SummaryThis is the third attempt at bringing Wonder Woman to the small screen. The first was an unaired pilot from the 1960's and the next was an unsuccessful mid 1970's movie starring Cathy Lee Crosby as a blonde Wonder Woman! Finally, in 1975, the athletic and stunning Lynda Carter was perfectly cast as the amazonian princess who leaves the island o... Read More

This is one of the greatest interpretations of this character. Yes the budget was low but it was the 70's for God's sake. Lynda Carter plays Wonder Woman/Diana Prince perfectly.

Great show. Shame it lasted only three seasons. I especially liked the Modern Day Era. And by that, I meant Seasons two and three. My personal favorite episode was the one where Alan Akroy (Gary Burgoff, aka Corporal O'Riley from M*A*S*H) was cleaning up after the chemists for the night. When all of a sudden, BOOM! Now he has to dodge two evil corporate villains as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince also has to find him to protect him from harm. Great episode.

Wonder Woman is a fun show! Season 1 which aired on ABC (1976), focused on the WWII era, and **** storylines (1942). Season 2 and 3 abruptly switches to 1977/78 and 1978/79 (present day) and also switched to CBS. The cast changed a little. The biggest change (besides the skimpier uniform) was the sillier storylines. .
