Aniston has a great time as the vampy, Krav Maga-ing Bitch Who Stole Christmas, and Miller’s willful idiocy is weirdly endearing.

Office Christmas Party is a naughty Xmas comedy stuffed with enough ho-ho-hos and ha-ha-has to corrupt this holiday season.

A fantastic film that completely won me over. The actors did an outstanding job; you could almost believe these characters exist in real life. The story, with its very simple plot, was superb. The humor was great and evoked strong emotions. The only thing I have to criticize about this film is that they didn't jump across the bridge, even though that scene was so well set up.

Alas, Office Christmas Party serves as yet another reminder that allowing your cast to madly improvise (as evident with an unnecessary end-credits blooper reel) instead of actually providing a coherent script with a scintilla of logic often leads to a decline in sustained laughter.

Too many moments elicit a polite half chuckle, when the screenwriters are trying for uproarious laughter. But it benefits from an excellent cast, who seem to be all in. And whenever there’s a stretch of extended mediocrity, it’s almost always saved by an unexpected moment of politically incorrect inspiration.

Turn them loose, and this cast has nearly endless potential to be outrageous, and yet, the script...keeps interrupting the festivities with unnecessary details about whether the company will even be around tomorrow.

Josh Gordon and Will Speck's Office Christmas Party generally smacks of trying too hard to earn its laughs.

This pooped party brings you down from all the jokes that don't land and the flop sweat pouring off good actors whose forced cheer is exhausting.

What a fun holiday delight this film is. The brilliant ensemble cast headed by Aniston, Munn, Bayer, Bateman and Miller, provide performances that are engaging and entertaining, within a storyline which provides many moments of hilarity. The script is excellent, and whilst it takes a little while to get moving, the momentum builds to a joyful conclusion that will have you laughing uproariously, and eminently quotable one liners which are set to become part of your lexicon from the moment you leave the theatre. Just what a Christmas movie should be. 8.99/10

The cast is solid but the execution is anything but. Office Christmas Party is a muted raunchy comedy that has all the promise of a hilarious, impossible experience that outdoes itself minute after minute. However, instead of writing a bunch of hits, the movie ends up being a few laughs surrounded by a fair amount of filler. I laughed enough and enjoyed it enough to not feel like it was a waste of time but I definitely don't need to see it again. Get a few drinks in you and this will probably be a little but funnier for you.

If you go on cheap ticket night (Tuesdays here, and you realize this is a dumb movie. You'll enjoy it, don't think of it as anything more than a popcorn movie.

There is some talent here, and there are some good jokes buried in all the trash, but the writing/direction/delivery is so off that 95% of the jokes fall completely flat.Mostly harmless movie, that's a quite boring. Jason Bateman **** ice **** that cums in his mouth.

If you could remove every scene with Olivia Munn and Jason Bateman you might have an ok movie. The moronic B-movie "plot" destroys an otherwise funny movie.
