The dogs give the film a touch of class, but as a whole this is forgettable.

Muzzle is filled with intriguing aspects not explored meaningfully. There are so many different threads, themes, and plots, even Scotch-taped together in the hopes it will come together. It doesn't.

(Mauro Lanari) I had the impression that the director, despite having so much material at his disposal, held back too much by not removing the muzzle from the film which in fact barks but doesn't bite.

Kind of all over the place. Things could have been left more answered. I feel like it could have been so much better but you could tell it was a B movie.
