beautiful and full of life. There is so much to do and so many things to collect, you don't even know what to do sometimes, you have so many options. The developers also did a great job getting the player deep into two different worlds - the triads and the Hong Kong police force. The main hero, Wei Shen, is an undercover cop who without spoiling the story too much has to make some really hard decisions sometimes regarding what's right and what's wrong. The music and the graphics are superb, and I love how the gameplay focuses so much on combat. The environemntal executions are so brutal and they just never get old! The upgarde system is also very well done, as Wei's martial arts skills get better as you progress, and at the end he becomes an unstoppable badass. There are plenty of weapons as well, and they all feel as they should! From knives to grenade lunchers, you can find them all! And just to name a few things you can do in the city - stop street crimes, help pedestrians, buy cars, clothes, jewelry, apartments, pets, eat and drink at many different spots, go to fight clubs, engage in street races, date girls, do karaoke, collect health shrines, lockboxes, jade statues, do parkour and so many **** has so much content and there are plenty of awesome DLCs as well. And just top top it all, the last two missions in the story are too of the best missions I played in ANY game. So intense, I had the best time with this game! A must have!

To me, Middle-earth: Shadow Of Mordor is the game of the year for 2014. Set in a fantasy world, made famous by the Lord Of The Rings books/movies, it is a combat orianted open world, action-adventure game where you control a hero, named Tallion, who was murdered along with his family, but got brought back from the afterlife by a mysterious elf, whose ghost powers give you incredible strength. It takes some great ideas from other video game classics, like the Batman Arkham series or the Assassin's Creed, but it's also original enough, with some awesome ideas, to make it a classic on it's own as well. One of these ideas is the Nemesis System, which basically allows you to play the game as YOU want it. You can choose to hunt down and massacre all the orc captains and warchiefs or you can brand them and create your own orc army. The story is also very cool, a revenge story with some fun, flamboyant characters, who help the generally dark story to be interesting enough to play through. The main focus is on fighting, Tallion is a master of brutalizing enemies with his sword, his dagger and with his bow. You can upgrade your moves as you progress, by the end making Tallion a close to unbeatable warrior. Killing warchiefs is not always easy though, as some of them are combat masters with very few weaknesses (these weaknesses you can find out by gaining intel from other orcs and then use that info to kill them - some are scared of fire, monsters, betrayal, etc and by realizing them you can execute them easier). It is also a sandbox game, so you can go around the world freely, whether on foot or by riding beasts, and choose side missions or main story missions in any order you wish. There are also plenty of things to collect and challenges to complete. As I mentioned before, the fighting is very similar to the Batman Arkham games, except it is a LOT more violent. The finishing moves and the executions are always satisfying and you can also use the environment to help you kill your opponents. You can also use stealth to mix things up or destroy orcs with caragors. The free running is a lot like we got used to in the Assassin's Creed series, it is smooth and easy, and Tallion can not die by falling, thanks to his elf powers. So all in all, this a must buy for everyone, I haven't played a game this great and addictive in a long time.

I am a huge Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan. As a kid I had the toys, played the classic video games and of course I watched the cartoons and the movies quite a few times as well. When I heard they will release another game, this time for the current gen, I got pretty excited. And FINALLY for us PS3 owners the game got released as well a couple days ago and I must say, I absolutely love this game. The combat system is deep and lots of fun, the turtles look awesome and there is tons of content. The arcade mode is also outstanding, it's retro-style beat 'em up game with nice graphics and controls, plus fighting at the dojo, mastering all the upgradable moves, counters and specials is addictive too. But there are plenty more unlockables and trophies and the co-cop mode with friends is superb. There are bugs and camera problems here and there but nothing gamebreaking or annoying. For 15 bucks it should be a must buy for TMNT and fighting game fans. So don't believe the negative critics, they just **** at this game because it is not a button masher, it actually takes skill to master.

To simply put, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is the best game ever made. I love both Drake's Fortune and Drake's Deception, but in my opinion this one is the best out of the three amazing Naughty Dog games, starring Nathan Drake, the greatest video game hero ever created in my opinion. The story is outsanding, the characters are excellent, the gameplay is smooth and fun (whether it's shooting, fighting, platforming or stealth) plus the graphics are just stunning! I love everything about this masterpiece.

My all time favorite PSP game. As a big fan of the Hong Kong action cinema, I love the spectacular martial arts disarms, executions and the bullet time shooting. Sure it has some bugs, but so does every game. There's a pretty nice variety of firearms in your arsenal and your dog, Shadow, is also a good "weapon". There is also multiplayer and there are challenge modes as well to keep you attached longer to the game. I recommend it to everybody who likes a good and fun third person shooter, similar to gaming classics like Max Payne or Stranglehold.

Great game! The weapons are violent and powerful, the story and the voice acting is excellent and even though the hand-to-hand combat could have more moves, I truly appreciate that the designers were brave enough to create something new and unqiue with this 360-degree fighting system. Taking on multiple enemies at once is fluid once you master the controls, so no wonder that later games like Rise To Honor and Death By Degrees used this very same idea as well. I never understood the bad reviews, if you're a fan of Blade or the Blade movies in my opinions it's a must buy. Smashing, slashing and shooting vampires has never been this much fun before.
