Description: The coming-of-age dramedy set in the pediatric ward of Los Angeles' Ocean Park Hospital, is narrated by comatose 12-year-old Charlie (Griffin Gluck). He is friends with cancer patients 16-year-old Jordi (Nolan Sotillo) who sneaked into the US to get treatment; defactor leader of the group, Leo; Dash (Astro), who has cystic fibrosis; Emma (Ciara Bravo), who has a eating disorder; and "mean girl" Kara (Zoe Levin), who has a failing heart. Nurse Jackson (Octavia Spencer), Dr. Jack McAndrew (Dave Annable), and new nurse Brittany Dobler (Rebecca Rittenhouse) try to keep the kids in line and in good health.
