The charms of the show aren't really about the results or the racing—despite the fantastic points of view one gets from cameras pointed at the driver, at the track and sometimes planted in the racing surface itself, capturing roaring machines as they pass overhead. The point is the people in the cars, running the cars and running the show.

There’s no sports show on television that packages the drama of competition into less than a hour as well as Drive To Survive, and if you haven’t jumped on yet, a new season is as good a reason as any to hop on in.

Great show. Highly engrossing narratives, superb cinematography etc. The most expensive and luxurious documentary one could watch

There’s an increasing self-awareness to the series that's a little indulgent at times. Season 6 is, however, still a very effective reminder that there are plenty of fascinating stories playing out underneath the surface of F1 – and that feels like a very important point to make after the most one-sided season in the entire history of the sport.

It’s that the stories they did choose to follow end up falling flat more often than they did in previous years.

Unfortunately, this show does not come close to reaching its full potential. It is mainly a summary of the last season, supplemented with a few interviews with drivers and team managers. It could provide much more background information on the drivers, teams and Formula 1 in general.

British biased, so a lot of fake news and everything is about making Hamilton and Mercedes look like heroes. Cinematography looks amazing though.

Shows some insight into f1 drivers personal life, but it has to much forced drama (as in fake rivalries amogst drivers). They also edit it in favors of some drivers.
