So the book is one of my favorites so when I found out about thw show I was like im probably going to love this and I was so wrong I mean besides the fact that most of the characters look anything like there book descriptions they literally did everything wrong and oh my god with Addy I mean come on guys! If your going to make this a show at lest put some effort into it!

This series is akin to Riverdale. It starts with a murder mystery and is full of relationship drama, teen melodrama, pretty young actors exploring adulthood, and unbelievable-yet-interesting plot events.

it is a bit confusing and a waste of time. It involves too many elements. It should be more simpler.

One of Us Is Lying has been described as John Hughes ‘Breakfast Club’ meets ‘Gossip Girl’; unfortunately it brings nothing new to the teen drama genre. The characters never stray away from their ‘Not Another Teen Movie’ stereotypes. The blonde actress’s facial expressions and line delivery is straight out of a daytime soap opera. Elite, dubbed in English - has more compelling characters than this show.
