The Mouse Trap

The Mouse Trap (2024) was honestly...lots of fun. Not the greatest acting, writing, or kills (the first on-screen kill isn't until an hour into the movie), but man, it's so **** funny, and I can tell everyone just had fun with it, and I highly appreciate that.Although, I did enjoy the characters, and the actors honestly made this a fun experience, and while it's not GREAT, they did make it an enjoyable experience I don't regret sitting through. There are some shots I like, and the setting is **** killer ****. They also gave him a voice, which was **** **** ending did make my jaw hit the floor, in a funny, and awesome way that I 100% believe the people behind the movie intended, and...I appreciate **** effects are also not great, lots of CG (at least that's what it looked like), and the kills are....fine.Lastly, there's an opening title scroll that did seriously make me laugh, and it kind of shows...this isn't a movie to take INCREDIBLY seriously, and I know I had some criticisms, but it's in no way hate towards the filmmakers. I really did have a fun time, and this is genuine criticism, that I hope can help. Everyone on this clearly had fun, and you know what....I liked it. I loved it. Call me crazy, but I had a fun time. It was funny, I love horror, they had fun, so I had fun.Sorry for the crazy rant, LOL

This isn't the worst movie ever made, I at least finished watching it rather cutting it off in disgust but there's pretty much nothing good here. Can't recommend for anyone.

“Cute little friends turned killers” is a new cinema genre. However, the film following the path set by Winnie the Pooh unfortunately fails to achieve the same impact. The Mouse Trap is a rather weak horror film, both in its slasher elements and its storyline.

Terrible plot, so many plot holes and would’ve been better if you cut out the interrogation bit without resolving it. Also the killer’s powers were almost a B-plot in the movie.

I feel for anyone who tries to suffer through this. The terrible acting took me out of it immediately. I made it 20 minutes in before calling it quits.
