If you loved the comic, this is like a heavily rewritten fanfiction that keeps like 20% of the original content and adds a lot of new **** you never even heard about it (good) it's a modern fable which mixes pseudo-scientific gibberish with spiritual mumbo jumbo, in an attempt of making a post-apocalyptic show for families. It kinda works but the dialogues and the situations depicted range from boring to borderline silly, always predictable and almost never thrilling. Most actors do an excellent job, the production is high-quality, but that's pretty much **** you hate humanity and have a comprehension of the animal world derived from Disney movies, you might like it.

Premise doesn't work for me. Just make it a zombie story instead of getting cute.

Now this is how you write a compelling science fiction. Great storyline, superb world-building and likeable characters, which you instantly root for - a recipe for success! I've now finished the season 3 and - surprise, surprise - the story has received a proper closure, most loose ends were tied up and set-ups paid-off.
It is a genuinely heartwarming story about a boy with a big heart, who only sees good in people, but also a timeless piece about dangers of greed, selfishness and exploitation. There is time to breathe, action scenes to keep us entertained and some awesome vistas to look at.
8/10 for some (minor) plot holes and sometimes dubious special effects and props, but still heartily recommended!

A beautiful and unique show with a heart-warming message about found family. This was obviously a labour of love for it's creators and I was gripped from beginning to end.

Some good acting, especially from the protagonist and 'Big Man'. A strange premise, but it runs well. It kept me watching for all seasons. Far better than most series that come out of Netflix. Recommended.

Il mio voto è un 7. Serie con ambientazioni in stile The Last of Us. **** ricordano molto Peter Pan della Walt Disney.

boring? I just didn't care. Didn't finish. The premise is unique, but I don't think the writers had any real ideas. I just don't get it.

This felt like an apocalypse show for 10 year olds -- a weird juxtaposition of corny interactions that prevented the story from really exploring the dark world in which it's set. The acting was a pleasure to watch. But, the characters were one-dimensional. Certain interactions where hammed up and corny. Overall, the world felt dumbed-down. Parts of the story were too cutesy for the context. It seemed like the show was sugar-coating important aspects of the world for no good reason.

A complete mess. Which is very sad, taking into account how brilliant the original comics was. The first episode feels so long, because this is basically a single chapter from the story, one out of 40. Also, they race swapped Jepperd because? And it's so funny that originally Jepperd was a hockey player, but since they swapped him for a black actor, they had to make him a NFL player instead. Also, the whole point of Jepperd is that the only thing he does well is fight. He never was good at anything else. Here instead, he gives Gus pointers how to rotate his crops! How can you get it all so wrong?!
A total mess of a show. Don't watch this. Read the comics instead.

Sweet Tooth has a magical and addictive story. It's inspirational, insightful, and emotional. The characters are lovable and the visuals are very great. What makes this series so amazing is the Storytelling. The writer has used 5 basic elements of storytelling in this series. 1: Hook
2: Suspense
3: Familiarity
4: Emotions
5: Sequence of Storylines All these elements of storytelling are used excellently in this series which makes it a lovable story.

I liked this one very much. The vast nature and realistic acting of the actors were excellent, but I think the ending is a bit disappointing.

2 events in the last year have broken through my stunned numbness. Sweet **** Nomadland. Different genres yet both are responsible for sealed off emotion.

Hands down the best thing I've watched all year. Thought this was going to be a little kiddies show, but it was not. Not by a long shot. I've got no idea how they got away with such adult themes, pandemic, end of the world, death, murder, freakin vivisection! This show was so amazing in almost every detail. There was a whole bunch of suspended disbelief necessary, and just a tad bit leaked into eye rolling territory, but this was a 99% well done solid dystopian scifi extravaganza. I'm hoping they bring it back for a second season. This was great.

Its not perfect but this was a great ride as a family. There simply aren't many series that can be interesting for adults but not too mature for kids. Sweet Tooth rode a really fine line, at times pretty dark and at times a little too childlike, but overall this first season was great.

Mediocre hollow condescending mess. visually great but the characters are bland, unlikeable, archetypal and the main kid actor is really bad. The story is also just as cliché and bland, a complete waste of potential and waste of my time

Honestly, I couldn't tell you how the whole series is. I could barely tolerate the first tediously boring first episode that I watched at an accelerated speed. I only finished watching it so I could honestly review how dull this is and that it doesn't get better by the end of episode 1. Maybe it improves, but there's lots of better television out there.

An annoying series that starts out as a kids show, evolves into a fantasy adventure, but ends up being solely summarized by a post-apocalyptic adventure **** of people which involves exclusively following a giftedly problematic kid, that forcefully puts himself and his group in a risk of death for absolute dumb reasons like grabbing his stuffed toy. This show is horrible, irritating and annoying.

I went into this expecting a 3/10 show. Turned out to be amazing. One reviewer called it “emotionally engaging and superbly acted” and that’s an understatement in my opinion
