Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight3
Jul 21, 2012
The best I can say about Command and Conquer 4 is at least it didn't kick my dog, it never started on fire, and at no point did it attempt a hostile takeover of my employer's business.

Diablo III10
May 16, 2012
Despite an initial hiccup with the login/game servers and a few bugs here and there, Diablo 3 is a worthy successor to the series. The graphics are better than on-par for 2012, the skills are creative, the classes astounding, and the storyline entertaining.

It's great to see a game that allows such a wide range of experiences between people experiencing it. For instance, I experienced a game where you could choose to have relations with a wide range of characters in cut-scenes, or choose not to, on top of being a well-written epic about war, loss, hope, faith, and human redemption. Others, somehow, experienced a game where you're forced into gay bondage and have to spend every second of the game staring at naked floppy **** spinning around you like the Wicked Witch during the tornado in The Wizard of Oz. How two such different experiences can be had from a single video game is breathtaking!

The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom6

On one hand the DRM is draconian (There are workarounds if you're into that.) but on the other the game is absolutely ... decent. It earns a fair 7-8 for the game itself, but loses 2-4 points due to the DRM depending on how strongly one feels about it. Therefore, it gets a firm 6 from me.

Ultima Online: Age of Shadows0
Aug 30, 2010
Ultima Online: Age of Shadows is the expansion pack that destroyed not only Ultima Online, but the hearts, minds, and souls of all the players to ever enter Britannia. Between destroying the core Ultima feel and the addition of needless elements, in addition to removing the heart of the game, it also caused a rift in the community that can never be healed - Publish 16 and its community-dividing game changes.
